Lapa 82 Boutique Bed & Breakfast

Stayed at Lapa 82 during my recent Lisbon trip. I was initially skeptical of the location as every recommendation was to stay more central. But I held on to this place considering the price which was reasonable. I was surprised that a tram stops right in front of the hotel which takes you straight in to central Lisbon in under 15 min. Also you get to ride a less crowded Lisbon historical tram. The rooms were fantastic and were adequate in size. Love the cute little red chair. It could do well with a refrigerator though. But they have a shared kitchen which can be accessed in the ground floor. They don’t have a 24 hour front desk but you don’t probably need it when everything else is taken care of. Viviana made sure she stays back to check me in and show me the hotel and room in detail. Cheers to her. Would recommend if you are in Lisbon and would love to stay in a silent neighborhood tucked away from all the more noisy Lisbon areas

Spent the weekend here with my partner, overall I can say we were satisfied, the room was amazing and so was the little view we had. The bathroom was also very nice and came with pretty much all toiletries. The room itself was a big double bed. Air conditioning,WiFi and cable TV. There is a central kitchen for all residents to use, though we never used them we did see and it was nice. The security of the place is also on point with multiple codes to get inside and actual keys if you happen to arrive late at night.

We had a very comfortable and memorable stay here. The room was clean and very nice, and the staff were extremely friendly. The location is great, with easy access to the city center. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Lisbon.

We stayed two nights and the room was big and the bad was comfortable. We loved everything about the hotel and the staff is just so kind! To the centre there is good public transport or if you like to walk just like walk around 30 minutes.

The staff was excellent. The manager Carolina helped us return to the property once we checked out to visit Porto but we had to return because of the Portugal and Spain power outage. Carolina helped us tremendously by letting us return to the hotel after our check out day. We also decided to return 3 weeks later and on short notice, she again accommodated us! The owner was great by approving this accomodation in short notice. Rooms are spacious and modern. Reasonable price for rooms. Comfortable bed and decent location to main attractions!❤️😘

We were disappointed with our stay here. On the positive side, the room was nice and clean and the place is located in walkable distance to restaurants, cafés, supermarkets etc. The staff are also friendly and responsive. The negatives: - When we asked about the breakfast service, we were told that it's not operational. We found this very misleading as the name of the place is Lapa 82 Boutique Bed & Breakfast, which makes it seem as though breakfast is an integral part of the service they provide. - One afternoon, we came back to have a rest before going out again, and someone entered our room unannounced while we were in bed. This was very alarming and unprofessional. It was not housekeeping, as the information in the room clearly said that we should request our room to be cleaned, which we did not. There was also no "do not disturb" sign provided, which we could have put on the door. - On our last night, we arrived back to no electricity. The power was out until the next morning, when they did arrive early to fix the issue. However, this left us without hot water to shower before we checked out. We understand that sometimes things happen that are out of their control. However, there were too many instances that let us down and led us to leave this review. If it was just one inconvenience, we could have forgiven it, but unfortunately, overall, we regretted our stay here.

We had an amazing stay! All the staff were lovely, very accommodating, and went above and beyond.

Booked because of good ratings and we we're not disappointed. Late check in was simple with an emailed key code entry and our room key left on reception table. Great staff were friendly and very helpful in planning a days sightseeing. (Thanks!) Lovely room and a good choice of a simple breakfast. Tram and Bus stop outside- we picked up 72 hour Lisbon cards in the airport which gives you public transport and entry to some museums.

This totally exceeded my expectations. Staff was super nice and caring. They provided a free upgrade to a room with a balcony! The breakfast in the courtyard every morning was super peaceful and delicious. The freshly hand squeezed orange juice and singing birds were delightful. You are close but, but not too close to busy areas. We walked around in the evening and had a great time and were safe. We are going back to Lisbon and we are rebooking.
