We always enjoyed coming to this restaurant so much! Unfortunately, this time, the waitress was in a bad mood, which completely ruined our experience. I had called the restaurant in advance to book a table outside. A friendly man answered my call, assuring me that there would be plenty of seats available when we arrived. We arrived in high spirits, anticipating a delicious meal. Unfortunately, we were forced to sit inside as the waitress refused to escort us outside. By the way, all the service was very poor, we perfectly saw how we were treated, and how other guests were treated. I don't know what exactly the case is, but we had the impression that if a guest spoke in the Austrian dialect, they were treated more politely and friendly. I hope that this does not relate to reality in any way, and this is only our guess. How so, such a point of view in the modern world is extremely outdated. Yes, I doubt that this waitress herself knows 3-4 foreign languages in addition to her native language) In any case, we didn't leave a tip. We paid for the food, which was always excellent and perfectly prepared. A tip is a way of expressing gratitude for good service. When we left the restaurant, there were still empty tables outside. That's how weird waiters can be.
