We arrived after calling and stating we'd be there in 3 min, showed up and waited over 10 min at the front desk before someone came to check us in. 3 people walked from bar past us but not once addressed us. When they did, nothing was said other than name, number and credit card number. He passed us key and told us where to go. Restaurant closed at 8, which meant we had to call someone if you needed ice past 8pm. The internet didn't work so they had to also give us a different wifi link other than listed at front desk. No receipt was provided at time of check in, luckily we were smart enough to get one before leaving for evening. As when we checked out after 10 am which they open the desk at 10, no one was to be found and doors were still locked. The lack of proper staffing, poor customer service, incorrect hours and a noisy location, we decided we wouldn't ever return! The delay in service was so unnecessary as there were many security cameras, a bell that was rung numerous times and my friend searching for a staff member. I hope they learn better customer service for all areas of their business and not just the restaurant!
