Lara Beach vs Konyaalti Beach: Lara wins for me! 🌟 The sandy shore beats Konyaalti's pebbled beach any day. Plus, Lara's sunset views are simply stunning - the reflection on the sand is breathtaking! 🌅 Konyaalti just can't compete with that. 👍 Lara Beach is my top pick in Antalya!

The best place ever!! The food is amazing, very Turkish food and the restaurants is very clean and ready for a lot of people all together. You can eat all the time you want day and night. For the children is very nice for entertainment at the baby club, after dinner and during the time close to the pool.

A lot of gross rubbish, very wavy. Sand rough, full of cigarette butts - not that nice. Definitely not what I was expecting considering people said it was a lovely sandy beach for children.

December at Lara Beach was a nice escape. The gorgeous golden dunes and the calming sounds of the Mediterranean waves complemented the tranquil atmosphere that the off-season offered. The beach was covered in a warm light as the sun sank, providing stunning views. A tour of the neighborhood eateries offered a variety of delicious foods.

The beach and the sea are great. Keep in mind that you have to walk a lot and lots of the beach area is taken by private hotels and you can’t even be there. They ask me politely to leave

Lara public beach is good, but there are no facilities there. No umbrellas or sunbathing chairs etc. If you go to there and you are not in an all inclusive hotel you have two options: either you bring umbrella and sun chairs with you or park for free in one of the cafes and rent their sunbathing facilities. Latter option is more convenient obviously. The water is warm and enjoyable to swim in.

I'm inclined to give a 4-star rating to this ideal family beach due to its excellent amenities, including well-maintained changing rooms. It offers ample space for barbecue activities, making it an ideal spot for both kids and families, all without any entrance fees. While there is a paid section with chairs on one side, you can enjoy the sand for free if you bring your own mat. However, the only downside was the noticeable presence of litter like discarded cigarettes and plastic bottles, which detracted from the overall experience. And yes weekends are crowded so May be go bit early and come back early would be ideal.

I am not a fan of any beaches no matter how beautiful there are? Anyway, my friend insisted we go so I agreed. What a nightmare for us? We stayed at grand park lara antalya. We walked front one end to the other and were chased by the each hotels security guards just because we asked one of their security guards we wanted to go back to our hotel. Was it OK for us to take a short cuts? He was kind and helpful. He said it was ok. So off we walked and we were about couple of hundred yards to the main road that would take us back to our hotel. Came along another probably a senior security guard asking us where we were going to? We explained where we stayed and showed him our wrists bands. Told him the first security guard in the back saying it was ok for us to take short cuts. He firmly said 'NO' and was very rude to us. He told us to walked along and take left turn and that would take us to our hotel. Off we walked and walked and each time we got there we were chased away by another security guard in total five security guards grrrrr. Our feet and souls were pretty painful because I was wearing flip flop and the sands kept rubbing it. My calfs was swollen badly. Close to five pm it started getting dull and the sun was not smiling anymore and was always to sleep lol. I started having anxiety which was bad. We just kept walking to where we first started. Thank God I saw an old man and asked for his 'Help' to get us a taxi to take us back to our hotel. He doesn't speak English so here come my hands sign etc. Thank god. He understood me and he called us a taxi. Never again! By the way, it was a nice beach nothing special about it.
