Lanikai Beach Rentals

Absolute delight to share the home of Rick and Nini. The place was fantastic and in terms of location was A1. Morning stroll to the best beach in the world, with coffee and breakfast. On an evening even the sunset was fabulous being on the other side. We will be staying here when in Lanikai again. Thanks guys

Our stay with Lanikai Beach Rentals was amazing. The garden studio was exactly as described in the listing. Very clean and comfortable. Rick and Nini were so accommodating it made staying at their rental feel like home. I would strongly recommend staying with Lanikai Beach Rentals, they have exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to return!

My wife and I stayed for week in 2015 in the Lanikai Garden Studio. We had a terrific time and enjoyed the ambience and privacy and hospitality of Rick and Nine. The location is a good as it gets with two great beached nearby. We are returning in November for 10 days in the Lanikai Treehouse. We have stayed in Hawaii many times over the years and this by far at or near the top of our list of most comfortable, cozy and private accommodations and friendly hosts.

We stayed at Lanikai Beach rentals in Aug/Sept last year and had the ultimate hosts in Rick and Nini. Not only were they welcoming and accommodating, but they were extremely helpful in terms of recommendations for dining, sightseeing and shopping. We stayed in the garden studio which became our oasis for 2 weeks, so clean and comfortable and only a 3 min walk to Lanikai Beach. I really recommend staying at Lanikai Beach rentals, we had the best time and will definitely be back. Mahalo and aloha!!

The most beautiful, peaceful serene abode in Kailua. Very clean, nicely decorated and private Steps to the ocean where I had my morning coffee with the twin Muks. Absolutely stunning location and the best host family.

Rented "Place in Paradise" on beach in Kailua (July, 2019). 6 nights. 5th night bedroom ceiling falls in on daughter-in-law and 2 year old twins sleeping in bed. Had to move them to another room. Next day there were contractors in the house replacing ceiling. Was told at check in to "lock all doors and windows" because even paradise has crime. Because of wet mud in new ceiling, contractor left sliding door and window open with large fans on all night. Next day we left. So, a horrifying night for Mom and babies, and the inconvenience of contractors in the home, then not able to secure the home for that last night with 7, 5 and (two) 2 year old boys sleeping in the home. "Place in Paradise" my foot. We paid top dollar to have a quality home and privacy. Out of principle, asked for a partial refund - was told no. I would never rent from this agency, nor would I ever stay in that home again. Don't waste your money.
