Exceptional ❤️ From arrival (complimentary drinks) to check in , explained all facilities of the hotel. Venue & location is just fantastic. Service is excellent . Room service! Bar well stocked. The room was amazing. Californian king size bed, bathroom/shower fantastic. Roof top area. We’ve stayed in lots of hotels through leisure as well as work (airline staff) and I highly recommend this hotel & I have. Exceptional value for money. I don’t know how they do it!! Well done. Cannot wait to visit your Hotel again.

Pleasantly surprised at what a great place and location to stay at! The most comfortable Kingsize bed, beautiful linen with a great set up. Room was on the smaller size but still accommodating to our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast available and great. Will definitely return!

We had two nights in this hotel. The staff member who checked us in was very friendly. She explained the hotel was after a arty look. She also told us about our breakfast options. Continental was included in our room price or we could pay a small fee to upgrade to cooked breakfast. The room was very nice, the bed was very comfortable and the pillows very fluffy. The shower was very big and had good water pressure. It's on the corner of Little Bourke and Crossley Street, but we didn't hear very much outside noise. It's very close to everything, you can walk to the city, Vic Market, China town, Theater, lots of restaurants and bars close by. The only downside is the foyer also acts as the reception, bar, and dinning. It is very small and crowded for sitting down to eat breakfast. On our first morning we were given a very confusing explanation of the breakfast menu choices. Plus the price was different from what we where told the night before. We chose to stick with the continental, the selection and quantity of items was very limited. The seemed to just put out the minimum of everything. I would suggest not opting for the breakfast and going outside to one of the many cafes etc. because it was a waste of money.

It felt like home. Very comfortable room, air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was OK size and good shower. Breakfast was great with good choices. Staff can't do enough for you, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Great restaurants and bards around the area. It is a little walk to ge to Burke St Mall and Yarra Promenade but is doable. Would stay again without question.

First time in Australia and this hotel stay was very impressive. Arrived early after a long flight from the UK. They stored our luggage while we had a wander around. We received a text at 10 30am to say our room was ready, a super effort by the staff. Location was perfect, also within the free tram zone perfect for exploring Melbourne central. Had the breakfast one morning and it was well presented and tasty. On the last evening we availed ourselves of the free drink at 5pm. A great opportunity to mingle with other guests. Moving on to Sydney, then Perth it gave our first impression of Oz a really great start.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Rooms nicely presented and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. It’s not often on a business trip I wish to stay longer that I need but it would have been nice to extend my stay here.

Good boutique hotel. 2 bedroom suite has two balconies and two bathrooms. Need to park offsite. Small bar bottom level. Good location.

Poor service! When I raised question about dirty glasses, knife and forks. What I get as an answer was they simply is fine. Just use them! Their breakfast serves bread and fruit only anyway and still charges same rate as other normal hotels !
