Lanson Place Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

We love this hotel the room is impeccable and very practical and comfortable. Everyone is super nice Tiffany particularly. Their breakfast are varied healthy and delicious. The bed is great and the shower impeccable. Causeway bay is a great location.

For the price tag it was a fine hotel with great service. Two issues that may only be my experience, the water switches between super hot to room temp when showering, and their smoke detector in the bathroom keeps twirping every half an hour. Also not having any complimentary water in the room is pretty cheap.

Highly recommended - truly an oasis within the city. Very much enjoyed the bright, clean, well-designed, luxurious and modern interiors. Excellent soundproofing - no noise from the busy street below penetrated our bedroom. Delicious breakfast (semi-buffet is a bit of a misnomer in my opinion, since the extent of the hot and cold spread could stand on its own alongside what other hotels term a buffet, even though they might have a made-to-order menu as well). Outstandingly courteous service, which exceeded our expectations (recognized a special occasion which we had not informed them about, and did not even solicit a review!).

Had an exceptional stay at Lanson Place Causeway Bay — every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, was warm and attentive. Loved the thoughtful birthday surprise with a handwritten card and tote bag, now a sweet keepsake from my trip. Truly memorable hospitality!

We stayed at the Lanson Place HK following a recommendation from a family friend living in Hong Kong. We stayed there for 4 nights. The hotel is very conveniently placed within the heart of Causeway Bay, which is excellent for accessing downtown Hong Kong for business purposes as well as shopping and accessing a range of restaurants. The room we had was very spacious (also aesthetically pleasing) and the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. A very special thanks to Kevin, Narie and Kenny for being so kind and accommodating. We had a few issues during our stay, which the management were very quick to resolve and rectify. This is why this hotel deserves 5 stars; it's the prompt and thoughtful way in which our issues were corrected. Many reviewers will always say what went well and what did not and base their rating on this. And for this reason we would like to applaud and send our genuine gratitude and thanks to Michael Chia (Hotel Manager). The example set by the staff and management at The Lanson Place Causeway Bay is something that many other hotels and hospitality establishments should learn from. In our situation, we were very impressed with the hotel, staff and management and we will definitely come and stay here the next time we are in Hong Kong!

We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade. The room was surprisingly spacious for Hong Kong standards, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed with elegant, thoughtful touches. The bed was comfortable, complete with a pillow menu, and the amenities, from the fully stocked minibar and coffee machine to the sleek, modern bathroom, were top-tier.The location is unbeatable. Just a short walk to Sogo Mall and the heart of Causeway Bay, with endless shopping, local eateries, and serene parks nearby. Despite being in the center of it all, the hotel remained a tranquil retreat after a busy day.We truly appreciated the boutique charm and meticulous attention to detail. It’s clear Lanson Place prioritizes guest comfort and satisfaction.We’ll absolutely return on our next visit to Hong Kong. My friend booked this hotel for me because it’s run by a Singapore company. The room was spacious after an upgrade. The breakfast was simple but good enough. Although it’s not common to have sparkling wine in the morning, it definitely made my trip more enjoyable.||I must say the gentleman managing the restaurant—Ricky, if I’m not mistaken—was exceptionally professional and welcoming. He made me feel as if I were in Hong Kong again. These days, Hong Kong is changing, and many places have lowered their standards of service. It was wonderful to meet someone like Ricky, who brought back the warm memories of how HK used to be.

I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with a super cute design that feels warm and homey. I honestly felt like staying in and relaxing the whole time. The staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers a variety of thoughtful services you might not find at other hotels. It's a shame that we only stayed for a short time, but we'll definitely be coming back 🤍⭐️

This Hilton property was very nice. The room was nicely decorated and the bathroom was very functional. The location was very convenient and close to the subway station. The breakfast buffet was very good, as the food was excellent. The price was low compared to American and European hotels.

Wow what a great stay. From check in to check out the experience was fantastic. The welcome tea that was served was memorable too while I waited for my passport and keys to the room. Every employee was helpful and the hotel truly deserves a 5 star. We were upgraded luckily and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The gym facilities were also in new condition. Everything you can think of they provided. The breakfast buffet and dish selections were plentiful. I love that I could get wonton noodle soup or choice of eggs too. If I'm ever back in Hong Kong I will be staying at Lanson Place.

3 stars because I had such horrible customer service PRIOR to arriving. I booked the hotel through Chase Ultimate Rewards, which is essentially CASH, but they said I went through a travel agency so they weren't as accommodating. I had some scheduling conflict and tried to reschedule/get a refund for a later date, but the hotel WOULD NOT budge. It was really annoying and inconvenient. I wanted to tack on an extra day since I was already staying four nights, but they were going to charge me an additional $300 which was also really annoying. I ended up having to stay at another hotel for the night because it was too expensive. The overall experience when you get to the hotel is great though. They are very nice, the hotel is high end, and the rooms are extremely spacious. If you don't care about accommodation prior to a visit then I'd recommend, but pray that your plans won't need adjustment because they are the worse when it comes to that. I had to jump through so many hurdles just to speak with someone.

My extended family live in HK and I have been back to visit often. This is the first time I've stayed at Lanson Place but I will definitely stay again. The location is great, close to everything but away from the bustle. It is right across the road from the Michelin Star dumpling restaurant Din Tai Fung. Such a treat! The staff are polite and friendly, noting is too much trouble. Even my family who came to have a look around commented on how unusual it was that the staff were so nice. My room was spacious and nicely decorated. Love the kitchenette, it's nice to have the option of a quite coffee and cereal for breakfast before heading out for the day. Thank you for giving me sanctuary.

What a wonderful boutique hotel nestled in the heart of the city. Rooms have beautiful new bathrooms, kitchenettes, luxurious amenities. Definitely exquisite.

Love this place! This was recommended to me by my dad, I usually stay in the Tsim Sha Tsui side but decided to try Causeway Bay. 1. Location- this hotel has an excellent location, everything is walking distance. I love that there are so many good and reasonably priced restaurants in the area. Sogo, Times Square etc are a few malls that are within walking distance 2. Room- the room was Very clean, spacious and has a beautiful layout. They give you a complimentary basket of goodies as well. I love the fact that it has a kitchenette. 3. The staff are very friendly, you can always leave the things you buy with them for keeping and they even lend you umbrellas. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for a business trip. The staff were great - all professional and helpful esp the folks on the ground floor who helped w/ hailing taxis. It can be difficult in the morning! The location is great if you're looking to hit up places within CWB. For example, Din Tai Fung and many dessert spots are a hop and a skip away. The rooms come with a kitchenette which was nice for eating in after a long day. They also give a smartphone for local purposes that lets you make calls and access basic wifi. The price was also good.

It's not the biggest and most luxurious hotel in Hong Kong I'm sure, but wow an experience. The minute the bellhop seen me come, he came outside to help me, from across the street. He took my bags and walked me to the elevator and let me know that the front desk was on the second floor. He push the button and the door closed and I was on my way to check in. The doors opened and there was the front desk, right in front of on me. I sad down in-front of the receptionist and she check me in to the hotel. The ground floor and lobby are very clean, updated and well staffed. The service is 5 star service all the way. My room was on the 11th floor, 4 elevators, no wait. The room was good size, for HK, clean and updated. The first thingI noticed was a Travel Buddy phone, it's a feee phone to use during your stay. A cell phone, you can take with you through the city and it's free. Free phone calls, local or international, never seen that before.
