This spa at the hotel was a great find! The staff were very professional and the spa lounge was clean and relaxing. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the water station, combs, and vanity sets – they really had everything covered. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Just a few minor things to note: they didn't have a hair dryer available, plastic bags for wet swimsuits would be a helpful addition, and the cold plunge could have been a bit cooler.

THE BEST SPA IVE EVER BEEN TOO! WOW- I’m a spa girl at all resorts I travel to all over the country/world. This is luxurious, the attention to detail is impeccable. They have SO SO SO many different ways to unwind, relax and take care of yourself. They have an event sauna room every other hour, definitely do that! The nap room was my favorite! I got a gel x manicure from Maria and she was amazing! Seriously- can not even tell u how wonderful this place is! Oh and the snacks and drinks in the lounge room are tasty! Both coed and private areas have so many amenities. Enjoy- you will thank yourself for spending the day here!

The Lapis spa was a lovely spa it was our very first time visiting and we really enjoyed it. They had so many lovely amenities and also a very cool towel performance event that was nice that I have never experienced. I treated my mom for her birthday to a massage and I got the spa day pass for myself. We enjoyed the spa together. I had a tour with Skylar and another tour with my mom after her massage with someone else. Although the other person was nice. Skylar who was my tour guide was so so welcoming, very friendly and knows a lot about the place!! She was also very enthusiastic and really gets you excited about the whole spa experience. She deserves a shout out so here I am shouting her out so hopefully her boss can know. Skylar was great thanks for making our experience lovely!! So far my mom is having a wonderful 70th birthday!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the luxurious Lapis Spa at the iconic Fontainebleau Casino Resort, and I am eager to share the exquisite details of my visit. Lapis Spa is a sanctuary that transcends time and place, nestled within the opulent confines of the resort. Inspired by the ethereal beauty of the rare Lapis Lazuli, the "stone of the heavens," this wellness haven offers an unparalleled experience that seamlessly melds ancient global traditions with cutting-edge technologies. The spa's unique features, such as the Star & Snow Showers and the Vitality Pools, create an immersive journey into the realms of renewal, leaving you intrigued and excited about the experience. The design philosophy of Lapis Spa is not just about aesthetics, but also about inclusivity. It invites guests to relax in an all-encompassing sensory experience transcending physical and mental boundaries. The space itself, punctuated by a calming palette and organic textures, invites a deeper level of relaxation, where wellness becomes not just a pursuit but a state of being. This emphasis on inclusivity ensures that every guest feels welcomed and comfortable at Lapis Spa. My chosen indulgence was the Odyssey Massage, a 60-minute voyage tailored to my unique needs, weaving together Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques into a masterful blend that was further enhanced by aromatherapy. The consultation before the massage ensured that every aspect of the experience was bespoke, crafting a highly personalized wellness journey. The therapist's expert hands worked in concert with the carefully selected oil, which awakened my senses and eased tension in my muscles with a precision that can only be described as artful. This massage embodied the heart of Lapis Spa's philosophy: a deep, intentional focus on customized care, muscle recovery, relaxation, and sensory elevation through the power of aromatherapy. It was an experience that left me profoundly rejuvenated, and any lingering stress felt as though it had been swept away on the tides of tranquility. The spa boasts a unique feature known as the Star & Snow Showers, which offers a tranquil snowfall shower experience to refresh the senses following a visit to the steam room in the enchanted area. This area perfectly captures the spa's approach to wellness, balancing playful elements with restorative experiences. The juxtaposition between the snowfall's refreshing coolness and the starlit atmosphere's soothing warmth creates a truly invigorating and calming sensory experience. In addition, the Vitality Pools, which are coed and equipped with a range of temperatures and hydrotherapy jets, as well as the breathtaking Stargazing Lounge, are at the heart of the shared experience at Lapis Spa, providing opportunities for both moments of solitude and meaningful connections with others. Throughout my visit, I was impressed by the immaculate facilities, from the showers and locker rooms to the finer details of the décor. The array of experiences offered—from the Celestial Waters, Steam Room, and Infrared Sauna to the Himalayan Salt Room and heated Tepidarium Chairs—ensured that every aspect of wellness was meticulously addressed. The attention to cleanliness and thoughtful design sets Lapis Spa apart from its contemporaries. While the staff regretfully curtailed the opportunity to photograph the coed Vitality Pools, it is a testament to the spa's commitment to preserving the sanctity and privacy of the space; this did little to detract from the overall celestial experience. The vastness of the facility left me in awe, with the discovery of spaces like the Reboot Lounge still to be explored on future visits. In summation, Lapis Spa at the Fontainebleau Casino Resort is an elite wellness destination that honors traditions while embracing present innovations. It crafts a transformative experience that leaves one feeling utterly rejuvenated and refreshed. I emerged with a renewed sense of vitality, and for that reason, I wholeheartedly bestow upon Lapis Spa the highest accolade: a perfect five-star.

Oct 2024, I booked two 90 minute massages for me and my husband for Valentine’s Day weekend in 2025. I called in January to confirm our reservations. My email confirmation says to arrive 45 minutes early. Our appointments were 9 AM so we arrived at 8:15AM. Very early for Vegas as you know. We were the first people in line and although we still had to wait for them to open the doors at 8:30, we were excited. However, upon check-in, we were told we did not have confirmed massages. After waiting about 20 minutes, we were told they could squeeze us in for a 10 o’clock appointments. Although annoyed, we felt that was OK since we could go get coffee and come back within a reasonable amount of time. We came back 30 minutes early and we were taken to our rooms right away. The spa facilities are nice and they have many offerings. However, I was put into a large couples massage room, where every 10 to 15 minutes there was a loud sound that would go off. My therapist said, it was from the automated salt therapy room beneath me. My husband could not hear the sound from his room. It definitely took away from my experience. If we go back, I would definitely ask not to be anywhere near that sound. I am adding to my post and changing my star review from 3 to 2. I received a call from Lynn at Lapus spa saying she would like to discuss my review. She left her name and also said if she was not in to speak with Liz, another manager. I return the call to Lynn and she was not in so I asked to speak with Liz. After sometime of being put on hold, I was transferred to a voice message. I left a voice message. I have yet to receive any further phone calls. In my opinion, Lapis Spa needs some work on their customer service and follow up.

