Lapita, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Autograph Collection

We visited the Lapita from the 27th December to the 3rd January as a family of 6 adults and 2 children. The hotel and its surroundings definitely had a Polynesian feel. Our rooms were great and spacious. The food was very good and there were lots of choices in all of the restaurants |The omlettes in a morning were very tasty. The children's pool was just right for our grandchildren and they spent a few happy hours in there having fun. Access to Legoland and the other parks was excellant and they were thoroughly enjoyed by us all. Our only complaint was that although we arrived at the hotel at 10.00am on Friday morning, we had to wait until 3pm for our rooms, we could not use the all inclusive package until we had our room numbers. None of us minded paying, but it would have been nice to know.

What can I say-hotel was perfect-last hotel I stayed in-in Dubai was rixos the palm and I think this hotel is on those standards however think it has potential to be better😊||It is quite far out of Dubai but loads to do in the area-just around the back of the hotel was the cutest village called French village which has all the theme parks and restaurants and it is a few minutes walk (not far at all) it’s beautiful there. There is carts from the hotel if needed too but the walk wasn’t far!| Down the road is a small outlet mall with shops like pandora-Hugo boss-Starbucks-pharmacy little supermarket etc-again very cute little centre-this was probably a 7 minute walk but nice little outing we went most days! ||Themed parks was decent we did them all-quite a wait for big rides but you can get a pass to make it quicker! || Hotel- beautiful big room-bed was comfy and very clean-bathroom very clean, there was a fridge (one thing I think should be drinks and snacks in the fridge like most hotels) but that’s my opinion I haven’t had a room without that before lol! Tv was a bit annoying kept switching on off -there is something where you can connect devices though for anyone with kids! | Pool was great very clean (heated lazy river) |Bars and restaurants-here is something I think the hotel could do better-your all inclusive option wasn’t really all inclusive-i spent a lot on things that should of been included-that also included drinks-I would honestly recommend this to be looked into.| Buffet breakfast great-didn’t do lunch but evening meals (bar the New Year’s Eve buffet which was insane) the food was average. Probably a 5/10| There was two separate restaurants we went to the pool one for lunch and again food very average but nice setting. |Behind the restaurant there is a pond with coi carp an turtles (cute) |We had the pass where we could eat at the theme parks (inside French village) with around 10 places you can use the vouchers-which was great-again set menus. However for families with kids there is a McDonald’s in the French village so that’s another option for picky eaters! |Overall I would come back as it was great staff was lovely and very clean setting! |Also use Careem app to book taxis they are so much cheaper or they are based at the outlet mall! |I had a lovely stay and would recommend 🌺🌺

I think one of the best accommodations in Dubai for all and especially for families with kids. You will get free access to 4 different theme parks. If you stay for three nights you can access all the parks multiple times even in the same day. Even though I faced an issue with my room in the beginning, after discussing with them they tried their best to assure my satisfaction. The single room is better than a suite from my point of view, especially if you get a good view. The breakfast is amazing especially comparing to what you pay. A lot of dishes and varieties to choose from. It is like a festival 😊 Recommended.

Fantastic stay All inclusive! Pools were warm . A couple of minutes walk to the parks. Room and the site were exceptional in their cleanliness.| Ari pool staff were excellent. Special mention for the Lobby staff, Roy, Ramana, Benita, Hisham, Sharia who were hard working and friendly(funny also Hot ice) Marriot, you need to treasure these people . New year was the perfect amount of formality. DJ was excellent. Midnight fireworks next time please. 10pm ish was too early .

Amazing family getaway. The ambience and feel of the hotel was amazing. Loved the playground for the kids and they also enjoyed the kids club. The hotel is closely situated next to the theme parks which is ideal with young kids. Staff went above and beyond. Breakfast was not great, the food definitely needs to be improved. ||Looking forward to another visit so we can they the lazy river and kids pools in the summer.

The stay was absolutely fabulous. The service really blew me away. I absolutely felt so taken care of all staff full of smiles and very attentive. Polite and courteous. Really great service. Special mention to Sofia she was a star. Really appreciate her service and Polite nature. The buggy driver's very Polite and helpful as my mother was weak so took long in and out if the buggy but they were patient and very polite. I will absolutely be back.

Lapita, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Autograph Collection is absolutely wonderful! The hotel boasts a beautiful interior and comfortable rooms, and the staff is truly the best. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! A huge thank you to each member of the staff for their exceptional service, politeness, and for creating such a positive atmosphere during my stay. If you're traveling with children, this hotel is the perfect choice, as it is conveniently located near four exciting theme parks.

I found Lapita by chance and what a find. |We spent 10 days including both Christmas and New Year. ||Food was excellent. Huge choice at the buffet. The celebration buffets for Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve were amazing!! ||We really enjoyed eating at Ari it was nice to allow a meal to last longer than it does at the buffet. Big shout out to the hard working staff. Suresh worked so hard and was always so polite and friendly. ||The chefs in the main buffet were very visible and on 3 occasions I was approached and asked if i couldn’t see anything I wanted they would get it for me.||Morning buffet got very busy but if you head to the Temure ball room it’s practically empty yet has the same amazing options. Staff were so attentive. Big thanks to the young man in the black uniform apologies I didn’t catch his name for the pots of Nutella he supplied for my daughter. ||Parks were amazing we went as soon as they opened and we had at least 2 hours without needing to Que. We then headed back for lunch at the hotel and an afternoon in the pool. Although we didn’t use them the food vouchers for the parks were very much appreciated. ||Take advantage of the free shuttle bus we visited the marina and had the best day. There a giant inflatable in the sea which was amazing fun. We also visited the Sheraton hotel.||Lapita has really set the bar for what we want from our next holiday.||Just a few things would which could be improved on|As we were all inclusive it would have been lovely to have some drinks in the fridge in our room. Although there was no shortage of bottled water. ||The information we received regarding the activities for Christmas and New Year’s Eve was provided too late. ||Even though I’d asked we weren’t told we needed to book a table for NYE. The only info we received about it was in the afternoon on NYE. Maybe worth mentioning what is needed on check in. ||It didn’t cause a problem thankfully as we went early the staff were able to accommodate us so we were very grateful. ||Just wanted to thank the beautiful Romina for helping us out on New Years Eve. She was always smiling even when it was very busy. ||The fireworks were fab and yes they were early but a member of staff explained why and it didn’t detract from a lovely night. ||Lapita thank you so much I’d love to say I’ve come home rested but that wouldn’t be true. We filled every minute and loved it.
