Landhaus Marinella Hotel garni.

My daughter and I spent four nights here in July. We loved it. I particularly appreciated the combination of the Bavarian style exterior (with the balconies and flowers) and the Greek style interior (lots of white and blue, very light and airy). We had a comfortable double room with two balconies. When I made the reservation, I was a little worried about the absence of air conditioning (admittedly, that's common in the area). This turned out not to be a problem. We did have a couple of very hot days. But evenings were pleasant and I was able to leave one of the balcony doors open at night while closing the external shutters. I really appreciated the fact that we were given daily passes to the "strandbad" across the street (a private beach with bathroom and changing facilities, and also a concession selling coffee, beer, and ice cream). The lake was really clean and just a beautiful place to swim. Breakfast was lovely and all of the people working at the Landhaus were warm, friendly, and helpful. I really enjoyed being among "regular Germans" enjoying vacations rather than in a tourist hub. This was a really nice place from which to launch our trip (which included Salzburg and a tour of Germany). We were also able to spend one day sightseeing in Chiemsee (only about an hour or so away). We would definitely stay here again if returning to the area! And, by the way, the Italian restaurant down the street was very good - which was greatly appreciated on our first evening, as we were exhausted from the overnight flight.

Everything about this place was wonderful: location nearby the lake, hospitality, our room (#10) which was sizeable with plenty of light and wonderful breakfast with freshly bakes breads and home made apple cake.|The hosts were very kind and offered us a good advice. |Would definitely come back again.|Note that if you have difficulty climbing stairs them better take a room at the lower floor.

We stayed here in June 2013, and the whole experience was superb. It is a small hotel, offering bed and breakfast, but no evening meal. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with really pleasant bedrooms, and they provide a first class breakfast every day. It is located just a few yards from the lake, and an easy 10 minute stroll to the town centre where there is a large selection of restaurants and bars to enjoy. The whole area is quite lovely. The two owners and the other staff could not have been more efficient and pleasant, and they made a real effort to make us welcome. The hotel has a really nice garden with tables, chairs and recliners and is next to a stream running down to the lake. We especially enjoyed sitting down in the garden after a busy day to enjoy a bottle of wine, or beer. We will undoubtedly return here for another stay.

The location and accommodations at this guesthouse were superior to any experience we had in Germany. The breakfast was delicious, and with a very classic presentation. The rooms were comfortable and the decor very appropriate. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They helped us make dinner reservations which are important in this town if you want to eat at your desired restaurant.

By the time you enter this small hotel, you get the feeling of the family atmoshere that is all around... Dimitris and Conie always with a smile are ready to make you feel as comfortable as possible! We had THE BEST breakfast ever!!! Excellent place, excellent people, excellent location, thank you so much for the experience!!!

There are few misleading things about this place.First,this is not a Hotel,it is a B&B.Second,it is not located on the lake,but across the street from buildings on the lake.Third,there is only partial view of the lake from the rooms,or in our case we looked at the roofs of camping area for RV NEXT TO THE HOTEL.The house and rooms are lovely,and well maintained.Nice breakfast.However,considering the above shortcoming of the place,and the fact that Bad Wiessse is the least attractive location on the lake,the price of the rooms is far to high,close to 200 EURO ,per night.You can still find a very nice hotel on the lake with a swimming pool for a similar price.

Eigentlich ist durch die super Bewertungen meiner Vorgänger schon alles gesagt. Trotzdem möchte ich es nicht versäumen, auch eine Bewertung abzugeben, weil die Besitzer des Hotels es einfach verdient haben.|Das Landhaus Marinella ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gepflegt und man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Es liegt nahe am See und der wunderschönen Seepromenade. Es verfügt über einen schönen Garten, der auch von den Gästen genutzt werden darf. Bei schönem Wetter wird das reichhaltige Frühstück auf der sonnigen Terrasse serviert.|Wir hatten eine der Suiten im Erdgeschoss gebucht. Mit zwei Zimmern, einem großen Badezimmer und einer großen Terrasse hatten wir eine großzügige Unterkunft.

Wir hatten das große Glück, im Landgasthaus Marinella am Tegernsee Urlaub zu machen , und es war einfach fantastisch! Bereits bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Frau Hofer herzlich empfangen. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt und sofort dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier auf die kleinen Dinge geachtet wird. Es passt einfach alles – von der gemütlichen Atmosphäre bis hin zur Gastfreundschaft. Der Service war hervorragend, und das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders beeindruckend war, wie individuell auf die Gäste eingegangen wird. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Landgasthaus Marinella uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an die herzlichen Gastgeber – wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!