Had an absolutely wonderful time at the spa with my husband, especially in the serene co-ed space. We spent the majority of our time unwinding in the saunas and lounging on the heated chairs, feeling completely at peace. Gabriel’s instruction in the event sauna that afternoon was a highlight—it was both informative and rejuvenating. We truly appreciated the spa’s no-phone policy; it really allowed us to fully disconnect and embrace the ultimate relaxation.

I recently visited Fontainebleau Lapis and had a wonderful experience, with a few standout highlights. The massage by Grace was exceptional—easily the best I’ve had in the U.S. The combination of her skill and the luxurious massage bed made the entire experience heavenly. I’ll definitely return just for her! The Hi Tide Breath Sauna event led by Emilia was another memorable moment. It was both relaxing and invigorating—a perfect addition to the spa day. The Starlight Room was also a treat, adding to the serene ambiance. That said, a few facilities didn’t quite live up to expectations. The steam room and infrared room were not as warm as I had hoped, and the herbal and salt room didn’t feel fully activated. The only truly warm space I found was the co-ed sauna, which was lovely. Despite these small setbacks, I would absolutely come back for the relaxation, the events, and especially Grace’s incredible massage. It’s a great place to unwind and treat yourself.

I've visited the majority of spas on the strip, and this one is far from luxury / what I expected for an above average spa visit cost. My experience started before my day of visit. I tried to call the spa the day prior to reconfirm my appointment and ask a couple of questions, and was on hold for over an hour (I called at 10 am on a Monday), never got through to anyone. I emailed the email address on the website, and a staff member from the Miami location responded promptly stating that he couldn't assist with the Vegas location bookings. When I did arrive, I was surprised to see 3 desk attendants...not sure why they couldn't address incoming calls? I was surprised by the dark cold environment this spa had. The steam room was far below average heat, and the main area was cool - I couldn't keep my body warmth up outside of the saunas and hot tub. They do not allow glassware (for water) in the sauna - and do not give you any other options to take water with you to keep hydrated. They make you "sign out" anything you need - like a drier or hair products (as if they think people will steal it?! I don't know - but the vibe was not on par). So, there I was after showering trying to find someone to get me items any other spa leaves out for their guests to utilize. It's just a turn off to deal with at a luxury spa. The staff member seemed annoyed to have to get the items I asked for too. 1 star for good snacks & sparkling water option (although they were firm that snacks are to be eaten in the designated snack area), and another star for the sauna show and lady that lead it (but I really would have liked to have my water / hydration with me). The environment felt too controlling, dark, and cold to be relaxing and enjoyable.

Yelp
LOVE! Came for a 60 min 5 point Star Massage. Our appointments were for 2pm, but we wanted to have time to use all the amenities so we arrived around 12pm. LOL PLEASE, do not bring your phones or drama into the spa. No one wants to hear about your work and family drama. We are here to relax! There is so much to do. The Co-ed area not only has a cold plunge, they have a snow room. Go inside, push the button and, snow will fall from the ceiling. There is also salt room, aromatherapy, hot sauna and zero gravity chairs. Ask about the events in the sauna. Michi was my therapist, she was amazing! We stayed in the spa area for almost 5 hours. Should have come in earlier and napped in the Star gazing lounge.

Yelp
As an avid spa goer on all my travels, this one fell somewhere in the middle for me. Here is the list of the good and not so great. Pros: 1. Huge facility- men's side, women's side and a co- ed area. 2. Clean and organized 3. All of the staff was super kind and accommodating 4. High ceilings which is nice, makes the space airy 5. Star gazing room was super cute! 6. Loved the lighting Cons: 1. I have been in quite a few infrared saunas in my day, none of the ones here were even remotely hot. Even the hottest/largest one, was mild. I understand catering to the masses, but there were a multitude of other infrared saunas sprinkled around that were lower temperature and weren't even worth sitting in. 2. Crowded- there are a lot of people coming and going, opening doors, moving in and out- I know the spa has to make money so the more people the better from a business standpoint- but this place is better if you are looking to spend time with friends and people vs actually relax. There were people chit chatting in the rooms, laughing, socializing- which is fine if that's your vibe, but not really what I was looking for. Perhaps if I had come with a group, I would have felt differently. 3. Majority of the amenities like the hottest infrared sauna, cold plunge, salt room, herbal room, snow room are in the co- ed section. 4. All these additional rooms/amenities stated above were just okay, nothing monumental. Snow room just dumped lumps of ice on your head, herbal room (barely could smell anything , just some aged eucalyptus if you really stood close to the machine) I also opted for a private service upstairs which.... Was okay, nothing out of the ordinary to write home about. My practitioner kept chatting- even though I was exhausted and just wanted to rest my eyes. Would I go back? If the rooms were improved a bit and the facility itself less crowded, certainly!

Yelp
If you're looking for a nail tech, while in the Las Vegas are, who truly understands how to make gel manicures last, look no further than Maria! I've always been frustrated with how quickly my gel nails chip, but Maria's attention to detail and technique are exceptional. I recently got a mani-pedi from her, and my nails look as perfect as the day she did them. I'm so impressed. We also had a wonderful conversation and instantly connected. I've visited several other day spas in the area, but I returned a second time to Lapis for a massage, based solely on my positive experience with her nail services. Her professionalism, friendly demeanor, and the quality of her work made me feel completely comfortable and confident in her abilities. She's truly exceptional, and I highly recommend her! Thank you, Maria!

Yelp
AMAZING. Treated ourselves to couple massages and enjoyed the spa amenities. Nice touch that there's both co-ed areas and male/female. I'm pregnant so I had the prenatal massage and the cushions they had were SO comfortable. I wasn't able to use a lot of the amenities but it's okay since I knew that going in. There is a second jet spa in the women's area that's a lower temperature that I could get in which I appreciated! I loved the peaceful star gazing lounge and the area with healthy snacks, water, coffee, and tea. When we were done for the day we were able to take showers and they have blow dryers available.

