Lani's Suites Deluxe

I have been waiting for the opportunity to stay at Lani’s suites for a few years now and when we arrived we were not disappointed. ||The communication with the hotel is seamless, and they do their best to ensure they can fulfill any requests. |We were collected from the airport in a beautiful car and from that moment on, everything was relaxing and luxurious. |The rooms are modern, large and spotlessly clean. |There are lots of little gifts and touches that make you feel as if they are going the extra mile||The grounds are continually cleaned and very beautiful.|When you wake up on a morning the hot tub is ready for use and the sun loungers have covers and towels at the ready.||The beds around the pool are incredibly comfortable and there are plenty, so there is always one available. ||The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and the food in the restaurant is excellent.||Although the hotel is undeniably stunning, it is the staff that make it really special. |I wish I could name everyone, as every individual was kind, thoughtful and anticipated your every need. ||One small issue we had was taken seriously and dealt with immediately||Late one night my husband and I walked down to the beach very late, and nobody was around except a lovely gentleman who was busy at work maintaining the grounds. He saw that we were stood on the shore, enjoying a glass of cava, and before we knew it he had brought us deck chairs and blankets! So thoughtful! ||Jonathan and Alessandro were friendly and attentive and the standout for us was Miriam, who was thoughtful, friendly, funny and went more than the extra mile.||The personal, thoughtful touches and |small gifts and gestures are what make this hotel stand out and I’m already plotting to find ways to get back there as soon as possible!! ||Thank you for our lovely relaxing holiday

Our 2nd visit & as good as the 1st!! Suites are comfortable, clean & have everything you could need. Restaurant overlooking the beach. No better place to eat for quality of food & view. The best part of the experience though are the staff who are AMAZING!! All of them. You are looked after from the minute you are picked up from the airport until you are dropped back again. Nothing is too much trouble. It’s pricey to stay here but in my opinion, worth every penny!!

Picked up by private Limousine and transported to the hotel. Glass of bubbles on arrival with the usual friendly welcome. This was our 4th visit to Lani’s and they keep trying to improve it every time. |Rooms are immaculate, with complimentary bottle of Cava on ice and chocolates. |Everything around the hotel is constantly being cleaned and maintained. |Fresh towels, pillow and sun lounger cover on your terrace every morning. The sun beds around the pool are immediately changed as soon as it becomes vacant (and no reserving of sun beds by people not using them).|Complimentary cocktail and snacks delivered to you around the pool or on your terrace every day. Thanks Pablo!!|Complimentary bikes used one day to go to Arrecife. |Jonathan, Miriam and Alejandro are always around making sure everything is ok for the guests. |Jonathan organised for us to hire Stand Up Paddle boards one day, which were dropped off at the beach next to the hotel for us. If you need anything, they will try to organise it for you. |Juan and his team in the restaurant look after you from breakfast, lunch, evening meal and beyond. |We were surprised with another bottle of Cava, flowers and balloons one day for our wedding anniversary that the hotel had remembered from the year before. |Even though you are right on the strip, once inside the hotel it is totally peaceful and relaxed. |We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks in Lani’s and can’t wait to go back again.

Had a lovely relaxing massage. Can’t recommend it enough. Was looked after from start to finish. Was greeted with a glass of cava and the same again once finished. The massage itself was absolutely divine.. so relaxing. Highly recommend if you’re on the island and looking for a pamper.

Just returned from our 2nd fantastic stay this year at Lani’s. It was truly wonderful once again. The accommodation is outstanding, the swimming pool is beautiful and with direct access to a lovely beach. The restaurant food is delightful and they went out of their way to accommodate my wife’s Coeliac’s disease providing lots of Glute Free options which was appreciated. I cannot see us ever staying anywhere else !|Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so brilliant, here’s to the next time .

Just had the pleasure of staying at lani’s de Luxe hotel in Puerto del Carmen in Lanzarote. We had the most wonderful time while staying there. The staff are excellent, they can’t do enough for you, so polite and helpful. ||Would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel, we stayed there for one week 10 years ago and the standard has remained the same, excellent. ||Thank you to all the people who work at Lani’s for looking after us. ||Neil and Patricia Johnson.

This is the most amazing hotel, from the moment we landed at the airport we experienced nothing but 1st class service. I don’t want to spoil all the surprises and treats, as honestly every turn I found a little gift or that added extra to make our stay as luxurious and comfortable as possible. This hotel is the leader in what good customer service looks like. I will never stay anywhere else on the island! Food was absolutely delicious and their live singer was out of this world and the hotel manager even arranged happy birthday song for me, I was extremely honoured! Oh and not to mention the beautiful birthday decorations they put in the room……. We had such an amazing time you really do have to stay here I can guarantee you will not regret it!

A little piece of heaven that you will never want to leave. Lani's Suites Deluxe is truly the very best we have ever stayed at. The suites, location, food are without doubt 5 star however it is the staff & attention to detail that take it to 7 star, the staff truly never missed a beat throughout our stay and we can honestly call them friends. The staff are like a family and it shines through. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is superb, the suites are so comfortable, the views are stunning. Such an honour to share our wedding anniversary with the 10 year anniversary of Lanis Suites and such an amazing party. The staff went above and beyond to help create a memorable adventure packed relaxing holiday & helped us create memories that stay with us forever, from sunset sailing to jetski safari. Thankyou to each and everyone of the staff for welcoming us to this magical oasis and ensuring we escaped the craziness of life so we could truly switch of
