L'Annexe

L'annexe is a good address up in the pigalle area. We enjoyed a huge Cote du beuf served beautifully over a bed of sauteed onions and mushrooms. It's on a quiet street, the place has a family run, casual vibe. It's a cool spot for a quiet, abundant dinner.

A wonderful restaurant on a street with no traffic, and away from the tourist traps. Tables inside and out - a great spot for outdoor dining on a pleasant evening. There is no English menu = a hangout for local Parisians - just what we wanted! To our delight, the staff were very welcoming despite us not speaking French. One young staff had excellent English and was super helpful. The chef even came out to check that we liked the food. And we LOVED it! Large portions and exceptionally fresh and tasty. Highly recommend the crayfish! Thank you L’Annexe for your welcome - from the two Australians who were very tired after just arriving in Paris after a very long 33-hour flight. Merci beaucoup

Genuinely had one of the best meals I’ve ever had! The food was outstanding and the service was very friendly, and spoke very good English (sorry we didn’t speak any better French)! I will be back!

We booked a month ago. Reservation confirmed. Bank print of 40eur x2.. to come and see that it was close. They could have at least messaged us… what is this?

One of the best French foods in Paris.

Honestly best meat I’ve ever eaten. Really tender and with side of fresh fries and salad. The wine selection is great too! Lovely Parisian vibe. 5/5.

The food was fantastic and well priced, the wine list excellent and the service was beyond compare, making this the loveliest dining experience and one we repeated numerous times during our stay in Paris. It became our "regular". Maxim, the owner, made us feel most welcome and adjusted any dish I ordered to suit my gluten free diet, without any fuss or compromise on taste or presentation. Patrique, our waiter, was always pleasant and willing to engage in conversation. A home away from home.