Yelp
$180 for a day spa pass for 4hrs... take my money! Top notch spa with men side, women side and co-ed side. Lapis did not minimize on what they can provide for your time there. Locker rooms, bathrooms, showers, sitting areas, spa were spacious. They did not overbook so it was nice to enjoy certain sections and you feel as if you were by yourself. Service is what you expect from Fontaine Bleau. It's amazing how much each person working there remember you and pays attention to you and your needs. So courteous and happy to help. I'll definitely come back. Wished they had a membership for spa usage cuz I'd buy it! Note: no phone or laptop allowed.

Yelp
So i wanted to do more like a 4 star review, but amount paid was quite alot. it was a nice spa but here are some key notes: - couple massage does include pass to other amenities, (sleeping room, pools, wet sauna, salt room). - total cost includes gratuities $912 (cranial massage was good but didnt feel as different as a swedish?) so for the extra cost i would not get again! - my therapist was good i think her name is Anna or Amy. - i liked the instructor in the dry sauna for breathing exercise. - ALL of the lounge chairs by the pool had towels laid on them so we couldn't use!!! - salt room and wet sauna room small.

Yelp
Grateful that I got a chance to experience reviving foot and leg treatment at Lapis spa. This experience was comped because of my husband's $150 spa credit on his gold Fontainebleau rewards card. Otherwise, the massage itself would've cost $96 for 30 minutes. The process was simple once you arrive to Lapis Spa. You check in at the front desk and get taken to a waiting area. Waiting area has complementary tea and snacks for you. Since I opted for the reviving foot and leg treatment, I was taken to the reboot lounge. This was shared with other guests who were also getting treatment. The reviving foot & leg treatment begins with a foot mask and then followed by a foot & lower leg massage. My masseuse was great and I fell asleep during our short session. Thank you for a great experience!

Yelp
I've been to multiple luxury spas in Vegas and this one takes the cake! It is amazing gorgeous and HUGE! I've never been to a spa that was so large in size and that had sooooo many amenities. First off, they have a strict no phone policy for privacy and relaxation reasons. The photos I took are strictly contraband, but I couldn't help it. There are multiple pools and steam/sauna rooms. The quiet room is beautifully lit like the midnight sky. The community area is perfect for when you want to do a girls trip because there's so much space and you don't feel like you have to be quiet. So make sure you book your bachelorette parties here. The snacks are even good. I love the banana chips and the candied nuts. I did a 90-minute odyssey massage with Diane and I kid you not this is the first time in a massage that I've snored more than five times. She was amazing. I felt so relaxed afterwards. FYI the spa is only open to registered guests during the weekends so if you're not staying at the hotel you have the book for a weekday appointment. To me this is the best part of my stay at the Fontainebleau. I would definitely come back here just for the spa and I've already told my girlfriend that we're doing our next girls trip here.

Yelp
I am sorry I have to give this place a 1 star review. It's not often I give low reviews, but this information has to be made public. I am going to write this review but will refrain from posting to my other social accounts to see if they will make good on their part. UPDATE: I have received voicemail from Liz but unfortunately, nothing has been done. Post review, I have called back and stated this situation and no attempt was made for the amount I was improperly charged. We started coming here to Fountainbleu after they had their status match. Sure, my significant other and I have different status but the person at the rewards desk told us that she was eligible for $100 dining and $100 spa service. Therefore, I went ahead and booked a reservation for both of us. BTW, we went with their signature foot massage with booking for $120. Our masseuse were terrific. Not too hard not soft of pressure. You get to relax in a chair and spend about 1/2 the time on the arms and hands and 1/2 time on your leg and feet. But before we could enjoy all of this, we found out her card had $39 according to them. After much discussion about not being able to refund since it's past the 24 hour prior to the event, we went ahead and do the signature foot massage. That is, when they told me that after asking their manager that I had $59 on my players card. So I didn't mind paying the $61 and extra gratuities to those ladies. Yes this massage was wonderful, but later that day I received a voicemail saying I would be charged for the full amount. Why? Because they said I only had 59 cents in my account. Why would they not honor the $59 after asking the manager? I have no idea. I find this disturbing for a hotel trying to reshape their negative publicity on their sports bar nachos. We've been to some of the other restaurants here inside the casino and the staff were terrific. However, I would say it's way below average for the rewards desk and the staff at Lapis spa for giving us misinformation and then as consumers bill us for it. I cannot recommend anyone coming here unless they act more professionally.

Amanda P.

Yelp
I was absolutely blown away by my experience at the Lapis Spa. I booked the 60 minute odyssey massage and it was beyond worth every penny. Kimberly was so professional and kind and ensured I was comfortable every step of the way. I also loved being able to select the scent they used during the treatment. Additionally, being able to access all of the stunning amenities with purchase of a service made the experience so worth it. The highlights for me were the snow room, the herbal room, and the event sauna where I got to do a 30 minute group session on breath work with the Sauna Meister. Also the front desk staff at check in was very helpful and answered any questions we had. This experience was hands down one of the highlights of my trip and I cannot wait to come back here soon.

