I had a wonderful stay at Langham Palace Guangzhou. 1. The room was absolutely amazing – spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. 2. The service was excellent, with staff attentive and welcoming throughout my stay. 3. The location is convenient, making it easy to move around the city. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast selection, which felt slightly limited compared to the overall high standards of the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return!

Our family enjoyed an unforgettable stay at Langham Place Guangzhou, thanks to the team's outstanding hospitality. A special shoutout to the professional lady at check-in (wish I got her name!) who made us feel welcome from the first moment. Her attention to detail was remarkable - she even remembered our room number when we returned to resolve a parking issue.||||Every interaction with staff was warm and thoughtful, including the surprise birthday cake for our daughter. This level of personalized service is why we'll definitely return. Highly recommended!

It has been a wonderful stay in Langham Guangzhou. The location is great, its just right next to the Guangzhou exhibition center. The room is very nice and comfortable with a super king bed and the bathroom is huge. The buffet breakfast is massive with a lot of choices. The gym is petite but it got everything i needed. I really enjoyed my stay in Langham Guangzhou and I would like to stay here again next time.

Staff were friendly, polite, and had a good command of English. Food at the morning buffet was good. Bacon could be grilled in an oven rather than fried on a hotplate. The gym and pool were good. In-room tea and coffee were minimal; there were no spoons, so you could not stir your hot beverage, there was no complimentary milk for adding to your hot beverage, and the electric jug was very outdated. When I asked for milk for my hot beverage, I was surprised to be told it would cost 68rmb!!!!. The only way the room stayed cool enough was when the housekeeper placed a card in the socket to keep the air conditioner on whilst I was not in the room, otherwise the room was hot and took a very long time to cool down.

Started off not that well as original room given was not made up. Once the staff realised , the recovery process was excellent. We were given an upgrade to a better room and higher floor. Service was excellent, and breakfast was good, with good variety. Concierge staff Jackt was very helpful and helped me to set up my Didi app.

This hotel was great. It was close to Pazhou Ferry terminal and the convention areas if that is what you are after. The service was absolutely 5 star service. The staff were all very attentive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Next time we want to try the hotel breakfast but the coffee station was great

For once more this hotel was a pleasure to stay. The services to my opinion and requirements are perfect and the location too. If you are looking for a good hotel, on a not so busy location this is the one. As this is a hotel right next to the largest exhibition center in the area it is very busy during exhibitions. Apart from that it is calm and quite.

food need to keep the standard stay for 3 night, order the same order but come out diffrent. Staff need more english partice. When you choose to stay in 5 start hotel you expect better communication. I don't expect to understand all but some basic word plate, spoon, fork, and bowl need to understand if your sorking in the restaurant. spa was great . sample of same order but diffrent day need a consitency
