We stayed three nights and had a fabulous time. Tatiana is an amazing host who really went the extra mile to take care of us. The breakfast was delicious, and she took us on a fantastic tour of villages and a tequila distillery. Then we lucked out into the four course meal with wine pairing! The location is excellent and very walkable to Old Town and the waterfront, but not right on the square or the beach, so it is very quiet at night, which is a plus (no loud music). The rooms are lovely and modern and comfortable. I highly recommend this place. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is wonderful! Super clean, our room Egypt was beautiful. Breakfast is delicious, starting with fresh fruit, yogurt ( every day different flavor!), and granola, delicious coffee in the famous tazas de barro! The finale is a delicious breakfast made by the wonderful Tatiana, yummy!!!!! Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean, a lovely porch just outside our bedroom, a hot tub, and plenty of seating with comfy outdoors couches. The place is just one block from El Malecón, you just walk down there and take a pulmonía or a araña, best transportation to take you around. If you want to do something fun, talk to Tatiana, the owner, she is ready to book the best tours, she can even take you. Tatiana and Gustavo took us to El Quelite for a super price, food included. They are fun, sweet, and know a lot of every place you can ask! Visit Mazatlan, and definitely the place to stay is Las 7 Maravillas!!!! The place is safe, gated, clean and beautiful! Thank you Tatiana for the nice welcoming! As others guests here say: Came as guests, left as friends!

We stayed at Las 7 Maravillas from February 23 to March 3. This included Carnaval 2022 Mazatlan Week. We chose Las 7 Maravillas because of its location in Centro one block from the Malecon and the intriguing description in its web page. We had never stayed in a B & B before and I have to say we hit a home run choosing this one! We stayed in "Italy" as all 7 rooms are country themed an it was a treat. " Italy" was neat, clean, roomy and beautifully decorated. We had read about the delicious breakfast Tatiana prepares and we were not disappointed! Four course breakfasts either buffet style or table served were all different and all scrumptious! After breakfast, Tatiana would visit with us and find out what our plans were for that day and offer detailed assistance. Her vast knowledge of Mazatlan sites, restaurants, entertainment transportation and even costs is invaluable. As first time visitors to Mazatlan, we relied heavily on her advice and she was spot on! Mazatlan is a beautiful city, but Tatiana and her staff at Las 7 Maravillas made our visit a beautiful, memorable experience. The highest complement we can pay is we came to Las 7 Maravillas as "Guests" and left as "Friends"!

We recently went to Mazatlan for the first time, for my 62nd birthday. It was myself, my husband and my 37 yo son came along also! We’d stayed at Las 7 Maravillas and it was terrific! Tatiana the owner/host was wonderful, made our breakfast each day, which was always very good and arranged tours we wanted to go on and had excellent recommendations on places to eat! The facility was beautiful, very well located and very comfortable! Adults only, which we appreciated. Would highly recommend and we will definitely stay again ❤️

I arrived in Mazatlan with great expectations and Las 7 Maravillas exceeded them all.||||This is an exceptional adults only place. Tatiana and her team are terrific. Each room is beautifully themed, breakfast is absolutely delicious, there is a hot tub and lounge area on the top floor and its tucked back in a neighborhood called Los Pinitos at the foot of a little hill, just south of downtown. You are a block off the beach and malicon and it is just 15 minute walk to either the downtown, with the cathedral Basilica or the Mecado or to Olas Altas.||||Tatiana is full of great advice about vacationing here in Mazatlan. She is not a newcomer. She has lived here 12 years. She knows where to go, how to get there and how much it will cost you along the way. She even organized a trip to Los Asuna, an amazing traditional tequila distillery north of town for guest during my weeks stay there.||||I've stayed in some really nice b&bs. It is my favorite way to travel. Las 7 Maravillas is one of the best. It is, by far, my favorite.|||| Exceptional. 10 stars.

I rate Las 7 Maravillas 5 stars because I couldn’t give them 10. If you explore Mazatlan and don’t stay at this B&B you are making a big mistake. The location is perfect (near the historic district and the beach). You will start everyday with a gourmet breakfast (with desert) and a different menu everyday! Tatiana, the owner, is an amazing chef. You are also greeted every morning by Indy, the B&B mascot who loves everyone. This B&B is the cleanest place to stay in Mazatlan. Tatiana made several recommendations for restaurants and when we mentioned that we were staying at Las 7 Maravillas we were treated like we were regulars at the restaurants. They booked three tours for us which were all amazing (they are professional tour guides). They also arranged two private paddle boarding lessons by an expert paddle boarder and fellow chef (ask for Gustavo). We ended most days with a glass of wine in the hot tub or watching the sunset from a great resturant. This was our first time in Mazatlan - We will be back!

Las 7 Maravillas is a wonderful and amazing place to stay on your trip to Mazatlan. If you are looking for a comfortable, beautiful, safe option and do not want to stay in a large, corporate hotel in “busier” Zona Dorada, then we suggest you consider Las 7 Maravillas. It is not in the “Golden Zone '' which is the more touristy area of Mazatlan with the larger “Americanized” resorts, but instead south towards the older “historic” district. This means feeling a little more immersed in the “real” culture of Mazatlan. However when we did take a short ride into Golden Zone, there were many, reasonably priced options for food and entertainment. || The Hotel is near the Ocean, beaches, and boardwalk, named the Malecon. The location is easily walkable to the famous Plaza de Machado (restaurants/shopping) as well as the local market (Mercado) and old Cathedral. Las 7 Maravillas puts you close to many attractions and action, but is also quietly tucked away in a quaint neighborhood, so when you are hanging around the hotel it is a very quiet and peaceful experience. They have a nice terrace with chairs so you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean and Mazatlan’s Tres Islas. They also have a hot tub and spa.|| The owner, Tatiana, is a true delight. She is a wonderful and attentive hostess, who will cook you a fresh, large, delicious breakfast daily. When we checked in she asked us about our food preferences and our likes and dislikes, so she is willing to help tailor the breakfast/brunch to your needs/wants.|| She also picked us up and dropped us off from the airport for a very modest charge. She is also great at recommending ideas of where to go out to eat and visit. She has lived in Mazatlan for a long time so she knows what is good. She suggested Stone Island (actually a peninsula) but a must do if you want to see where the locals and the Mexican tourists go to spend a sunny day on the beach. We highly recommended giving Las 7 Maravillas a try on your visit to Mazatlan. As it says on their website, you arrive as a guest, we say goodbye as friends.

My stay at Las 7 Maravillas was lovely. Tatiana provided very personable service, including lifts to and from the airport, and a wonderful guided tour. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, and I look forward to returning someday soon!
