I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with a super cute design that feels warm and homey. I honestly felt like staying in and relaxing the whole time. The staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers a variety of thoughtful services you might not find at other hotels. It's a shame that we only stayed for a short time, but we'll definitely be coming back 🤍⭐️

My friend booked this hotel for me because it’s run by a Singapore company. The room was spacious after an upgrade. The breakfast was simple but good enough. Although it’s not common to have sparkling wine in the morning, it definitely made my trip more enjoyable.||I must say the gentleman managing the restaurant—Ricky, if I’m not mistaken—was exceptionally professional and welcoming. He made me feel as if I were in Hong Kong again. These days, Hong Kong is changing, and many places have lowered their standards of service. It was wonderful to meet someone like Ricky, who brought back the warm memories of how HK used to be.

Nice newly renovated hotel. Very friendly staff and service. Good breakfast. Free laundry! No swimming pool (we don't need it anyway). Great location in Causeway Bay. + Free Prosecco every evening at the lobby!

The stay was really great and exceeded my expectations in every aspect, especially for guests like me who need to stay for a long time.||1. Excellent location: the location of the hotel is simply impeccable!Surrounded by shopping malls, hospitals and restaurants, it is very convenient for daily life needs or temporary shopping and dining, and you can solve a lot of problems on foot.|2. The room is spacious and comfortable:| Lots of space: the room was very spacious in terms of area to use, not at all confining and very comfortable to stay in.| Bright and clean: the room was well lit, very bright, and extremely clean and tidy, which made it soothing as soon as you entered.| Thoughtful facilities (kitchen): the most pleasant surprise for me was that the room was equipped with an induction hob and simple kitchenware!This is so practical for long stay guests.When you don't want to go out to eat or want to simply cook something, you can do it yourself, which is very convenient and greatly improves the convenience and flexibility of living.|3. Warm and attentive service:| Friendly attitude: from check-in to departure, all the service staff contacted had a very good attitude, warm and friendly, making you feel at home.| Cleaning in time: the room cleaning was done in time, and cleaned especially clean, meticulous, every day back to the room is like new, this point makes me especially satisfied.|4. Personalised service (special praise): Here I would like to praise Miss Dan Zhou who was in charge of our room!Her service was really impressive.She was able to remember the preferences of long-staying guests and took the initiative to provide us with preferred tea bags and coffee capsules. This meticulous, humane and personalised service made guests feel truly valued and cared for, and greatly enhanced the warmth and sense of belonging of the stay experience.

This hotel is a newly renovated boutique hotel located at the busy Causeway Bay. We stayed in a standard room which is of a decent size, tastefully decorated and with good amenities. Location of the hotel is excellent, within walking to the shopping area and you can find good eateries at Jardine Bazaar. All the staff of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. One staff that stood out was Keithlynn, who was very helpful and went out of the way to help prepare some breakfast for my wife early in the morning as we needed to rush to the West Kowloon HSR Station. Breakfast was of a combination of buffet and you can also order from a small menu. Housekeeping, however, can be improved.

This place is a definite slice of paradise. The room, while a bit small according to our taste, had everything we needed and every little space was well thought out. The service was exceptional. The hotel is well situated and very sophisticated. Giving it a 10 out of 10 !!!. The Restaurant was out of this world. It should have a few Michelin Stars in my opinion. This place has it all, best bang for our buck and so much more!!!
