Lanson Place Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

Loved my stay at this hotel. Great location, lovely modern rooms (maybe slightly on the cozy side, but that’s not unusual for HK) and afternoon free-flow cocktails and canapés as part of my room package. Staff there were particularly friendly and engaging, especially Manuel the bartender who patiently put up with me speaking my bad Spanish at him! One of the best laksas I’ve ever eaten is on the dinner menu too. Not cheap, but if you ever come across Lanson Place at a discounted or package rate I highly recommend it.

The hotel is elegant for sure. Had some inconveniences during the first night but the hotel’s stuff managed it gracefully by providing us with another room, more spacious one. We were grateful to them. Loved the hotel design. Breakfasts were also great. Would definitely recommend to visit this place in Hong Kong

We had an excellent stay at Lanson Place. From check in to check out, the staff was so helpful and welcoming (especially Annie at the hotel restaurant!). A few days before check in they emailed to ask for guest info and if we needed a hotel transfer. Upon arrival (after a 14 hr flight), we were seated on a nice big couch and offered herbal tea while the staff processed the check in. When we went to our room our luggage was already there. When my child woke up hungry at 1 am, the reception staff walked us to a near by restaurant that was still open. Very conveniently located in a quiet corner of one of the busiest districts in HK, a stone's throw from MTR station and many bus stops. Lots of good restaurants around as well. The sound proofing is excellent so we had great sleeps. Oh did I mention there are free self service laundry facilities and free afternoon sparkling wine? I have already recommended this hotel to friends and family who travel to HK often. We will also be back! Ps we switched to a different hotel for the second half of our trip to change things up and immediately regretted it and wish we could go back to Lanson Place lol

Come to this hotel at least 2 times a year for work and each stay 5-7 days. Been doing that for at least two years. The service has been always nice and personal. They always greet and chitchat with you at the reception. Few days ago when I visited again. Not sure if it's because a lot of turnaround (didn't see the people who used to work at the hotel). The service quality really dropped quite a lot. Doorman not holding the door and helping the luggage. When I walked in the breakfast room and asked if I can have coffee first and I will come back for food after gym (it was always fine before this time). The receptionist refused and insisted that I needed to get the food now. I was forced into eating before gym and after I sat down and wanted to order breakfast and asked fo 4 fried eggs. The service person told me I can only have 2 eggs and after I told him I've always ordered 4 eggs and it has been fine. He just showed a ‘ok fine’ face and attitude and walked off. Cannot believe that is how you treat a client in whatever settings. Quite disappointing and I hope management can see this and I can see the changes next time I visit. Otherwise I would really consider not coming back.

This is my second year staying at Lanson Place during my annual visit to Hong Kong, and once again it truly felt like a home away from home. As a long‑term‑stay guest, convenience is very important to me, and Lanson Place truly excels in this. I would also like to recognize all the frontline staffs. They are the first impression of this Small Luxury Hotel, and they consistently demonstrate professionalism, warmth, friendliness, understanding, flexibility, and genuine care. They add an extra touch of comfort to every single day. The room décor is beautifully done with soft colors, elegant textures, and warm, cozy lighting. I appreciated the well‑equipped gym, the wonderful breakfast and service at Salon Lanson, and of course my in‑room Nespresso machine—my daily lifesaver! A special thank‑you to the housekeeping team, who kept my unit clean and fresh every day, making it such a pleasure to return after long days out. I highly recommend Lanson Place for your next visit to Hong Kong. If you are looking for a luxury boutique‑style hotel that offers comfort, thoughtful design, and truly personalized hospitality, this is the place to stay.

Stayed at Lanson Place Causeway Bay during our recent visit to Hong Kong, and we were thoroughly impressed with the property. The interior design is stunning, with beautiful colours and textures complemented by warm, cosy lighting that creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel staff and concierge were consistently polite and responsive. Every time we walked past them, we were warmly greeted, which truly made us feel welcome and at home. The rooms are generously sized, thoughtfully laid out, and impeccably clean. Housekeeping standards were excellent throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the ability to independently control the air-conditioning in the room, allowing us to tailor the temperature to our comfort. The location is also ideal—just a short walk from the main shopping belt in Causeway Bay, while still allowing easy access for ride-hailing services such as Uber without significant traffic delays. Overall, this is a highly recommended property, and we would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

One of my favorite stays. They deserve more recognition! I’ve stayed at many hotels, from boutique to high-end branches. I frequent Hong Kong and I will definitely always choose my stay here now! My husband and I travelled with our one year old baby to celebrate both their birthday as well as our anniversary, they made sure to make us feel extra special. The service was truly top notch, fast and very personable! Great attention to detail. The free laundry room was so helpful for our travelling family. The location was fantastic and central to get you to everywhere in Hong Kong easy and quickly. But regardless the hotel takes care of you and make sure your travel is as easy and smooth as possible, they take their time to go out of their way to make things happen. The aesthetic of the hotel as well, gorgeous. Rooms were beautiful and clean. This hotel was truly perfect all around for us. I have now recommended it to my friends and family who visits Hong Kong!