Yelp
I wish I could give even more stars! However, a small word of caution at the end of this review. The first cool thing was the locker lock mechanism. They give you a wristband that pushes in the locker handle, locking it. All you have to remember is your locker number! My boyfriend got us the Forever Grounded couple's treatment. It was done in one of their "Galaxy suites" which is a treatment room with two tables, a large steam shower and a separate private bathroom. The treatment started with a vigorous full body scrub. The scrub itself had a mild fragrance that I could only describe as a bit like celery, but the therapist only told me it was made of sea salt and didn't know more about the scent. After the scrub, we showered to rinse it all off. It was a steam shower and the stall was all frosted glass. The shower light overhead cast a dreamy glow through the steam. There were regular shower heads, a handheld sprayer and a rain shower head, each with their own controls. Our treatment included cute little "bento boxes" that were more delicious than most other eats during our visit to Vegas! They weren't Japanese as the name suggests, though. His was a mini turkey sandwich on a pretzel bun with pesto cavatappi pasta salad. Mine was a mini smoked salmon sandwich on marble rye with a spring salad. It was so good that I feel like I should always order rye bread and bagels from now on! We didn't finish all of our food, but our therapist was very kind and put our leftovers in the employee break room fridge. Next was the massage, which felt wonderful and also hurt because I always have terrible knots. At the end, they put a rosemary scalp treatment in our hair. You can choose to have the scalp treatment earlier and wash it off in the shower, but we chose to leave it in. Our treatment was over and we walked back to the main spa area. Since our appetites had returned, we simply asked for a couple of forks. The staff instead insisted on setting up a small private room for us to finish our bento boxes. It was really a kind, unexpected touch! They brought us more tea and small nibbles of candies and nuts as well. We told them we wanted to keep the bento boxes as souvenirs and they even washed them for us! After eating, we checked out the rest of the co-ed spa. We started slow with the infrared sauna, then the salt room. I could taste a bit of the salt in the air, but it was pretty subtle and we didn't stay in there long. The long hot tub in the middle of the spa was super relaxing and clean. The cold plunge was intense, but invigorating. After that, it seemed the snow shower was the next logical step since we were already freezing. I've never seen anything like it anywhere! You press the button and the snow comes out in a stream that is mostly concentrated in the middle, so you can duck in and out of it. Next, we spent some time relaxing in the aromatherapy room which smelled of eucalyptus and possibly something else I couldn't quite put my finger on. Possibly clary sage? I wish I knew! I loved how they had dispensers with one side still water and the other sparkling. Though the sides aren't marked and they switched sides depending on which machine you were at, as there are several throughout the spa. There are some very comfortable reclining chairs in the co-ed area. And when I say recline, they go almost allll the way back like an inversion table! Finally, the word of caution. In the infrared sauna, there are black grates where the heat comes in. There are a couple of them right behind your calves if you sit down. If you move your legs too close, you can burn yourself, which is what I did. So be careful! I wish they had some extra signs warning about this. I got a small welt on my calf, but it was gone the next day. All in all, this was a truly special experience and I hope to come back!

Yelp
I am updating my review to reflect the fact that the Spa management contacted me directly to remedy this situation. I spoke to Lynn and she couldn't have been nicer or more sympathetic and she did offer me a full refund for my service, which was very much appreciated. The spa itself is beautiful and my massage with Diane was excellent so no complaints there at all. I may even give them another chance down the line. But at the very least, they took my complaints seriously and did the right thing for the customer. That's a rarity these days, so for that reason I have amended my review to reflect this. Thank you!

Janine M.

Yelp
Prefacing this by saying that I love spa days and love to explore different spas. I was really looking forward to experiencing Lapis in LV, as I have had the chance to visit Lapis in Miami already. The awesome: large coed area that includes really nice amenities. There was a lot of thought that went into putting this spa together. There was no skimping on this one! The not as awesome: the price.. but then, it's Vegas! A low end service is over $200. They offer an amenities pass for 4 hours during the week, but that was only $70 less than the cost of a low end service and you still get charged a 20% service fee. So $180 to use the amenities for four hours. I would have loved a eucalyptus steam room and expected a few more perks for being Fontainebleau. I didn't do a massage this time around and will likely just stick to my old fave- Canyon Ranch inside Venetian.

Su J.

Yelp
I had a manicure with Lisa at lapis spa in the Fontainebleau resort. She transformed my dry cuticles and hands in supple ones. She was accommodating friendly professional and well skilled. It was relaxing and wonderful. The spa is amazing and the staff helpful and friendly. I highly recommend spending the day. It will transform you.

Emi B.

Yelp
We did the Celestial Water Passport with using their amenities, enjoyed our time spent here during the High Tide time (seems like a red theme) it was relaxing. Seems like some of the rooms weren't really working properly - which led to a bit of an incomplete experience. The highlight was the Aromatherapy (related) at the Event Sauna. The practitioner danced while releasing the aromas in the towel in the room. I'm probably describing it poorly and incorrectly. But something worth asking what they are doing this during your time here so you don't miss this experience!

Chinsin S.

Yelp
I had a pretty stellar experience today at Fontainebleau Las Vegas's Lapis Spa & Wellness. Today, I was able to book a same-day appointment by calling the front desk. The gal who helped me on the phone was thorough, patient and super informative from start to finish. I'm still shocked she was miraculously able to squeeze me in today. I also went during a week day, which was also perfect. It wasn't crowded at all and felt incredibly relaxing. First of all, Fontainebleau Las Vegas is gorgeous - and it's a brand new, luxury casino done right. Needless to say, Lapis delivered a spectacular first impression as well. The facilities were brand new, gorgeous and immaculate. Honestly, I'm still smiling at how amazing today's experience! Lapis truly fits the definition of a luxury spa experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless. After I checked in at the front desk, I immediately got escorted to the locker room to get changed into their spa robes and sandals. The robes - wow, just wow. They were super soft and fluffy, and trust me - I've also had my fair share at other places! One of the attendants, Eric, waited for me to get changed before giving me a very thorough tour of the facilities, which immediately put me at ease. Visiting a new spa facilities can always be a tricky endeavor, but the staff did well! I felt pretty comfortable with the lay of the land and rules. The real treat of this experience was my massage with Roney. He gave a fantastic experience from start to finish. Like many others, I can be pretty particular with my massages. However, Roney gave the perfect amount of pressure with his techniques. The entire ambiance was also very pleasant as well. Quiet, peaceful, soothing and relaxing. I was a huge fan of the energizing essence, the hot towel experience and did I mention the massage bed was electric? This made it so much easier for both the masseur and the person getting the massage to receive the right pressure at specific spots. Honestly, I wish I could have extended the time on my massage treatment. Yup, it was that excellent. After my massage, I continued my treatment at the whirlpools and sauna. I ended up spending a good amount of time in a room lit up with star, which was the perfect way of unwinding even further. Unfortunately, the sauna was not working today, which was a bummer. Overall, I'm a big fan of Lapis and will be down to go again! I'm already talking about doing another trip with my significant other in the next few weeks. Pro-tip: bring some swim wear to enjoy the co-ed area!

