Lovely hotel right by the beach. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group—we booked the large room with three single beds and a queen. It’s also conveniently close to the sand dunes. Glen was incredibly helpful and kind, offering outstanding hospitality and always ready to assist. A truly welcoming stay! Thank you.

One of our all time favourite coastal getaways. Located right on the beach with simply amazing ocean views from the upstairs restaurant/bar. The nicely renovated rooms are always immaculate and well equipped. The upstairs restaurant offers inside/outside dining whilst the lower one is great on cold windy nights. It has pool tables, a huge beer garden and often awesome bands, without the trouble you find in some coastal pubs. Staff are always super helpful and friendly in all areas of the complex. The moment you arrive you feel like you’re on holidays. Highly recommend any time of year.

On the way back from Nambung National Park we dropped in here for lunch. We arrived after the kitchen had closed, but we're offered chips 🍟 and wedges with accompaniments. We spent a very pleasant 90 minutes enjoying the company and views. Food was crisp and yummy.

Recently visited with the family from the Gold Coast. Glenn was very welcoming and provided great advice about what to do around the coast. The accommodation was spacious and had all amenities needed. Really relaxing experience in the bar overlooking the ocean. Beautiful spot. Thanks Glenn!

Had a lovely stay with the family. Mirrors in the room had cracks forming, thus ought to be more cautious. Family oriented environment and thank you for the staff who went all the way in their service. ♥️

I’m sick and tired of putting up with sub-standard food just because you’re out of Perth Metro. It feels like you’re a captive audience so there is no accountability, no pride in the offering and they just want to rip you off. The worst steak sandwich I’ve ever had, why would you serve it up on a cheap burger bun that can’t handle the fat and juices? The “steak” wasn’t seasoned, wasn’t even big enough to fill the bun and was so chewy my dogs got most of it. There’s a reason why every decent eaterie puts it on a Turkish roll or sourdough bread. The ploughman’s was a joke, no crackers, just really tired bread that was obviously left over from breakfast, an eggplant side that was nowhere near baba ganoush with no flavour and for some reason had a side of calamari which the menu made no reference to. The Caesar salad was limp and there was no sign of any anchovies, the kids chicken tenders are now bouncing round our backyard as even the dogs found them too chewy. We paid $200 for our meal and it was so dreadful I recommend you give this place a very wide berth!!

So disappointed with the food here tonight. I ordered the pesto fettuccine with chicken and what I received was NOTHING like what the menu said. There was no pesto, there was no pine nuts, two measly piece of chicken and it had a white wine sauce which wasn’t even listed as an ingredient. On top of that the pasta was undercooked. I asked for a refund but ended up leaving. We won’t ever be back here. I don’t know how you can get away with listing one meal on your menu and serving something completely different.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at 3 Emu sands hotel was so dismal it warrants one.||First off, it took an absurd 1 hour and 30 minutes for our food to arrive. By the time it finally did, the meals were stone cold—not even warm enough to be passable. To make matters worse, several of the ingredients were missing from our dishes, making them feel incomplete and poorly prepared. I had ordered something with a side of fresh vegetables, and instead, what arrived was a sad, barren plate of food.||The service was equally dreadful. The waitstaff seemed completely disoriented, as though they had no idea what was going on. We had to flag them down multiple times for basic requests, and when we asked for water refills, they seemed utterly lost. It was honestly frustrating and a bit uncomfortable.||My steak sandwich was had utterly despicable and it almost made me gag, and the price wasn’t even reasonable either. Another poor mistake, they had ran out of stake knifes and made us use butter knifes to cut our steak sandwiches.||All in all, the entire experience was a disaster. The food was cold, incomplete, and poorly presented, and the service was chaotic and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you're in the mood for a long wait and disappointment. There are plenty of other restaurants nearby that will treat you better and serve you food that's actually worth your time.
