Lapland Hotels Bulevardi offers a warm and atmospheric stay right in the centre of Helsinki. I was first skeptic about the concept : why should there be a Lapland hotel so far south from it? But afterwards I thought why not : we have Chinese restaurants too even if we are very far from China. 😆 The interiors beautifully combine Nordic elegance with Lapland-inspired materials and textures, creating a cozy yet refined ambience. Luckily they have skipped traditional bright colours so that the interior is harmonious and doesn’t feel kitchy at all. The background music with traditional joiku inspired sounds has irritated some people but I liked it as it emphasised the multi sensory experience. The rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and the in-room sauna option adds a special Finnish touch. The amenities with natural forest scent were wonderful. Breakfast is excellent, featuring high-quality local ingredients and northern flavours. We were super happy that the usual croissants etc. are totally left out, and the food is truly Finnish! I recommend also dinner at the Kulta restaurant. Service is friendly and professional without feeling too stiff. A unique and memorable hotel experience that brings a touch of Lapland to the city centre.

The Lapland Hotel Bulevardi lived up to expectations. It has a unique Lapland vibe and a rustic elegance. My room with sauna was well appointed and designed. I appreciated the check-in staff acknowledging my request for a quiet room. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable with good quality bedding. It was fun to have a personal sauna but while seemingly insulated it did make the room pretty hot. Yet definitely an unusual amenity! The breakfast was crowded regardless of when I went down and the food ok but not that special. The coffee came from a machine. The dining rooms were dark and it seemed tables by the windows were reserved for people with reservations, not those staying at the hotel. The employees were friendly and always helpful. The area is wonderful and walkable, with a tram stop steps away. Of the many Helsinki hotels I’ve stayed in, this is one to which I’d be pleased to return.

Not worth it compared to other countries 5-star hotels. I have visited the Lapland hotels bulevard now 3 times staying in the hotel suite and two times in different sized normal rooms for two persons. The suite was good but truly not worth the prize. The rooms have beautiful decoration and they are very clean, beds and pillows are comfortable. The theme is showing well in the room decorations and overall atmosphere. Breakfast is very good and has a lot of different options. Restaurant and bar are also outstanding. But the normal rooms are missing a lot of toiletries that 5-star hotels would in normal way provide for their quests. The regular rooms do not have toiletries like toothbrushes, showercaps or even complimentary waterbottles. I have traveled around the world visiting multiple 5-star hotels and even lower star hotels provide these amenities to their quests so I would expect 5-star hotel with this price to have it. Last time staying in the hotel I asked after getting my room about the water I got answered from the reception that I can drink the water from the toilet tap and that we are in Finland after all. This to me is not acceptable way to speak to a guest staying in high-end hotel to tell them to drink from the bathroom or buy 5.50€ water from the minibar. The one room before this one had the soap dispensers in the shower empty but I gave the hotel other chance since the first time in suite was very good. Small details like this sadly do effect a lot the overrall experience and when you get less than expected for the price paid and the stars given to the hotel.

Winter wonderland. This hotel has a warm and loving ambience from the moment you enter reception. Lovely and patient staff that make you feel very welcome. The room was super cosy and the shower was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. The hotel's location is very convenient and easy to walk to all major attractions. I will definitely be back.

Our experience at Lapland Hotels Bulevardi was exceptional from start to finish. Their professionalism really stood out, especially during our very early morning checkout. Despite the hour, a beautifully prepared breakfast box was ready for us, complete with our choice of tea or coffee to enjoy on the way to the airport. It was a thoughtful touch that made our departure smooth and stress‑free.|The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and designed with a calming Nordic aesthetic that made it easy to relax after a day exploring Helsinki. We also dined in the hotel’s restaurant, where I tried reindeer for the first time. It was a fantastic culinary experience, rich, flavourful, and beautifully prepared. If you enjoy venison, you’ll absolutely love reindeer.|Overall, Lapland Hotels Bulevardi exceeded our expectations in every way. From the outstanding service to the quality of the food and accommodation, it’s a hotel we would happily return to and highly recommend to others.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, the room felt really cozy and comfortable; I also loved the decor. And the sauna in the room was a real treat! Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, I also had an excellent dinner at the Kultá restaurant. The hotel is located on a quiet street, in walking distance to downtown Helsinki (15-20 mins.).|Staff was lovely as well.

Lapland Hotel should be a 5 star hotel! Our sauna room was gorgeous , clean and so well designed. Bed was super comfortable and I loved hearing the Suomi music come thru the speakers in the bathroom. Hotel staff were very attentive and welcoming. The hotel breakfast was the best we ever had on our 30 day , 5 country trip. Everything was so fresh and healthy.Location was perfect, we walked everywhere. It is a bit far from central station with luggage. We took a uber to the train station to leave to catch our flight. | We loved our stay so much , we canceled a 2 night stay in Estonia just to stay longer at Lapland. We took the ferry over to Estonia for a one day excursion and it was a good decision. The location is wonderful, in a quiet neighborhood with tree lined streets and cafes. We ate at the Vietnamese restaurant across the street and it was amazing. We also ate twice in the hotel restaurant and we were so impressed. The Salmon soup is to die for, best we had in all the Scandic countries we visited. We loved Finland and hated to leave especially Lapland it truly made our stay in Finland so magical. It’s worth every penny and more!

You can't get any better than this Lapland light hotel without actually having to go up there! The location was prime access to all of Helsinki for exploring, the service was perfect they really ensured you knew how to use everything in your room, and the breakfast was plentiful. The room itself was huge! It felt like two rooms in one, you had the sauna side and then where you slept. I loved on the sauna side you could actually have music playing while you relaxed. Breakfast every morning has many different styles of reindeer which I couldn't get enough off. This place was perfect all around would recommend to everyone visiting Helsinki!

Great spacious rooms and amenities. Breakfast area can be chaotic during peak hours. Location is perfect for me. Friendly front desk service.