Yelp
First of all I was concerned about the Mana Lomi, oh great who am I going to get... The second I see Grace come around the corner : thank God all my doubts and questions about her technique vanished instantly. The atmosphere in this spa is impeccable, the customer service is top tier and the actual massage best of my life (& I've been around) lol after working in the beauty / spa industry for over 20+ years I KNOW what it's like when someone is doing their job, when they don't care, when they're distracted by life.... Let me tell you none of these were present in Graces Amazing space, technique and service! It was so amazing I had to book another 90 minutes before leaving the property .... Yelp
This is a very chic spa located inside of Fontainebleau. I enjoy the amenities they have to offer and on my 3rd visit I decided to try a service, a massage with Tyler, who was such a delight to work with. Unfortunately, the massage itself left me underwhelmed and for the price tag I can't promise I'll be back a 4th time. They are VERY strict on using your phone so keep that in mind.

Yelp
I regret that I have but five stars to give Lapis, because they deserve more. This is my favorite spa on the strip and usually I like to try a new one every time we come to Vegas, but I'd be happy to return. The vibe lighting of this place is a serious vibe and it has a layout that reminds me of Miami's poshness. There are zero gravity chairs, snow showers hot tubs, hot rooms, etc. But what you want to do is make sure you get to see The Show. I will not describe it because it was a surprise to us and I'm glad I didn't get a spoiler alert (but if you absolutely need it, read other reviews because I'm not telling). That show was the tipping scale and will always make me love this place, so if you visit, ask about it.

Yelp
DO NOT GO HERE - WORST SPA EXPERIENCE IN VEGAS Lapis Spa was an absolute disaster from start to finish--and somehow the most expensive massage we've ever had in Vegas. We booked a couples massage, and while the massage itself was "okay," the entire experience was comically bad. From the start, you're forced to prepay in full, including a 20% gratuity, before even entering. Then, you're subjected to an overcrowded, overheated gift shop (ironically) while waiting 30 minutes for your locker. Couples are separated with 10-minute gaps for locker room tours, dragging the check-in process unnecessarily long. Once inside, the facilities were laughable. * Restrooms: Stank. * Saunas: Cold--literally shivering in the "infrared sauna." * Jacuzzis: The "hottest" was supposedly 102°F, others were in the low 90s. Felt even colder. * Snow Room: Drizzles some ice on your head; underwhelming compared to other rooms I've been to. * "Aromatherapy" Room: Cold, with a faint hint of burned eucalyptus from the stalk of old eucalyptus they draped on the heater. * Salt Room: Wall sprayer literally dripped salty spritz on your feet, everybody in robes it was so cold. When it was finally time for our massage, we walked through a dark maze to the treatment room, which was the only halfway-decent part--except the headrests. Both of us independently had to stop our massages because the headrests were so small, they cut off airflow, making us feel like we were choking. The actual massage therapists were good, but nothing to write home about. Post-massage snacks? Costco dried fruits. Fizzy water? Tepid and flat. The whole experience was beyond frustrating and not remotely worth the price. Also, couples massage are listed is per person, not for per couple. Super deceptive! Even if it were free, I'd never go back. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs.

Yelp
My husband and I purchased the Celestial Waters package, low tide, which is for the hours of 9am to 2pm. Everything was very relaxing. The women's and men's sections each had a steam room, sauna, hot tubs, quiet room, lounge, and locker rooms. The co-ed section had hot tub, plunge pool, salt room, infrared room, snow shower room - where actual snow falls on you, zero gravity chairs, multiple showers, and a group sauna event room/Aufguss. This whole experience was worth every penny. We would have stayed the whole four hours, but lunch was a necessary 'evil.' We were promptly greeted upon arrival and were ushered to our respective sections for a quick tour. The facilities were clean and tidy, there was always a staff member around to ask for any help. As with any spa, you are provided with a soft robe and slippers to use for the duration of your visit. Depending how many people are in the spa at one time, you can easily lose track of your robe and/or slippers if you leave it in a high traffic area. The aufguss experience really set the tone for our visit. Two meisters or artisans will lead you in a sort of aromatherapy/meditation in the sauna. I was more than relaxed after this session. You can attend the aufguss as many times as you like, the meister is very welcoming. They recommend taking a dip in the plunge pool after the sauna session, but I opted to try the snow shower first. It's pretty invigorating, but not as much as the plunge pool. I liked both a lot and alternating between the hot and cold was exhilarating. I didn't partake in any massages or other treatments, but judging from my celestial waters experience, I assume it is all top notch. There wasn't anything lacking in my first Lapis experience and I will definitely return without hesitation.

Yelp
Had an absolute blast at Lapis Spa on Christmas Eve! Nestled in the fabulous Fountainbleu Hotel, this place oozes luxury. Spent a fabulous four hours soaking up the goodness, but heads up--parking isn't on the house. Ended up shelling out $45. The amenities? Mind-blowing. Picture this: a Star Gaze room and a snow shower - total game-changers. Attended a sauna event (yes, I'm not a sauna person, but hear me out) and it was pure magic. Inside we found a sauna maestro dancing. It was beautiful and oh-so-relaxing. There's just so much goodness here; I'm practically counting the days until my next visit. Highly, highly recommend. Started with the Celestial Waters package for a day pass to the amenities, but ended up adding a massage. Best decision ever - total pampering heaven! Lapis, you've won my heart.

Yelp
Lapis Spa & Wellness at the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas isn't just a spa - it's an experience unlike any other. From the moment I stepped inside, I was transported to a world of tranquility and luxurious pampering. Five-Star Massage Marvel: Pure Bliss: My five-star massage was nothing short of incredible. The skilled therapist expertly soothed away tension and knots, leaving me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Beyond the Massage: A Feast for the Senses: The true brilliance of Lapis lies in the details. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with an array of delightful snacks and refreshing drinks. Thermal Paradise: The spa boasts a variety of saunas and steam rooms, each offering a unique way to unwind and detoxify. The luxurious showers completed the post-treatment experience perfectly. Lapis Spa & Wellness isn't just a spa; it's a Las Vegas sanctuary for the mind, body, and soul. The luxurious amenities, skilled therapists, and commitment to relaxation make it a must-visit for anyone seeking an unforgettable spa experience. Highly Recommend: Treating yourself to a five-star massage - a truly transformative experience. Indulging in the spa's extensive sauna, steam room, and shower facilities. Arrive early to fully enjoy the pre-treatment relaxation areas and amenities.

