We've arrived very late due to roadworks, the staff has been extremely kind and they let us have a dinner after their closing time. The food was amazing, really nice cure of the details. Desserts were between the best i have ever eaten in my entire life.

Siamo stati ospiti esterni al ristorante ieri sera, abbiamo trovato un posto accogliente ed un servizio cortese ma lento. Seguendo le ottimi recensioni del posto ci siamo ritrovati un servizio lento dei piatti, delle tagliatelle crude e contorni che sono stati portati venti minuti dopo i secondi. Il prezzo non vale servizio e menù. In più mentre mangiavamo c’era un gatto che mangiava dai piatti sporchi appoggiati dietro di noi mentre lo staff stava a guardare. Non consigliato.

Appena arrivati abbiamo avuto subito una bella impressione, il ristorante è davvero una chicca, l'arredo è di gusto. Siamo partiti con un entrè veramente ottimo, per poi continuare con antipasti fenomenali, la tartare con panzanella era davvero spaziale. I primi non da meno: il pomodoro dei tortelli mi ha fatta viaggiare. Infine, abbiamo ordinato una fiorentina.. la cottura non era come l'avevamo chiesta. La volevamo al sangue invece ci è arrivata media. Buona ugualmente ma non eccellente. I vini che abbiamo bevuto erano la ciliegina sulla torta. La nota negativa è stata la lunga attesa tra una portata e l'altra. Il conto è sicuramente elevato ma ne vale la pena. Vivo a Roma e farei volentieri 100 km per cenare qui.

Il coperto da 6 euro ci ha lasciate perplesse. Bella atmosfera e piatti curati. Il mio primo con riduzione di crostacei era -per i miei gusti-tanto saporito da risultare stucchevole: non mi è proprio piaciuto. Le pappardelle al cinghiale più tradizionali ma anche loro un po' affogate nel sugo. Il calice di vino ordinato non l'hanno servito ma era poi incluso nel conto. Non tornerei per la cucina.
