L'Art Glacier

What a gem! I am so grateful for the recommendation to visit here! It is so worth the little drive from Aix. We made it here to have ice cream at sunset and it was amazing!

Are you looking for a place in Provence where the locals go on a hot day? Where locals are sure to take visitors on almost any day? L'Art Glacier sits on a hilltop overlooking the vineyards of Ansouis. It is a magical place with delicious local ice cream served in fabulously artistic glass dishes! A small sign marks the turn at the intersection of the road to La Tour d'Aigues and the road to Sannes. If you hesitate, you will miss the one-lane road up the hill. Watch for turn-outs so you can accommodate oncoming cars.Enjoy!