Yelp
Just left from having a manicure. Paid $100 for a 30 minute manicure that was actually 10minutes and honestly no better than an $18 manicure. Experience would have been better if I painted them myself in my room. Lesson learned.

Yelp
I thoroughly enjoyed what was available. But not everything was working; which I am highly disappointed in for the price I paid. There herbal room wasn't working, my showered never drained and soaked up my clothes, and the swimsuit dryer doesn't work well that I had to ask for a bag. For almost $300 you'd assume a high quality service and to get everything you're paying for. I wouldn't recommend a massage, just the amenities if you did want to go. For a high end resort the quality of the massage did not compare. I asked my friend how her massage was and she was equally disappointed. You can get a better massage off the strip. There's little snacks like coconut strips and cashews. Some staff were friendly and some were extremely rude. But they did a great job making sure everything was spotless constantly.

Yelp
What a beautiful spa. We spent about 2 hours in jacuzzis and saunas before heading to our massage. Grace was amazing! She was so thorough and kind and left me feeling so relieved and relaxed.

Nicole C.

Yelp
We are locals and called early in the morning to ask about an appointment. We were told that they had a lot of availability and to call back at nine when the spa opens to book a massage. When we called back we were told that they required you to be a hotel guest to book on Fri-sun. I have never heard of such a thing or am aware that any other Las Vegas spa requires you to be a guest for certain days of the week. I was so disappointed but I went to Resorts World instead and had a 5 star experience. I think Lapis is excluding locals and that's unacceptable.

Yelp
Came here for a massage after EDC! When you book a service, you get access to the amenities all day. They ask you to arrive and check in 30 minutes before your appointment so they can give you a tour of the amenities, assign you a locker for your belongings to change and get cozied up in their ultra plush robes and slide into some spa slippers. There's a a starry ceiling relax room, steam room, infrared sauna, and hot tub in both gender specific sides, clothing optional! The lounges also had light refreshments to snack and sip on, private showers, and a vanity area where you can get ready for the day. You may also request hair styling tools at the check in area. In the co-ed space there's plenty of warmed warmed tile lounge chairs, a large jacuzzi, cold plunge, infrared sauna, salt room, event sauna room, a snow shower, regular showers, and lounge chairs that recline and put your feet up. Around 3pm there was a show in the sauna that featured aromatherapy with a towel dance. Afterwards, I headed to the showers to rinse off and those had a tropical / arctic option. Both with different temperatures of water and types of spray from the shower heads (yes multiple!). Overall, great experience and worth the splurge!

Yelp
This evening I experienced an express manicure service and had the eye mask add-on. My nail technician Tamika was absolutely wonderful. She greeted me with a friendly smile and when I asked for her suggestion on a spring color for my nails she picked a gorgeous red. She knew just what to pick and the conversation was very nice. Their was a bit of a confusion with the front of the house team working on my appointment when I first checked in but from the moment I was brought in back to the nail spa, Tamika made my first experience at this spa enjoyable. I'm just visiting from Chicago for two days for a short trip, but next time I come back to Vegas I will be trying to get into the books with Tamika. My nails were in much need of a refresh and they look much healthier now. The inside of the spa is beautiful and relaxing too! Very calming enviroment to take some selfcare time for yourself and recharge.

Yelp
This spa did not disappoint! Spent an entire day here on a girls trip. The service was exceptional and the facilities were state of the art. The snow room, infrared red room and oxygen room were nice twists to the steam and sauna rooms. In the evening a complimentary aromatherapy and breath classes were offered. The aromatherapy class was artfully presented and very relaxing. My service was a 90 minute charka balancing massage. It was an amazing massage, but I was not impressed with the chakra balancing portion. I've had my chakras balanced before and honestly I didn't think this lived up to the hype. And it was pricey. 3/5 I thought the breathe work class was actually really really good, you got into the plunge pool between breathe work sessions. This would great as a longer session. 5/5 Overall one of the most impressive and memorable facilities I've visited. Would return.

Yelp
A spa playground! :) Lapis is HUGE!!! For anyone looking for a nice and big co-ed spa, this is it!! It is two stories, with the second floor having all the treatment rooms. There is a women's spa area that has a neat star gazer lounge (napping room), steam room, sauna, and two hot tubs with different temperatures. The co-ed area is really where all the neat stuff is. There is a literal snow shower!!! Want to build a snowman? Take a shower here with snow falling from the ceiling!! There is also a salt mist lounge, various saunas including an infrared one, a huge Aufguss sauna, a huge hot tub, star gazer showers, a cold plunge, heated stone loungers, and neat inversion recliners!! I felt like a kid at a theme park, trying to explore everything before our dinner reservation! Zee highlights: 1. Easy online reservation system! 2. An array of massage options. My CHAKRA balancing massage with ERICA was AMAZING!! I have been getting the best sleeps ever since! 3. The Aufguss sauna experience!! The Aufguss master used water to circulate heat using a towel and fan as he danced around the sauna! Combined with the music and essential oils that emitted from the frozen ice balls, it was a relaxing yet uplifting experience! Zee lowlights: 1. A robe without pockets. Nooooo! 2. There were various clocks around the spa, but all of them were showing different times and the wrong time. 3. Hot water would be a nice addition to the sparkling, still, and infused water selections. Certain areas of the spa were kind of cold. Overall, Lapis was a rejuvenating and relaxing time!! I am already looking forward to my next massage with Erica!! :)

Yelp
The amenities of the spa are out of this world!!! Absolutely loved the sauna, steam room, snow room, and the sauna show in the co-ed room was so fascinating! I have a couple complaints: #1 - the massage service was decent, but not the best I've received. I really did enjoy it though, so it's difficult to explain Another complaint: there are no food options & the "snacks" inside are weak. Cashews, malt balls & coconut shred pieces. There was also no coffee/juice/tea which is weak. The staff had to ponder the thought of us having the luxury of ins/outs privileges; They said they would make a one time exception. It needs to be consistent. You either allow in/out privilege, or you do not. If the spa decides they do NOT allow in/out privilege, they need to offer some type of food (for sale even).

