The lobby exudes elegance with its grand chandeliers and fresh floral displays, instantly setting the tone for a luxurious stay.Check-in was smooth and welcoming, with staff greeting me warmly and offering a refreshing welcome drink. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated, combining classic charm with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens felt like sleeping on clouds.Facilities were top-notch – the pool and spa area provided the perfect relaxation after a day of exploring, and the fitness centre was well-equipped. The Club Lounge offered a refined atmosphere with a great selection of snacks, drinks, and attentive service throughout the day.Dining at the hotel was a highlight – breakfast had a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, from fresh fruit and pastries to made-to-order hot dishes. The afternoon tea experience was a must-try, with impeccable presentation and flavour.What stood out the most was the staff – every interaction felt genuine, and they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Small touches like remembering my name and preferred coffee order made a huge difference.Overall: The Langham Palace blends timeless elegance with modern luxury, making it a perfect choice for both leisure and business travellers. One of the best hotel’s we have been to so far. The staff was very approachable and willing to help. They helped us extend our check out time. The executive lounge was great and the dinner buffet was awesome with loads of seafood choices. We wish that the swimming pool could have been bigger and there were more malls near the hotel. Overall a very pleasant and unforgettable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Langham Palace Guangzhou. 1. The room was absolutely amazing – spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. 2. The service was excellent, with staff attentive and welcoming throughout my stay. 3. The location is convenient, making it easy to move around the city. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast selection, which felt slightly limited compared to the overall high standards of the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return!

The view from the room was great - they upgraded us to a higher floor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Soundproofing is good. There were lots of food choices in the breakfast buffet and good takeaway options nearby for delivery. The pool and steam room were good. I really enjoyed my massage experience in Chuan spa. It’s not far from the metro station.

I stayed 1 night at the Langham Guangzhou and left very disappointed with my stay. Based on the reviews I expected it to be a modern, well kept hotel consistent with other Langham's I've stayed at but I immediately felt let down by the reviews as I walked in. This Langham is nothing compared to the other Langham hotels in Shenzhen, Hong Kong or Shanghai. It felt cold and the rooms were very basic and old. I asked to move rooms as the bathroom smelled terrible. Breakfast was also OK, nothing special. Everytime I left the table to get more food someone would clear everything on the table including my half drunk coffee, really annoying. There is also nothing around the location, its far from the hustle and bustle of the city which may be fine if you are visiting the exhibition fairs but theres nothing around this area for tourists. I wont stay here again.

Our family enjoyed an unforgettable stay at Langham Place Guangzhou, thanks to the team's outstanding hospitality. A special shoutout to the professional lady at check-in (wish I got her name!) who made us feel welcome from the first moment. Her attention to detail was remarkable - she even remembered our room number when we returned to resolve a parking issue.||||Every interaction with staff was warm and thoughtful, including the surprise birthday cake for our daughter. This level of personalized service is why we'll definitely return. Highly recommended!

It has been a wonderful stay in Langham Guangzhou. The location is great, its just right next to the Guangzhou exhibition center. The room is very nice and comfortable with a super king bed and the bathroom is huge. The buffet breakfast is massive with a lot of choices. The gym is petite but it got everything i needed. I really enjoyed my stay in Langham Guangzhou and I would like to stay here again next time.
