Among the rudest staff I have come across in customer service anywhere in Dallas. Had gone to return a small online purchase - should have been easy enough to process. It took 3 people to figure out how to enter an item # in the system (which is ok, these things can happen). However, one of the ladies was extremely rude and accusatory when I quoted the amount I paid for the item. Other customers - if you like feeling belittled, talked down to and insulted while not being helped for 10 mins, this is the place for you. If you want some basic human decency, there are plenty of other stores with better designs, prices and definitely better people all around the mall. Store managers - strongly recommend reviewing the performance of the middle aged employee with the “short boy” hair cut. My last time purchasing from land’s end (online or in person)
