We stayed at Lapita, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Autograph Collection from 25–29 January, and there are truly no words to describe how amazing our experience was. It was the perfect ending to our vacation, we absolutely fell in love with this place! The hotel is one of a kind. Beautifully designed, modern, spotless, and incredibly welcoming. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, and the entire atmosphere felt relaxing and special. What made it even more perfect for us was how kid-friendly it is. Traveling with our 3-year-old toddler, we could not have asked for a better place. There were activities for kids, wonderful pools, and of course the nearby parks at Dubai Parks and Resorts, we simply could not get enough! Every day was full of fun and excitement. The food was perfection. We had both breakfast and dinner during our stay, and with multiple restaurants to choose from, every meal was delicious and high quality. The staff everywhere (reception, restaurants, housekeeping) were incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. Although it is a little outside the city center, it is absolutely worth it. The peaceful atmosphere makes it even more special, and they also provide shuttle service to the beach, which is a great bonus. We left very, very happy and already dreaming about coming back. Highly recommended, especially for families!

Unfortunately stayed at Lapita during the start of the US/Israel Iranian conflict. However the hotel and especially the staff were faultless in their efforts to make us feel, and the holiday feel as normal as possible. A special shout out to Kenn and Romeo at the bar, who made me feel like everything was fine, and gave me service with a smile everytime, and the lifeguard who worked near by, who made me laugh everyday, unfortunately did not get his name. The staff at the pool side restaurant Ari, were also amazing, made us feel comfortable, made our child feel special on every visit, and the food was simply perfect every time. The hosts at the buffet again always greeted us with a smile and made us feel comfortable despite what was happening in the cities. Despite everything that was happening, we have come away feeling like we had a wonderful holiday, met some wonderful people, and was made to feel comfortable and happy during an awful time, which was no fault of the hotel. We of course heard war related noises, and had moments of sheer panic. Where we had to shelter in the main conference hall, but again the children were made to feel comfortable, snacks, water, Paw patrol on the big screen and balloon animals being made. I really hope all the staff stay safe and well, as it’s their home that’s being attacked, while they work hard to keep us visitors calm and comfortable. We will visit Lapita again, without a doubt in the future when this unfortunate event is over, we really look forward to seeing those friendly faces again. Please stay safe and thank you.

I'm so excited to share my thoughts on our second stay at Lapita hotel! It's truly a gem, and I've been so impressed by the warm welcome we received again. The entire staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels well taken care of. Their genuine desire to help with any request is absolutely wonderful. Special thank to SANJEEV THAPA and other chefs in the kitchen, helping me with all my requests. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic and relaxing getaway.

We’ve just returned from our second ten-night stay at Lapita and it is, without exaggeration, the perfect family holiday. We came last year and were so impressed we brought our parents back with us this year. That alone says everything. The resort itself is a beautiful, relaxed 5-star escape — but what truly elevates it is the people. Every single member of staff greets you warmly. The bell boys, pool team, buggy drivers — everyone goes out of their way to make your stay effortless. The service genuinely takes an already amazing resort to another level. Facilities are outstanding: • Fantastic family pool • Dedicated kids pool • Brilliant splash park • Lazy river (a daily favourite) • 24-hour gym (rare and very welcome) • Buggies always available to take you anywhere Being next to world-class theme parks with next to no queues makes it unbeatable for families. And with Riverland and park hopper tickets included, we barely needed to leave the area. In fact, apart from one short trip to Dubai Mall, we didn’t want to. Special mention to Suresh at the Ari Bar — an absolute credit to Lapita. He remembered us from last year, remembered our drinks and food preferences, and delivers warm, polished, professional service every single time. A true asset to the hotel. This is how hospitality should be done. Already looking forward to returning next year. 5 stars — without hesitation.

Been here 4 times and so far all experiences have been amazing. Children love the place so much and keep asking to come back. Breakfast has improved since the first time we have visited. Favorite place is 100% the lazy river. Rooms are great as well. Staff are kind and do good service. 10/10 recommend hotel and we will definitely come back soon.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort and, overall, found the experience to be enjoyable. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and equipped with satisfactory amenities. The restaurant was particularly commendable, with the breakfast buffet offering excellent variety and quality. However, there were certain aspects that impacted the overall impression of our stay: - We had reserved a pool-view room at a premium rate. Unfortunately, the room allocated to us (3116) had a large tree directly in front of the balcony, which completely obstructed the view. - At the time of reservation, we had specifically mentioned that we were celebrating our daughter’s 7th birthday, and this was acknowledged again at check-in. Regrettably, unlike other establishments of similar standing, no complimentary gesture such as a cake was provided, which was disappointing given the occasion. - Although our request for early check-in had been accepted, we had to follow up and inquire on the room status, where we were required to wait at the front desk for approximately 15 minutes before the arrangements were finalized. A courtesy call confirming that the rooms were ready would have been favorable. While these matters did affect our overall experience, we nonetheless appreciated the cleanliness, amenities, and dining quality offered by the resort. Also the staff were very friendly and courteous, despite the occupancy rate being in the higher 90 percentage.

We highly recommend the Lapita Hotel in Dubai. We, a family of four (kids 7 and 10), spent one week at the beginning of January 2026. The weather was perfect, 25°C in the air, and the pools (120 cm, 90 cm, and 60 cm) held around 30°C. We went all-inclusive, and that was good value. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices every day, à la carte options, good house wine, and free ice cream for the kids. 🙂 With the all-inclusive came multiple entries to the theme parks around; Legoland Waterpark and Motiongate were the favorites. Try to go there in the morning or on weekdays; otherwise, the wait can be long. The staff at Lapita offered a truly excellent service throughout. Ojo and Phoo took fabulous care of our kid in the Kids Club, and plenty of other personnel deserve particular recognition, but we don't have their names. A special shout-out to the waitress in Hikina, who remembered our choices from day one, day five. The stay at Lapita, with its pools and theme parks, is the only holiday with our kids where, on the last day, instead of wanting to go home, they wanted to stay.

Our entire stay was brilliant, rooms were clean buggies impressive, parks great and most of all brilliant staff with everything already thought off. Food options were great we mainly did buffet which was varied and amazing. Balu is a credit to the entire hotel he made our trip amazing and is a very kind hearted man. Aman ( our amazing lovely and polite server) and ramu served us at kahuna restaurant what can I say such heartfelt service can't be taught, these guys are superb and natural, they brought us a card and farewell cake on our last day which was an amazing gesture. Amazing staff and amazing food.
