Having stayed countless times throughout the years, we're just back from our 3rd this year, it's easy to forget to always leave a review.||It’s hard to put into words just how special Lani’s Suites de Luxe is to us. We’ve been returning year after year, and each visit feels even more magical than the last. This isn’t just a hotel — it’s a place we now think of as our second home, where we have met lifelong friends, who all come together both at the hotel, and back in the UK.||From the moment we arrive, we’re greeted with genuine warmth by the amazing staff, many of whom feel like friends at this point. Their attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and kindness make all the difference — nothing is ever too much trouble, and everything is done with a smile.||The suites are absolutely stunning — luxurious, peaceful, and spotless, with breathtaking ocean views that never get old. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast by the sea is one of our favourite rituals. It's the kind of tranquility that stays with you long after you leave.||Every corner of Lani’s feels like a sanctuary. The entire atmosphere is calm, intimate, and incredibly relaxing. It’s one of the few places we’ve ever been where we truly unwind.||The breakfast is always a highlight — fresh, beautifully presented, and served with care. We’ve also had some unforgettable dinners at the restaurant, with the sound of the sea in the background and exceptional service throughout.||It’s that rare place that delivers five-star luxury while still feeling warm, personal, and full of heart. My husband and I stayed here for the first time for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. I have to say it was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. The Staff, the Food, the Suites, the Pool.... it was amazing. The attention to detail was second to none and our Suite was beautifully decorated on the day of our anniversary when we came back from breakfast. The suites had a great array of tea and coffee & soft drinks, together with snacks which were replenished everyday. Breakfast each morning was cooked beautifully and the staff were so friendly and helpful.||We also had an evening flight @ 8.00pm and we were allowed to stay in the Suite for the whole day, which was a great addition. Both chauffeur's to and from the airport praised the hotel highly and said that it was by far the best on the island. We will second that. ||Extremely well don to all!! We will be back.........

I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel it’s top quality from top to bottom from the hotel it’s self and the wonderful staff who can’t do enough for you. It started with a pick up in the limousine at the airport. Our room was decorated for our anniversary which was a lovely touch the rooms are beautiful with sea views. And beers and snacks for you included Breakfast was fantastic in the restaurant served to you at your table while looking out on to the beach there are free soft drinks in a fridge round the pool . The whole place is set up for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. I also used the gym which is across the road through the amazing car park it’s not often you can say that 😀you can also get reception to order you a bike free of charge if you fancy a ride up and down the strip I can’t recommend this hotel enough it’s worth every penny

Stayed here for the first time at the beginning of June and it won’t be the last! Wow!!||Have never stayed in a hotel where there is so much detail in the little things.||The staff are amazing and Miriam was excellent throughout. She is so good at her job.||We stayed in room 7 to start and the attention to detail in the little things is one of the things that makes the stay even more excellent! I won’t spoil the little surprises. However you do get some flip flops included and I am only mentioning this because both pairs were around a size 9 so no good for my size 5 feet. They need to provide them in ladies sizes too.||The only downside to room 7 was how light it was|In the room in the morning. It was so bright. Either|Complimentary eye masks or needed or some curtains. We stayed in room 12 also (we moved to have access to the hot tub when the pool was being worked on) and that room had dark curtains. The beds are extremely comfortable.||The breakfast is nice. They do it until midday!! Which is excellent if you like a lie in. You can pick what you want from the menu.||The pool is beautiful, the sun beds are so comfortable and there is complimentary water and soft drinks in a fridge by the pool. ||We had lunch in the restaurant one day which was excellent. ||I can’t praise this hotel enough and will definately be back! It’s my new favourite hotel in Puerto del Carmen

A Truly Magical Stay at Lani’s Luxury Suites! From the moment we arrived at Lani’s Luxury Suites, we were treated like royalty. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly — always ready with a smile and attentive to every little detail. It’s rare to find such outstanding service that feels both luxurious and personal. The suites themselves were immaculate, beautifully designed with so much thought put into the smallest touches. Everything felt intentional, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in the rooms was remarkable 👍🏻 And the view? Absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sparkling sea and enjoying peaceful moments on the terrace was pure bliss. We were also blown away by the on-site restaurant. The food was not just good — it was the best we’ve ever had on a holiday. Every meal was a treat, with fresh ingredients, creative presentation, and flavors that left a lasting impression. Lani’s truly exceeded all our expectations. It’s not just a hotel — it’s an experience. We left feeling pampered, relaxed, and already dreaming of our return. This is the most amazing hotel, from the moment we landed at the airport we experienced nothing but 1st class service. I don’t want to spoil all the surprises and treats, as honestly every turn I found a little gift or that added extra to make our stay as luxurious and comfortable as possible. This hotel is the leader in what good customer service looks like. I will never stay anywhere else on the island! Food was absolutely delicious and their live singer was out of this world and the hotel manager even arranged happy birthday song for me, I was extremely honoured! Oh and not to mention the beautiful birthday decorations they put in the room……. We had such an amazing time you really do have to stay here I can guarantee you will not regret it!

We have just returned from Lani's after celebrating my 60th birthday. We had a wonderful time, and all the staff made the birthday truly special and memorable. From the wonderful welcome from Alejandro and Sabrina at Reception on arrival, to the fabulous attention to detail everywhere throughout the hotel, nothing was missed. Our suite was decorated for my actual birthday, and we were made to feel like royalty. Every guest is treated with kindness, care, and as an individual. The entire staff are amazing. The suite was beautiful. Every need catered for. The bed was so comfortable, and the high quality bed linen made for a sumptuous sleep. The food in the restaurant was beyond delicious. It was another level, and on my birthday, the waiting staff produced a surprise birthday cake and sang happy birthday at the the dinner table. WOW! JUST WOW. The thing is, this is the normal standard of service at Lanis, and I can see why guests return again and again. It really is Heaven on earth! Special mention must to go Alejandro and Sabrina on Reception, and our waiter Gill in the restaurant, who instigated the singing of happy birthday. |Thank you all so very much. I had a wonderful birthday. The kindness and care shown to us was astounding. We can't wait to return.

Wow, wow, wow, our second trip to Lani’s and every part of it is better than excellent in fact we can’t find the words that truly explain what a heavenly oasis this hotel is. The hotel is a credit to the owner and the wonderful staff who ensure that everything about your stay is top class they are to be commended, nothing is too much trouble. This hotel is everything a hotel should be and so much more. We arrived to our gorgeous room with soft drinks and a bottle of fizz waiting for us along with confectionery in the well stocked fridge which apart from the mini alcohol are all free and restocked each day by our housekeeper who is top notch and we love all the little touches that are provided for you (we wont spoil it by telling you what they are) everything is beyond magnificent. Everyone should book a holiday to Lani’s it is a serene and glorious hotel. I assure you will say it’s one of the best hotels you will have ever stayed in. We have holidayed in some of the best, but this one has its own personality, with the staff, the views, the restaurant, the decor, the cleanliness and all of the super touches they provide for you we have to say it’s a little piece of heaven here on earth and certainly one of the best. Book it for your next holiday….we guarantee you will not be disappointed!!
