25 Best Leggings Our Editors Never Travel Without

"These leggings from Lands' End are my favorite pair, especially when the temperature drops. They're lined with fleece and are incredibly soft. These are my go-to option when traveling—they keep me warm on the plane and limit the number of layers I pack in my personal item to wear just in case the air conditioning is on full blast."

As a petite woman, I love Land's End clothes. Having an outlet store to go to - priceless. I should own stock...

Google
The website said they had the item I was looking for and the staff was not overly helpful in locating it. If it isn’t on the floor as current item, the back half of the store has a mess of clearance that isn’t labeled very well. I was impressed by the amount of clothes that appeared at a higher level than what was expected.

I love shopping here. They have great styles and sales! The team that works here are always so kind and helpful! Shout to Mr. Alan who’s customer service skills are 5 🌟he’s always so cheery and not afraid to converse with the customers!

Looked like it was closing. Everything was 50 percent off and not as much inventory as usual. Plus, they are not having the normal warehouse sale in Dodgeville WI later this month.

Very helpful with advice on an old damaged coat. They also had a pretty nice selection of stuff on sale. The sale prices were but as good as their online black Friday/cyber Monday sale (I went Saturday after black Friday), but the selection was better. I bought an item at a higher price than online, but online it was only available as xxxl or something. The point is, it is worth going in even if they didn't have the item online.

Who is the grumpy, older man who works at the return counter (12/6/24)? I don’t come in often, but I never forget him and dread walking up to him. He is so unfriendly. As the customer I shouldn’t have to always be the one doing the greeting. I think he should look for something else maybe not in customer service where he will be more happy. Oh and by the way- don’t dare take the item you’re returning out of the bag it was packaged in and set them both on the counter for the return. He will very aggressively shove it back in the bag like it’s some huge problem it was taken out. I thought maybe I was helping by removing it so he could inspect the item prior to returning it but I definitely was not.

The sales people were all super nice and helpful! I'd go back in a heartbeat!

An employee said they had an item I am looking for and then led me around the store without finding it. The employee seemed insincere in retrospect. The Lands' End website page for the item says "not available in Richfield." There is a shipping charge for online purchases totaling less than $99. This store is small. I dislike Lands' Ends' store and online shopping options now.

Yelp
Very disappointed. I have been a Land's End customer since the 80's. Quality at that time was amazing and they stood behind every product. With my allergies I purchase the men's cotton socks. Over the years they have become thinner and not as good of quality. They also used to have fun patterns and now it is the boring neutrals. The coats used to be excellent and we own several jackets and parkas. Now the quality is much worse. I purchased a parka and the hood was defective. The only thing that I still consider very good is the supima towel bath sheet. Out of all of the items I purchased in the last few years, I have returned about 75%.

Yelp
This review is based on Lands End bathrooms only. I had just left Petsmart and had to use a bathroom. I figured this was my best option in the area. I haven't been here in years. Upon entering and doing a fake browse of the men's section I was greeted by an employee explaining their specials...the last thing I wanted since I had to use the facilities. I browsed till I found the bathroom in the rear of the store. Just what I wanted, am open and very clean bathroom! They even had some nice smelling soap to use. A successful visit to Lands End.

Yelp
Very clean store, and amazing staff! It was my first time coming in and had no idea where everything was, until one of the employees named Ian pointed me to the right direction and helped me pick out a new pair of cute swim trunks! I will be coming back for sure!

Yelp
The customer service people at this sales counter at the Sears & Roebuck store in the Mall of America are simply p.h.e.n.o.m.e.n.a.l. Friendly, polite, helpful, and, oftentimes, efficient.

Yelp
Why am I, as a San Franciscan, stuck reviewing a Land's End in my former hometown? SF has the ACTUAL Land's End. And yet, no Land's End stores? Oh, the humanity! I never pretend to be "complicated." It's an adjective used by i-bankers who need you to know that they have an "understanding" with their wives, or girls who won't call you back. It's up there with that other famous phrase, "I'm not religious, but I'm spiritual." To which Daniel Tosh famously replied, "I'm not honest, but you're interesting." So, I'm not complicated. But I AM contradictory. And Land's End factors heavily into that. In a closet increasingly dominated by English-tailored shirts I pay WAY too much for, there is a small but dedicated faction of wonderful, comfortable, durable Land's End clothing, that always makes me happy when I put it on. Case in point: a recent Monday. I spent most of that day either in crawl spaces checking electrical connections or on rooftops checking flashing details. I set off more than five rat traps. All while clad in a simple t-shirt, Levi's, a Land's End chamois-cloth shirt, white socks and sneakers. That day reminded me why I chose to spend my life at the strange intersection of construction and law: it satisfied the inherent contradiction involved when a ranch kid tries to practice law in the big city. My career and my closet equally mirror my contradictory personality. And, just as I appreciate spending a day reminding myself why I love my job, I appreciate clothing that reminds me that it's okay not to starch everything, that French cuffs aren't mandatory, and that some things look better the more you beat them up.

Yelp
I keep thinking that I occasionally go to Lands End, but the truth is that it's my go-to store for clothes, particularly around Christmas. They have great sales, and cheerful, bright (vs. drab) clothing. Their down vests have a lot of variety in colors and patterns, and are a steal when they're on sale; I have a down jacket and a down dressy coat from them that I love (also good colors) and a lightweight "travel" jacket for cool but not cold weather, their scarves are soft, and I like the flannel shirts, shirt jackets w sherpa inside and other cold weather clothes for men. Too many things that I like, really. These are clothes that I wear a lot, not that go into the closet for the day when I find somewhere to wear this quirky thing, i.e., they are somewhat classic, somewhat sporty and great for normal wear. They also carry women's pants that fit me (unlike some, they have natural waist pants as well as mid-rise (which just fall off me); their variety of pants length, shape, and waist heights makes it much easier to find one that actually works. I'm hoping that they will start making flannel lined jeans soon. In the summer, they have shorts that I can wear,,,and pretty linen gaucho pants. What's not to like?

Yelp
A great store for durable clothing, all well-made and well-priced. If you happen to go on a day when they have extra mark-downs, it's just your lucky day! I always go straight to the back racks where the selections for petites are separately organized. Granted they don't always have a huge selection, but again, it depends on the day or the week. The biggest challenge is not to overspend and buy way more than you need simply because the prices are too good to pass up.
