We stayed for 10 nights on a half board plus basis and were truly impressed by the level of care throughout our stay. The service was attentive and thoughtfully personalised by every member of staff. A special mention goes to Habib and Mujammil in the Kalea restaurant, who consistently exceeded expectations and were always accommodating to our requests. Their professionalism, courtesy, and readiness to assist made a lasting impression. Across the resort, the team in every department delivered outstanding hospitality. Many thanks to Bea and the Palama bar team for looking after us so well and for making the experience particularly enjoyable for our children. The kids club team also deserves heartfelt appreciation. They created such a welcoming and engaging environment that our youngest spent most of his time there—he will miss them greatly. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the fantastic experience during our recent stay. Some highlights that made our visit truly memorable: The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured very comfortable beds. The hotel’s proximity to MotionGate, Legoland, and Real Madrid Park made our visits extremely convenient. The cuisine was excellent, with both breakfast and dinner beautifully prepared and delicious. The staff were exceptionally well-trained, genuinely friendly, and always ready to assist. On our second day, the hostess remembered our room number and favorite table, even though the hotel was fully booked with over 300 guests. We requested a late check-out at 13:00 and ended up leaving at 14:30. The team raised no concern and kindly assisted us with our luggage and taxi arrangements—special thanks to Pawal for his exceptional help. Thank you very much for making this a wonderful Christmas experience. We truly appreciate the attention to detail and warm hospitality.

Judy from the kids’ playroom is absolutely lovely and so patient, and the dining room staff are exceptionally polite and attentive. Review for Lapita, Dubai Parks and Resorts We recently stayed at Lapita and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. I want to extend a special thank-you to the Food & Beverage Manager Sérgio Silva as well as the Senior Chefs Sridhar Reddy, Haridas, Kranthi and the rest of the wonderful team. They went above and beyond to look after our daughter, who has coeliac disease and several other allergies. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly accommodating—careful, attentive, and genuinely supportive. They checked in with us throughout our stay, patiently answered our questions, and ensured every meal was safe for her. Because of their dedication, we felt completely at ease and truly cared for during our entire visit. It’s rare to find such thoughtful service, and it made our stay not only comfortable but memorable. We felt safe, reassured, and very well looked after. We will definitely be back.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort and, overall, found the experience to be enjoyable. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and equipped with satisfactory amenities. The restaurant was particularly commendable, with the breakfast buffet offering excellent variety and quality. However, there were certain aspects that impacted the overall impression of our stay: - We had reserved a pool-view room at a premium rate. Unfortunately, the room allocated to us (3116) had a large tree directly in front of the balcony, which completely obstructed the view. - At the time of reservation, we had specifically mentioned that we were celebrating our daughter’s 7th birthday, and this was acknowledged again at check-in. Regrettably, unlike other establishments of similar standing, no complimentary gesture such as a cake was provided, which was disappointing given the occasion. - Although our request for early check-in had been accepted, we had to follow up and inquire on the room status, where we were required to wait at the front desk for approximately 15 minutes before the arrangements were finalized. A courtesy call confirming that the rooms were ready would have been favorable. While these matters did affect our overall experience, we nonetheless appreciated the cleanliness, amenities, and dining quality offered by the resort. Also the staff were very friendly and courteous, despite the occupancy rate being in the higher 90 percentage.

Had an amazing weekend with the family. Paradise for kids! Amazing kids pool and playground. Very comfortable rooms and a bed that let you sink in comfort and relaxing sleep. Terrace is great. Breakfast buffet is extraordinary. Now staff, I interacted with like 100 of the crew. All of them are exceptional. Thanks to everyone for a very pleasant stay.

Lapita Hotel – Motiongate Visit Stayed here for a visit to Motiongate. Wala checked us in and was warm and pleasant. The room and bathroom were good, with two double beds. The hotel has a pool and a lazy river, and you can take golf carts (buggies) to the theme parks or to Riverland, which has a few restaurants including McDonald’s and a pizza place — great for kids who want fast food. Breakfast was excellent, with great service. The poached eggs were done perfectly and there was plenty to choose from. The only downside was that five rides at Motiongate weren’t working, which isn’t the hotel’s fault but does affect the overall experience. Overall, it’s a great base for the Dubai Parks area and very convenient for families.
