We loved our stay for two nights here! It was just what we needed, quiet with things to do around the hotel We enjoyed the Tennis and mini golf. Everyone we met on the ground was so kind and very polite (Mr. Fouzey, the recipient (forgot your name i am very sorry) and the chef especially) it was a pleasure waking up and seeing their smiles and greetings every morning. The food was super good, I ordered the same pasta for two days because of how good it was. We look forward trying the rest of their hotels in the future.

We spent 4 nights at Langdale Boutique Hotel and our experience was simply unbeatable! From the moment we arrived, every detail was taken care of, and the service was outstanding – from the reception team to the waiters, the chef, and every single member of the staff. The hotel itself is idyllic, the perfect place to enjoy a honeymoon or simply relax by the heated pool while admiring the endless tea plantations around. Without a doubt, this is a spectacular accommodation that we would recommend to anyone visiting the area. Thank you so much for everything – we are eternally grateful for these unforgettable days.

I booked this place after a week in more “outback” of Sri Lanka wanting to have a few days of luxury relaxation. Started out beautifully with welcome drinks and smooth check in. Room was nice and the entire facility is picturesque. Their dinner was lovely- recommend the sri lankan meal with curry as they just kept bringing out multiple curry dishes which were individually amazing. Breakfast isnt buffet style but adequate. Pool is nice, not as big as their picture and didnt particularly feel “heated” but it is colder region of SL. There was spa altho I didnt try and could play tennis and mini golf. There was a walk within tea garden nearby but the walkway wasnt well maintained so ensure you have long sleeved clothing not to get thorned. The few downside was that: A) my cash got stolen - i didnt use any cash during my stay and as I was about to pay my driver on my way to colombo, there was about $20 missing and I knew as I had withdrawn cash just the right amount to pay my driver. Found out after I got to colombo and didnt complain but maybe avoid housekeeping if having short stay or ensure to use their safe B) 2nd day breakfast took ages, over an hr I still hadnt received my main meal which was an omelette. Had to pack up and leave and hence couldnt actually have my breakfast. Look, overall I still enjoyed the view and serenity. Just to be aware of.

A truly British gem in the heart of Sri Lanka! We had an absolutely wonderful stay, the service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were beautifully decorated, combining classic elegance with modern comfort. The cuisine was simply divine, offering a delicious variety of dishes that delighted us every day. The heated pool was a perfect touch, especially on cooler days, and there were plenty of activities available regardless of the weather. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, this hotel has it all. Highly recommended for anyone seeking charm, comfort, and top-tier hospitality!

Great views, and have a lot of activities like mini golf, tennis, badminton, visit to the tea state with sun rise and sun set views. And a very calm and quiet place to relax.

Staying at Amaya Langdale Boutique was nothing short of magical. The property is a true gem, nestled amidst lush tea plantations that create an atmosphere of serenity and beauty from the moment you arrive. The culinary experience here is sensational. Every meal felt crafted with love and care, showcasing fresh ingredients – many of which are grown directly on the estate, from vibrant vegetables to fragrant spices. The homemade baked goods were absolutely delightful, and the selection of jams was outstanding. A special mention must go to the coconut jam – it is truly unforgettable and unlike anything I have ever tasted before. The combination of the breathtaking setting, the warm hospitality, and the exquisite food makes Amaya Langdale Boutique a place I would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Sri Lanka. It is more than just a hotel; it is an experience that lingers long after your stay.

A truly charming boutique hotel with the feel of an English country house. Everything is tastefully designed, from the cozy interior to the lovely garden and heated pool – a real plus in the cooler mountain climate. What really sets this place apart is the incredibly kind and helpful staff. They go out of their way to assist with anything – from local recommendations to organizing transportation and the next leg of your journey. Everything was arranged smoothly and with genuine care. There are free leisure activities like tennis and mini-golf, and for a small extra charge, guests can also enjoy the spa area with sauna, steam room, and relaxation facilities. Thoughtful touches throughout the property make the stay even more comfortable. A peaceful, welcoming place to relax and recharge. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a quiet and personal getaway.

We had an amazing stay at Langdale! We stayed with our 11month baby and the hotel team- hotel manager, receptionist, catering team were really helpful and looked after us so well! The rooms are superb, very comfortable especially waking up to the view of the tea fields is breathtaking! The food was refined and always delicious. We took the tea factory tour which was close to the hotel which was also excellent. It was so sad to leave this place! Would highly recommend this wonderful boutique hotel. Thank you again for our stay team!
