This was the perfect hotel for our Christmas break. It is in the middle of a national park which makes a perfect setting. The food is good, not amazing but suited us for what we needed and paid for. The hotel is well heated which is great after a day in the snow. The room are lovely and we really enjoyed the pool.

The reception was exceptionally fantastic! I loved the people at reception as they were especially kind and very informative for local needs and wants as pertaining to my trip. The restaurant: staff was at the utmost professional especially someone named Päti who was very kind and observant of needs and anticipated the needs during the visit. Highly recommend the restaurant here during the summertime. Food was perfectly cooked and a well established waitstaff with very good vibes. The accommodation: the twin suite left much to be desired. The best part was the balcony which had a beautiful view of the birch and pine trees in the back of the hotel. There was a lot of construction in the front which was unsightly but probably was much needed. Access to the national park was great and I recommend checking out the bike rentals across the street as that was so much fun! The biggest down side to the accommodation was the bathroom needing to be updated badly. It was very outdated and cramped surprisingly for the size of the room.

Very good hôtel, even if we stayed in the little three house (cottage) who are simple but well eqquiped with little kitchen (include everything you need) + a sauna. The breakfast is very good and the pool/spa very relaxing after hiking :). You will also cross a lot of Reinders who are getting close to the hotel to avoir mosquitoes. I recommand!

Old building and old rooms, but in good condition, neat and clean. Tame reindeer in the yard. Excellent breakfast.

Had a wonderful, 3 generations, Canterbury holiday. Stayed in the hotel so no getting in and out of snowsuits at meal times. Our room had a fully fitted kitchen, separate bedroom and even a sauna in the bathroom. Everything was spotless.|You can use the pool free of charge when staying at the hotel.|All meals were buffet style so it was easy to cater for all tastes and plenty of choice.|The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

It was a good hotel. Room was spacy enough and bathroom was good. Bed is maybe a bit soft side but that is fine. Room also had balcony and fridge which was nice. Everything was clean too. Strange thing was that for some reason our room had a door to adjacent room and through it you could hear pretty much everything that was happening in there, which wasn't nice. Access to spa area was included in the price. Spa is not very big and looked very 90's, but it was still in fine condition and definitely more fun to use jacuzzi and massaging water jets than usual showers. Steam bath was a disappoiment thou, it was cold and not at all steamy. Breakfast was the typical finnish one, that means more good stuff one can eat. Both recepetion and restaurant staff were very nice and helpful.

Such a lovely hotel, the rooms were clean and nice & warm. I wasn't expecting a balcony so that was a pleasant suprise. The hotel staff are super friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious such a large selection every night and there was always something for the fussiest of eaters so my son was very happy, which had been something I was worried about. The pool was great although a little on the cold side but my son really enjoyed it. Plenty of sledges around the hotel, which we had lots of fun on. Would definitely stay here again.