I stayed here for a week while in Hong Kong on business. Service is fabulous - everyone is so kind. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever had - amazing quality and taste. Champagne every morning even! The gym has everything needed. Very classy decor. The laundry room is an amazing perk. The bartender makes a mean martini. If you can swing it, get a room on the even number side - it makes a big difference! Thanks Lanson Place!

This Hilton property was very nice. The room was nicely decorated and the bathroom was very functional. The location was very convenient and close to the subway station. The breakfast buffet was very good, as the food was excellent. The price was low compared to American and European hotels.

Wow what a great stay. From check in to check out the experience was fantastic. The welcome tea that was served was memorable too while I waited for my passport and keys to the room. Every employee was helpful and the hotel truly deserves a 5 star. We were upgraded luckily and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The gym facilities were also in new condition. Everything you can think of they provided. The breakfast buffet and dish selections were plentiful. I love that I could get wonton noodle soup or choice of eggs too. If I'm ever back in Hong Kong I will be staying at Lanson Place.

3 stars because I had such horrible customer service PRIOR to arriving. I booked the hotel through Chase Ultimate Rewards, which is essentially CASH, but they said I went through a travel agency so they weren't as accommodating. I had some scheduling conflict and tried to reschedule/get a refund for a later date, but the hotel WOULD NOT budge. It was really annoying and inconvenient. I wanted to tack on an extra day since I was already staying four nights, but they were going to charge me an additional $300 which was also really annoying. I ended up having to stay at another hotel for the night because it was too expensive. The overall experience when you get to the hotel is great though. They are very nice, the hotel is high end, and the rooms are extremely spacious. If you don't care about accommodation prior to a visit then I'd recommend, but pray that your plans won't need adjustment because they are the worse when it comes to that. I had to jump through so many hurdles just to speak with someone.

My extended family live in HK and I have been back to visit often. This is the first time I've stayed at Lanson Place but I will definitely stay again. The location is great, close to everything but away from the bustle. It is right across the road from the Michelin Star dumpling restaurant Din Tai Fung. Such a treat! The staff are polite and friendly, noting is too much trouble. Even my family who came to have a look around commented on how unusual it was that the staff were so nice. My room was spacious and nicely decorated. Love the kitchenette, it's nice to have the option of a quite coffee and cereal for breakfast before heading out for the day. Thank you for giving me sanctuary.

What a wonderful boutique hotel nestled in the heart of the city. Rooms have beautiful new bathrooms, kitchenettes, luxurious amenities. Definitely exquisite.

Love this place! This was recommended to me by my dad, I usually stay in the Tsim Sha Tsui side but decided to try Causeway Bay. 1. Location- this hotel has an excellent location, everything is walking distance. I love that there are so many good and reasonably priced restaurants in the area. Sogo, Times Square etc are a few malls that are within walking distance 2. Room- the room was Very clean, spacious and has a beautiful layout. They give you a complimentary basket of goodies as well. I love the fact that it has a kitchenette. 3. The staff are very friendly, you can always leave the things you buy with them for keeping and they even lend you umbrellas. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for a business trip. The staff were great - all professional and helpful esp the folks on the ground floor who helped w/ hailing taxis. It can be difficult in the morning! The location is great if you're looking to hit up places within CWB. For example, Din Tai Fung and many dessert spots are a hop and a skip away. The rooms come with a kitchenette which was nice for eating in after a long day. They also give a smartphone for local purposes that lets you make calls and access basic wifi. The price was also good.

It's not the biggest and most luxurious hotel in Hong Kong I'm sure, but wow an experience. The minute the bellhop seen me come, he came outside to help me, from across the street. He took my bags and walked me to the elevator and let me know that the front desk was on the second floor. He push the button and the door closed and I was on my way to check in. The doors opened and there was the front desk, right in front of on me. I sad down in-front of the receptionist and she check me in to the hotel. The ground floor and lobby are very clean, updated and well staffed. The service is 5 star service all the way. My room was on the 11th floor, 4 elevators, no wait. The room was good size, for HK, clean and updated. The first thingI noticed was a Travel Buddy phone, it's a feee phone to use during your stay. A cell phone, you can take with you through the city and it's free. Free phone calls, local or international, never seen that before.
