For those seeking vegetarian options, Lari & Penati offers choices like aubergine parmigiana and spinach, blue cheese, and walnut quiche. The restaurant also boasts a good selection of local wines, many available by the glass. The interior is cozy, with a mix of high wooden tables. The seating is divided into two halls and an outside terrace, providing a relaxed atmosphere.

The restaurant served yummy food at a great price! However, there was not too much choice for food. The interior was decorated well, and the staff were very accommodating.

One of the best restaurants in Zagreb. Starting form the service and waiters who are always in a good mood and very kind. Everything on the menu is really delicious, the portions are not small at all, so don’t worry, you won’t be hungry. My favourite is the quiche with spinach, absolutely superb. You can’t miss with any dish. Definitely a must to visit if you want to enjoy great food.

I find the food is at the saltier side, the waiter keeps coming over and wants to clear, seems to be rushing us off. But finally a restaurant that doesn't charge us for plain water.

The food is really delicious and has a great value for money. The atmosphere and decoration is also super nice and trendy. Waiter was friendly but could be better trained, he seemed a bit new and unsure - only as an improvement point for 100%, but nothing that takes from the full experience.

I went there for a couple of dinners during my business trip in Zagreb. This place was suggested me by my colleague and it was a very good advice. The local is small and informal, with calm and intimate atmosphere, optimum food and drink for all the options I tried. Good service and fair prices complete the experience. I absolutely advice for good meals with an eye at budget.

This is a good choice for a bit during the day, offering a limited but well executed list of dishes. The portions are very decent, the presentation of the dishes visually pleasing and the food itself well prepared. The service was fast (though it was a mid-week, rainy, late afternoon, so not busy at all) and there is an option to sit in or out. Overall, a good experience although I found that the prices to be a little bit on the higher side for what is on offer.
