I have been sending chats emails and phone calls and have not heard back from Landa regarding Deactivating my account. There is a major app failure on my end where I cannot sell my remaining shares withdraw my funds and deactivate my account. When I contact customer service via chat all my contact inquiries are deleted when and if there is a response which has been once I cannot open and read this response because I only get a blank white page. I have emailed several times and have never received any responses ever thus far, I even managed to find their phone number and the CEO When calling during normal business hours no one picks up not for investors nor for residents I have left more than three messages and still have not received any contact back from anyone. At this point I am feeling defrauded because I am not given an option to sell my shares thereby cannot withdraw my funds thereby cannot deactivate my account all while each day of the last two weeks I could be losing money. This is too important of a topic to keep going unacknowledged and Landa needs to do something about this ASAP. Yishai Cohen the founder and CEO needs to know how the App is failing in so many categories that it is impossible to receive good customer care. I want to know why I can read responses in the chat why do I only get a blank white screen, I want to know why I am not given the option to sell my last shares, but yet only given an option to just buy, I want to know why no one is answering or manning the phones during normal operating hours, I want to know why no one is responding to email inquiries. This is just too much and highly unprofessional and skating on thin ice next to being fraudulent behavior and feel my only next move is to contact the S.E.C. regarding these business practices the BBB has a pretty large paper trail on Landa for complaints and doing bad business and they are not BBB Accredited so yeas at this point I am feeling swindled!
