Lands' End

I come here every few months and the 2 associates Meagan and Sara are so friendly and helpful. I live closer to the Dallas store but prefer to come to this store instead because they make the shopping experience so much better!

Very nice store, clean staff is courteous & professional. Took in a return. They filled out paper work & will mail back. Wasn't aware of a physical store until I searched for one in Google maps. Now I know where to go to be able to physically fit an item.

I think it's pretty ridiculous that we couldn't get better assistance with getting an exchange or store credit for our returns. My step daughters mother had spent $1k on her daughter's school uniforms equally about half between this store and another store. Her mother passed away and I explained to the customer service representatives that we don't have access to her email or credit cards to get the cash back or information for an exchange and all they could say was sorry ma'am it's just our policy. Even though we had the receipts and uniforms to still prove purchased from them. I understand policy but every now and then companies should be flexible in certain situations. Also sucks that my husband returned the uniforms to the store before I could tell him not too so they got to keep their money and uniforms.

I came in today with my mom to return something she bought online. She was really happy to find a local store. Cooper processed her return and he was very friendly, polite and helpful. I was very surprised by how cute their clothes are and will be back in the Fall.

Shelly provided me a best-in-class customer experience. I had purchased some dress shirts during the 4th of July 50% off sale, but I needed different sizes. Since Land’s End doesn’t support exchanges (it’s a return and rebuy), Shelly played around with different discount codes she knew until she found one that ensured I did not pay more for the new shirts than I’d paid for the ones I was returning. Shelly gives this store a good name. I love seeing this attention to detail in retail service, as it’s becoming more and more rare.

Meagan was awesome! She was very attentive and helped pick out a few pieces!

3-22-25 1:00 Pm- very rude employee did not acknowledge me when I walked up to make return and bagged returns for at least 10 minutes while I stood in front of him - said sorry but just kept bagging items while I stood there- poor customer service

Among the rudest staff I have come across in customer service anywhere in Dallas. Had gone to return a small online purchase - should have been easy enough to process. It took 3 people to figure out how to enter an item # in the system (which is ok, these things can happen). However, one of the ladies was extremely rude and accusatory when I quoted the amount I paid for the item. Other customers - if you like feeling belittled, talked down to and insulted while not being helped for 10 mins, this is the place for you. If you want some basic human decency, there are plenty of other stores with better designs, prices and definitely better people all around the mall. Store managers - strongly recommend reviewing the performance of the middle aged employee with the “short boy” hair cut. My last time purchasing from land’s end (online or in person)

Friendly and efficient, customer service! I order large quantities online for my family and the staff is very helpful with my returns and exchanges. I love that there is an entire section for petites! So wonderful!

Ordered a pair of shoes in store and was told 3-5 days finally 30 days start trying to ask questions and 60 days in no refund no shoes customer service hangs up on me they have no supervisor to talk to so just want to let everyone know if you need to return something good luck just to finish I've decided I will go barefoot before I every step foot in their store again hope I get the $180 back but ain't counting on it tried to give a half star but they steal a star too!

I have had a wonderful shopping experience here, every time I come in. The interaction I've had with the sales staff has been excellent! They are always able to answer my questions and look for any available coupons or to see if something is on sale. I really like the convenience of being able to come in and try the clothes on. They are so good about cleanliness that after I tried on a few things one of their sales clerks was steaming it before returning it out in the store! That's why everything looks so crisp and fresh! About a month or two earlier I had bought a bathing suit - top, bottom and matching rash guard and I had a problem with the bra cup liner that kinda bunched up when I wore it on vacation. I brought it in to the store hoping that they could get that lining piece in there to lay down correctly and they insisted on replacing the swim top! I didn't bring my receipt with me because I was only looking for help to get the piece in their straight, so they totally exceeded my expectations. I had previously bought a pair of denim Starfish shorts that are so comfy to wear - the fabric is a dream - so soft and stretchy and the inseam is the perfect length. I decided to buy two more pairs in different colors! The store is laid out well with lots of in-store merchandise so you can find just what you're looking for! And if you need help, the friendly sales staff is always willing and able to help you!

I have been to this store several times and I have always received great service. I love the great deals on clearance items. It is so hard to find good quality clothes nowadays and Lands End offers a lot of great choices. My favorites are the winter jackets and pajamas. Also having a brick and mortar store where I can try clothes is nice. I really recommend going to this store.

If I could leave no stars I would. I apologize that when I go out running errands I don't dress over the top - I wear shorts & a over sized tshirt which I'm okay with. That does not mean to judge a book by it's over. Believe it or not I've been shopping before so your crude comment and how "we'll go to the dressing room, we don't take our shirts off in public". Sorry, but no. Maybe someone else would let your attitude fly, but this was ridiculous. The employee was unpleasant, unhelpful, & simply rude. If I didn't have to order my sons school uniforms here I would go elsewhere.

I was disappointed in this store. I typically get a lot of my clothes from LE online because they carry most things in tall sizes. However, nothing in the store is for tall women. You can order from a kiosk where you can speak with a real person. Yes she was nice, but it was incredibly hard to hear her because the kiosk was close to checkout. The people in the store are nice, but really, Land's End? Why do you make it hard for us tall people? Nobody else carries things in tall so you could fill a need.
