Lanbruk Richmond Hill Apartment Hotel

Nice space with kitchen so you don’t have to eat out all the time. Room felt clean and a very comfortable space to hang out. Biggest issue was traffic noise at night, and light from the A/C LED control panel as it was right in front of the bed and didn’t dim overnight?? Like a spotlight on you at 2am. If you come prepared with a sleep mask and earplugs you’ll have a great time! Bonus lovely cafe downstairs to have breakfast/lunch.

The staff at Lanbruk Apartments on Richmond Hill are pleasant and helpful. The accommodation is clean but smells like a hospital. The parking is a nightmare! There is extremely expensive parking in the Epworth Hospital nearby or street parking which is timed at under 2 hours. If you visit Melbourne with your car, don’t stay here!

Great little apartments that are super clean and well equipped enabling you to cook and not rely on other services. My only gripe like many places is the TV has had smart features disabled so there was no ability to stream to it.

The reception staff were all great. Just spent 6 nights there on the second floor. The view from the window on the 2nd floor is totally different to the view set out on line. Obviously the photo was taken from an upper floor as you can see by the actual view we got from the 2nd floor. On the 2nd floor, most mornings we had people chatting in the lane way very early (was the same people every morning) and a about 7am we had the garbage truck. |Self contained included 2 of everything (plates, knife, fork etc) but would have been good to have some extra because when you have the dishwasher going you don't have anything to use.|I found the room too small for me. I have been in similar and I get it, that's the size but for me it was too small.|Whilst there is a cook top it is "shoved' next to the sink, the microwave, the kettle, the coffee machine......just too crowded and frustrating when trying to cook something. |There is an outdoor are on level 5, however I found the outdoor table/chairs hard and when you sat down you had no view of Melbourne. To see that you needed to be standing up.

Newly renovated, fitted out with excellent taste. Just 15 meters from the front door of the Epworth Hospital. So worth the money. So convenient. Perfect for patients on crutches.

This place is a gem! Walk to the MCG, plenty of food options nearby, clean and neat apartments with great customer service. I wish I'd known about Lanbruk Richmond before now, it's a much better option than a tiny hotel room for games at the G.

Lovely and clean. Great location with tram stop meters from the front door. Check in was easy, but no staff on the front desk when I checked out so I had to leave the keys unsecured on the front desk. I didn't use the roof top balcony during my stay, so cant comment. I found the beds too soft - I had to find the firmest part of the mattress to sleep on, but otherwise the pillows were comfy, the kitchenette was functional, everything was very clean and you couldn't hear much of the street noise. I would absolutley stay here again if I needed to be in the area.

I highly recommend The Lanbruk Apartment Hotel in Richmond. The location was perfect for me being next to the Epworth Hospital, meaning that it was not only convenient, but I felt safe staying there while my husband was in hospital. I look forward to staying here on other occasions as it is walking distance to the city, while the MCG and Tennis Centre are even closer. Trams are available right out the front door if you would rather not walk! The design of the rooms is extremely clever. They are compact whilst feeling really spacious. The European kitchen is very well equipped, the one bedroom apartment even had an oven, full size fridge, washing machine and dryer meaning I was able to do a load of washing! What a bonus. The king size bed was really comfortable with beautiful quality linen. Don’t miss the amazing Rooftop Terrace with spectacular views of the city and MCG. There is a cafe at the entrance of the hotel. When you walk in to this stylish hotel you receive a friendly welcome and I felt like I could have been in New York. All this at a very reasonable price. Thank you.