Yelp
I hate it when spas offer Robes with no pockets - it's annoying and inconvenient! Ok other than the no pockets thing- I thought Lapis was amazing! I had two services - a massage and a facial- and both were good. This place isn't inexpensive but you're paying for the latest tech and luxury amenities- they have a snow fall room to help you cool off, a salt room, various steam and sauna options, the co- area was huge, and my favorite was a sound and aroma ritual that they do on the hour in the large steam room - make sure you check that out! The snack options were decent but they didn't let you take to the common area. If you like to spend the entire day at the spa - bring food cause they don't let you take food or cocktail orders here. Your service also doesn't include gym access. Overall I had a good experience.

Yelp
Great Massage great service. Super cool place. Love it. I'll be back. Easy parking, very relaxing.

Yelp
I came in here to book a spa service ane everyone was super friendly. They sell a lot of amazing items too. I was very happy to find a brand here that I love and use daily (it's the unseen sunscreen). The spa is $150 for four hours however free if you book any service so I will update this review once I have experiences The inside too in a few days!

Yelp
Went for the 5 star massage and definitely wasn't disappointed! This was my first time, but won't be the last. The staff were professional, kind and extremely helpful in setting the relaxing tone for the day. There are coed and gender-specific spaces to suit your personal comfort. Multiple pools, both warm and cold, several infrared, steam and salt saunas, a snow shower and quiet rooms for napping on each male/female side of the spa. The paint and tile colors are warm tones and the air is aromatic. Large showers and personal hygiene supplies are available post-massage/spa visit as well. The massage was amazingly relaxing and calming; Grace was my masseuse. She's friendly and gave the most absolutely amazing head-to-toe massage, with hand and foot scrubs, and an eye mask I added, which relieved my tired/puffy eyes. I highly recommend Grace and Lapis Spa & Wellness if you're ever in the area and/or staying at Fontainbleau.

Yelp
Lovely spa in the sense of options, the women's side was very pretty, calm, and had a steam room and two nice sized hot tub/ pools. and seating. The co ed area had some cool things like a snow room, sauna, salt room (didn't feel like much), and a large hot tub with pretty lights. Service - Terrible. Every worker seemed so bothered to be asked any questions, or be asked to help from the front desk checking us in with attitude, to the towels, drinks, and robes covering 80% of chairs and spaces. Even when the spa was emptying out and people left i continued to see dirty areas, towels everywhere. snacks were not being refilled, a small box with a few options of mixed nuts and some oatmeal raisins cookies. There was only hot tea/coffee or water no spritz or juice like most spas. Also, lighting system above the co-ed hot tub (That is the reason i came here!) malfunctioned and did not do the flow through low tide to high tide instead it turned off completely then flashed orange once or twice and stayed at that. A bit weird, when asking a worker about it they were rude and brushed us off. The big sauna was probably the nicest spot, very spacious shaped nicely with a large tv screen showing pretty things. They did a class, however i did not like the loud music so that was not for me. Also had a very very odd encounter with a worker whom thought i was diving in the 3foot hot tub from the step inside the tub (obviously not possible.) i was swimming back and forth pushing off of the steps. She told me and my friend "my brother became a quadriplegic diving into a pool so don't do that." I am so sorry to her, however that was a very uncomfortable thing to hear from a worker while trying to relax in a spa. I came due to a family member passing away, needed a nice time to clear my mind - that ruined it.

Yelp
This spa is very new and has great facilities. My massage therapist was great and listened to my requests attentively. This is where the one star comes from, and that's where the positives end. My chief complaint is with the check-in staff. I am really disappointed with the service at this spa and their policies. I was very excited to come to this new spa. My friends bought me a surprise baby shower massage to celebrate me. They called ahead, made the reservation, and left their credit card information to pay for the spa. When I checked in - the front desk staff would not let me check in without giving them my own credit card to pay for the services. When I told them that my friends had already called ahead to pay for the services, they said that they indeed had that information on file, but they needed the physical card present for them to charge it. They then said that I either had to pay for it myself or I had to charge it to my room and then settle it up with my friends later. In what world is this a relaxing experience? Going to the spa is supposed to relieve stress, and now I have to pay for an experience that my friends already took care of, and then go ask my friends to pay me back afterwards? The check in staff would not budge on their policy. When I asked to cancel the appointment, they said that we would be charged for the full service either way. They also said that my friends should've bought me a gift card instead of leaving their credit card information on file for security purposes. If security is the concern with a card not present transaction, then how are they able to charge someone for a gift card over the phone? Also, if they charged to cancel the appointment, wouldn't they have also charged my friend's card on file? The card that they're requiring be there physically for them to charge? Isn't that a security concern as well? Why is it okay in those situations but not when my friends called in on their own, made an appointment for me, and offered them their credit card number to pay for the services? In the end, they called in a manager who had to call my friend to resolve the situation. The manager was barely apologetic and continued to say it was my friend's fault for not buying a gift card to pay for the services. Needless to say, what was supposed to be a relaxing and fun experience for me was ruined. Their staff needs better policies and better training to make everything seamless for their guests. There are plenty of luxury spas on the strip. There's no need to come to one that isn't flexible and won't work with their guests to make it a good experience.

Dessi H.

Yelp
Amazing experience! Had the pleasure to receive a massage from Grace who was extremely kind & made me feel comfortable throughout my 60 min massage! The spa amenities were overall a 10/10 experience. I really enjoyed being able to disconnect. Needless to say, I can't wait to visit again!

Liliana L.

