A comfortable hotel surrounded by beautiful nature. All the staff were professional and kind. When I asked something I didn't understand, they explained it clearly and helped me, so I felt at ease during my stay. The breakfast was better than I expected! There was freshly squeezed juice, BIO honey, fresh vegetables and fruits, and I was able to refresh my tired body after a long journey. Guests were relaxing on the terrace and chatting with friends and family. Everyone seemed to be having fun, and there seemed to be many regulars. I felt that this was a special relaxing space for them. I am grateful for the wonderful hospitality even though it was my first visit. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at this hotel!

The hotel boasts a nice and safe environment, which made our stay very comfortable. The highlight of our mornings was the breakfast; it was not only very good but also had a variety of options to choose from. The staff at the hotel deserves a special mention for their exceptional service. They were always willing to help, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Particularly, the receptionist lady was extremely helpful – she even went out of her way to gift us free tickets to the Vienna State Opera, which was a lovely surprise and greatly appreciated. The only downside to this hotel is its location. It is quite far from the city center, requiring a 45-minute journey by bus and tram to reach the heart of Vienna. While this might be a slight inconvenience, I found the quality of stay and the serene environment of the hotel's location to be worth the extra travel time.

I truly enjoyed my stay, the hotel is located right next to the charming vineyards, offering beautiful places to walk/hike to. The room was simple and had an authentic atmosphere, and the view towards the hills from the balcony was very nice. The breakfast buffet was great with an amazing selection of fresh fruits that one could enjoy while sitting in the terrace. Sauna facilities were superb as well, which I really appreciate coming from Finland. All in all, a wonderful place for relaxing and enjoying the vineyard area!

My daughter stayed here while she was preparing for her wedding day. It is an absolutely gorgeous place! The views to the garden are amazing and the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. There is a little table in the balcony that you can use to enjoy a breakfast or an evening drink. It is peaceful and so pretty!! If you can afford to stay at a slightly more upscale place in Vienna, this hotel is perfect! You will have a typical experience and the service is outstanding. It is also located in one of the prettiest spots in the city, so you will not be sorry you chose it The gastronomy in the neighborhood is the best.

This hotel is lovely, very homely, clean and warm rooms, the bathroom facilities were great and the shower always had hot water. The breakfast buffet had so much variety in both food and types of tea/coffee. They even have a restaurant further up the road that we ate at one evening and the food was brilliant there too. |It's even on a bus route that takes you far enough into vienna that you can get the underground straight into the city centre and the buses are very frequent. |The staff are very friendly and accommodating and are always on hand should you need anything.|The only negative I found was the WiFi, having to stay in my room with my young daughter of a night I wanted to watch a couple of series' but whilst I managed to watch them at the start of the stay the WiFi got worse as our stay progressed, I did think it was due to the busy period over Easter but once the hotel quietened down again I still had a problem. |All in all I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel with friendly personnel, large breakfast and lovely rooms with everything you desire. The rooms are large with a fridge and a fan, a sofa and tv. The personnel was very helpful and friendly, helped with the luggage, parking and everything we needed. The hotel is located in a very nice area of Vienna with many Heurigen along the street. Would Highlight recommend this location!

Cozy hotel, with all amenities. The spacious rooms are very clean and furnished in a local style. Underground parking. Located outside the center, with vineyards in the backgarden. The center of Vienna is easily accessible by public transport, within 30 minutes. There is a bus stop nearby within a 2-minutes walk.||Very good and complete breakfast, which can be taken on warm days on the cozy inner courtyard.||The hotel does not have a restaurant, but the "Heuriger" nearby, from the same owner, offers the possibility of supper, and more ... the wines are excellent.

Situated in busy street altough internet pictures suggest otherwise. The hotel is very noisy due to barking dogs, crying children during the night. Our rooms were situated near the terrace. At 6 the start preparing breakfast which woke us up. At 7 a group of noisy Italians eated just under ou window. The rooms have no airco. The small bathroom is old fadhioned and has no ventilation. The breakfast was excellent. This hotel does not deserve 4 stars but *** at best. The prices are 4 star though. We paid €865 for 3 days with family of 5 (two rooms). I cannot recommend this hotel.
