One of the best hotels in Finland, in my opinion. It’s always a pleasure to come here. What really sets this place apart is the incredibly friendly staff — truly some of the kindest and most welcoming people I’ve ever encountered in any hotel. And this applies to every single employee we met. The hotel is spotless, whether it’s the room or any common area. Breakfast is excellent and the unique atmosphere of the breakfast room adds something special to the experience. The location is perfect, right next to hiking and mountain biking trails. The spa area is perfectly sized and cozy. Starting the day with a sauna and a morning swim is simply wonderful. There’s a calm and peaceful vibe throughout the hotel that we’ve always appreciated. If I had to point out something to improve, the restaurant menu could be more exciting — it’s fairly basic. Also, the electric car charging options are quite limited for today’s standards. Keep up the great work!

Excellent Hotel/Resort located right at the bottom of the Yllas skiing slopes. The staff was very friendly, and our room was clean and tidy. The spas and pool were great to relax in after hitting the ski slopes, and the gym is one of the best gyms I've experienced in a hotel. The included breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious.

The apartments (we staid in a 2 bedroom one) were brilliant. Very new feeling, comfy, spacious and well equipped. We stayed bed and breakfast and the selection of foods available at breakfast was some of the best I have ever had. Sauna in the apartment was lovely. Really quite and peacefull|one oddity about the apartment was that they second bedroom didn't have a door which isn't great from a privacy perspective. We fashioned one with a spare bed sheet and gaffa tape - be warned and bring gaffa tape!|The village itself is relatively limited which is ice. The main bar / pub shuts at six pm so if you want to eat out at reasonable price be in there by 5!! Not overly expensive (cheaper than average French ski village process)|Skiing is brilliant due to the lack of people and the endless untracked off piste. Pistes are relatively limited but you cant really get tired of blasting empty red runs on fresh perfect snow. Views from the top incredible.|oh and dont walk on the cross country ski trails... !

Nice hotel, great breakfast and pool/spa, but in the chalets there are no light blocking curtains. This is a big problem if you're staying any time between about March and September! It is stupid too, because hanging up proper curtains is not a difficult or expensive thing to fix. Also if you are in the chalets it is a bit of a walk from your room to the ski runs - about five minutes or so across the parking lot.

Stayed in 2 bed apartment. Everything you need. Drying area and separate sauna which is amazing. Small shop under apartment for everyday essentials. |Hotel located right on the slope. 1 min walk to gondola and carpet lifts. Ski school opposite hotel. Limited on eating out....we only ate in restaurant across from hotel but eat early closes early. Also ate in bar area of hotel as meals were really nice but expensive. Cheaper than booking half board option though. Drinks expensive especially wine. So get duty free. Ski conditions amazing and never queued got lift and that was half term.

Very good lunch buffet (considering we are in otherwise rural Lapland) and great value for money for eating in the slopes. Panorama windows offer a view of the fell. Staff is extremely friendly. There is vegan options for everything, including desert pancakes and sauces with the mains. They even offer some loose tea. Plenty of fresh fruit. Salad buffet. Only the mains could be a little less basic and more creative dishes instead of something like chicken fingers, Bolognese and vegan patties (at the time of writing this review)

We went to this hotel with a package holiday with TUI. ||The room we were given was in the main building with a balcony overlooking the ski slopes. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds incredibly comfy. We stayed half board and both the breakfast and evening meal buffet were plentiful and tasty. It was such a nice touch to have tea, coffee and water with the evening meal too. ||All the staff were friendly and helpful, and any questions were answered with a smile. ||There is a sledging area not far from the hotel and clearly marks walks in the wooded area by this which were very picturesque. A trip to the top of the Gondola by the hotel is also a must, the views are incredible. ||I would not hesitate to come to this hotel again, thank you Saaga for a lovely holiday.

We came to ski for four days with my son with all our gear along. The standard room is spacious and clean, you get your own locker for skis, you have a small drying closet in your bathroom, excellent breakfast and the daily Spa visit after sking before dinner is relaxing with its pool, whirlpool and saunas. Service was kind and helpful, will stay here again
