Best restaurant in the region. Very sophisticated cuisine - on par with the best restaurants in London, Milan and everywhere else I have resided, whilst maintaining a local authenticity.

Just had the most amazing lunch at the beautiful balcony of Lanterna Rossa. Service was impeccable and the waitresses made a real fuss over our toddler and made sure she got some child friendly food. He pasta was almost as delicious as the seafood pasta dishes we had. Bread and oil and amuse buches was all delicious too. Highly recommend having lunch at this gem!

To say that here is tasty it’s to say nothing! In this place you can find the most delicious oysters, super fresh fish, homemade pasta and amazing combination of food created by chef Dario Amaro. You will not find better place in Maratea then this restaurant, so even don’t lose your time! Thank you for this service and experience. Wish big big luck to your place! Loved to eat here. We had two simple spaghetti, which were pretty good, but the highlight goes to the atmosphere. Quiet, sunny, and overlooking the marina, it is definitely worth the stop if you are anywhere near.