Yelp
Very disappointing and didn't get to book. They charge so much for locals just to use the co-ed space ($180/pp). It's dissappointing that they do not offer locals discount given that locals are who also supports these businesses and through our taxes. Not even Military discount. It makes more sense to schedule a service vs. just scheduling to use the amentities/day spa. They don't even offer you a discount or complimentary day spa when you book for their hotel stay. Overall, who contantly has so much $$$ to spend on amentities/day spa on a frequent basis? They probably would be busier and their services would be more booked up if they offered specials/discounts or not charge too much for services at this place.

Lauren N.

Yelp
This was by far the most lavish & extravagant spa I've been to. I booked an "odyssey massage" and was afforded the opportunity to use their spa the day of my service--which I took advantage of for a good 3 hours. And I don't regret a minute of it! They had several saunas, shower types, water circuits, cold plunge, and a snow room (I've not seen this before)! They also had a salt room. I also experienced their sauna experience for the first time, called "Aufguss." I'd describe it as a type of entertainment involving colors, heat, steam, & breath work--directed by an elegant yogi-type instructor as she dances around the sauna. Unlike anything else! My massage itself was incredible. Gabriella did an amazing job. She was both friendly and skilled. I've had many massages in my life and this was the best one I've ever had. It was also the priciest. But she was worth it!!! Definitely recommend this spa if you're looking to splurge on yourself.

Yelp
I'm a experienced spa goer and frequent luxury spas. Unfortunately, I left here feeling quite the opposite of relaxed. The facilities are gorgeous and the amenities are top notch. The robes are very comfortable but could use a pocket. The tour through the facility was very rushed. There is a no cell phone policy which is understandable however other than in the seating area, there are no other clocks. I was constantly worrying about what time it was while I was trying to enjoy the amenities so that I wouldn't miss my service time. The bass from the day club DJ can be heard within the spa. While using the hot tub in the co-ed area, the robes we hung on the hooks were taken by the staff which was odd, so we asked for new ones and then just carried them around with us so they wouldn't be taken again. I was not made aware that I needed to go up to the second floor at the time of my service and was waiting in the seating area for someone to come get me as is the procedure at most spas. Five minutes past my service time the attendants did come and get me and were rude that I was late. I explained to them that I was never told to go to the second floor and was waiting in the seating area for 15 minutes before my service time. Not a great way to start a massage. The massage itself was great however there was a very loud group in the co-ed area that I could hear while getting my massage. It was very disruptive. The staff overall were just not the friendliest unfortunately. After our services, my husband was waiting for me in the lobby area of the spa and needed to use the bathroom, he wasn't allowed to go back in and use the spa bathroom even though we had just paid for our services and was directed to another bathroom within the hotel. Also while waiting in the spa lobby, a very clearly intoxicated man came in and was being extremely inappropriate. It was unfortunate the spa staff did not ask him to leave at any point. Overall, I would not come back to this spa which is unfortunate because we loved our stay at the hotel. Update: We were contacted by the spa and appreciate their response to our issues. We will give them another try in the future.

Yelp
Decided this morning to do a massage when I woke up . I did a 3 day stay at Fontainebleau I booked the 60 min odyssey massage. What a great decision. Grace whom is a phenomenal masseuse did an amazing job. Yes I would ask for her again. The facility was nice and the salt room I loved. Pools were perfect. They also have a nice relaxing quiet room.

Yelp
This place is huge!!! I love all of the amenity options this spa has, def the most out of all of the spas I've been to. We went to just use the amenities. In the women's only side there is a lounge, snacks, tea, infused water, sparkling water, still water, a sauna, steam room, two jacuzzis at different temps, and a stargaze lounge which is a nice area to relax and maybe read. There were showers where you can rinse off close to the amenities which is nice after being in the steam. There were also ice cold towels available. Of course there are showers, bathrooms, changing rooms, and a vanity area where you may request styling products or hair dryers. I loved the shower was spacious with great smelling hair care and body wash. I like that there was a bathroom close to the amenities and the co-ed area so you didn't have to go all the way to the back where the bathrooms are. In the co-ed lounge there was a salt room, plenty of lounge chair options, a big jacuzzi, a cold plunge, a snow shower, event sauna, infrared sauna with no heat, regular sauna, herbal infusion room, and showers where you can choose a quick "Arctic" rinse or a "tropical" rinse. The only reason I'm not giving this 5 star is for a few reasons. These are things I hope to see soon since this is a new property and I understand sometimes feedback is what it takes to really get everything rounded out. There are simply not enough hooks for robes and towels through the spa, leaving towels and robes everywhere causing it to look messy. There are ZERO hooks on the back of the bathroom doors. We had to leave ours by our lockers on the chair which again looks messy, I was constantly worried an attendant would pick it up, and you have to walk from the locker area to the bathroom without anything which feels inappropriate. Luckily we had suits but those areas are clothing optional. There should be a sign on the infused water for allergy purposes. We had our spa tour with two separate parties which did not feel personal. The attendant staff seemed MISERABLE with every interaction we had with them-including the tour. I'll prob go back later this year, if it wasn't for all of the amenities I probably wouldn't go back.

Yelp
This was my second time to Lapis spa and the facilities are still the best of any Vegas spa (Wynn, Encore, Sahara/Cosmo, Resorts World, Bellagio, Canyon Ranch and Aria are the ones I've been to). First time I had an amazing facial this time I had a massage with Grace. The massage was ok but short strokes, lots of fluff/smell this smell that took away from actual massage, it felt rushed and was average although she is very sweet I would book with someone else next time. That being said I will be back and I LOVE the no phone policy being enforced.

Moe A.

Yelp
Amazing spa, The co-Ed area is amazing. Took my wife to a couples massage The therapists were great, that you misty, may for a relaxing massage. After that dropped in the cool plugs pool and top it off in the jacuzzi Must for couples

Sam M.

Yelp
Pricy but very enjoyable and relaxing experience in spa. Lots of saunas with options - salt, lavender, snow as well as dry sauna, infrared and cold plunge pool

Christopher T.

Yelp
Jolie is incredible! Her experience sauce stole the show and is the reason my wife and I will be returning to Lapis.

Yelp
Best Spa in Vegas, amenities are second to none, very clean, quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend
