This place can get busy I recommend making a reservation. The drinks/cocktails are delicious and strongish. The food was tasty but sorry to say guacamole looked dark I had better and the quesadillas could have been better plated because the plate looked messy. Nachos were tasty. Staff were helpful and attentive. The atmosphere depends on where you are sitting the place has sections it is only one big room. Attaching photos from my visit. Enjoy 😊

Great spot for authentic Mexican food! The dishes were full of flavor, and the service was impressively fast. The only downsides: prices are a bit on the high side, and the indoor seating is located in the basement without any natural light, which makes the atmosphere feel a bit less inviting. Still, an enjoyable experience overall — definitely worth a visit if you're craving Mexican cuisine.

What a gem!! We were craving for Mexican food, and we were not disappointed. Noe and Esteban made our last dinner in Prague one of a kind. Food was beyond what we expected, and drinks on the top! As a Mexican I know it’s hard to find a real Mexican place, and this is my first recommendation across Europe. If you have the opportunity to come here, don’t hesitate. Thanks again for such a warm and friendly evening. We will definitely come back soon!

Tbh, one of the best mexocan food places I've ever been to! I got started off with the mango margarita which hit hard (wednesday the drinks were on discount too). Also got the beef burrito, very good and filling. The flavour exploited in my mouth with lots of condiments and sauces to pair with. Also love the bartender - I was trying to get a pic of the bar when there was no one then he suddenly got caught in my camera, I didn't realized at that time but he smiled so thank you<3

Seriously so good! I am visiting Prague and a friend told me to go here and it did not disappoint!! Lovely relaxed vibe with great food and drinks. I even felt a little sad eating my last taco because I didn’t want the meal to end.

The food and drinks here are so so good. We've been a few times whenever we are over and always come away happy. Really good value, really friendly staff and the Margaritas are incredible. A must if your in the area.

Is it weird to go back to a place for a salad? Even though this is a restaurant specializing in tacos, enchiladas, etc., I was in the mood for a salad, so I ordered it and it HIT THE SPOT. So much that I came back 2 days later to have it again. My mom had enchiladas twice (first the mole, then the mixed), and she loved them. I also had the passionfruit margarita and it was one of the best margaritas I've ever had (and I've spent many of my adult years living in Texas and had many many frozen margaritas). This place is a gem. Highly recommend. The first visit we sat outdoors, the second visit we sat indoors. Both were a nice vibe.

This was my first time visiting Prague, and I stumbled upon this restaurant, which was quite empty when we arrived. Despite that, we decided to give it a try, and I'm glad we did! We sat outside and ordered a variety of dishes. Things I liked: 1. The food presentation was exceptional, with each dish looking incredibly appetizing. 2. The food itself exceeded my expectations in terms of taste and quality. 3. The server, a sweet girl, was a delight to interact with and made our experience even more pleasant. Things that could be improved: 1. The washroom could use more attention in terms of cleanliness. It wasn't the best, but this is something that can be easily fixed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend visiting this place. Don't miss out on trying the margarita, and of course, the food is really good!

This place is great for Mexican in Prague. Ceviche was fresh, small portion but delicious flavor. Enchiladas were tasty and good portion size. Tacos were delicious. Ambiance was adorable, reminded me of Mexico. Staff was great, it seems they share tables to ensure you're always served, we felt very taken care of. We went at lunch, it wasn't busy at all so a group of 12 of us sat down right away - doesn't get much better than this experience!

The Las Adelitas in Prague is one of the best "real" mexican restaurants you can find. I would say their style of food is more like TexMex rather than CaliMex, (which I am used to), they use more dark chili type sauce on their enchiladas, If you've wver been to the Texas border you'll know what I mean. The proce is reasonable. I think the owners are from Oaxaca, Mexico. Best to make reservations, because people that walk in sometimes get turned away. I will come back to this place again. The servers are polite and attentive. 5 stars!

I was always a little skeptical of having Mexican food in Prague (not sure why), so when a friend informed that the margaritas at Las Adelitas were great, I had to go check it out for myself. I was NOT disappointed! They have quite the collection of margaritas on the menu. I tried the mango on the rocks and it tasted like the sweetest, juiciest mango with tequila - YUMMM-Y! (I'm from the Caribbean and LOVE mangoes!) Ok rewind a little - met a friend there for dinner and they have some cute sidewalk seating and a nice cozy interior. Service was very friendly - we did have to walk inside to pay with a card because their internet for the card machines didn't work outside. For food, I had the steak tacos that came on corn tortillas and my friend had the shredded pork ones. Four mini corn tortillas piled high with meat and toppings. The steak was done really well - tender and good seasonings. I'm not a huge fan of corn tortillas but theirs were not too heavy. The dish was accompanied by two chips in black beans - the chips tasted freshly baked and crisp! YUM! Wish I had more than two. We also got some fresh made guacamole, salsa, and a little rice. Perfect sized portions to be able to focus on the main meal (tacos), but I wish the guacamole and salsa was a little bigger . And the presentation - like a fun Mexican fiesta of color and style on the plate. Apart from the fact that I wish the salsa was spicy (I LOVE spicy and its Mexican after all!), the food was delish, the margarita was delightfully delectable, and I definitely see myself stopping by again to try some other delicious flavors.

This is probably as good as Mexican food gets in Prague! I loved this place and lively decor. Our waiter was so awesome and gave us some of the best service we've received in Prague. I ordered one of the enchiladas and was really satisfied by the taste. As someone from Texas who grew up with tex mex food, this place really hit the spot. Even though the place was packed when we got there (it's pretty small), the waiter let us sit with our friends who just happened to be there so that we wouldn't have to wait for thirty minutes. Note to those from the US: Just like many things in Prague, the chips and dip here are not free! Our waiter was surprised to find out that these things were complimentary in the states

Drinks and service were good, but I was a little underwhelmed by the food. It tasted okay, but was nothing special at all. The nachos were just cheese, jalapeños and meat...nothing else.

This is one of the friendliest places in Prague. You can feel the Mexican hospitality everywhere and everything about this place is authentic. The place is owned by Mexicans who truly love what they are doing and have brought a piece of their country and culture to Prague. The food is amazing and the prices are really cheap if you take into account the location and high food quality. This place is awesome for lunches as well as dinners or smaller birthday celebrations of friends gatherings. No matter when you come, you will always leave with a mile on your face and happy - I can guarantee you that!

Excellent service and really great chicken tacos with mild but good salsa. The mango margarita was huge and pretty yummy although the paper straw gets soggy easily. I was very full after the drink ans my four tacos. I'm definitely returning here!

Excellent ambience :) indoor and outdoor seating. The food is traditional Mexican entrees with a little bit of a twist. I had the tacos but instead of the corn or flour tortillas they were wheat tortillas. They were lightly fried and the main ingredients were enclosed in the shell. The vegetarian tacos were mushroom and cheese. Super tasty and didn't taste like they were fried. Noah (no e) was our waiter and he was great!

Fantastic Mexican food, margaritas, and great service. Been ordering from them the past year during Covid, found out it's even better in the restaurant of course! Definitely a must.

As students from Austin, we were initially pretty skeptical of the Czech Mex. It was actually fantastic! The margarita tasted just like the ones back home, and the enchilada were delicious. Everything was well seasoned and tasty. It was the best service we have received at a restaurant this far in Prague. We will be back!

I have been going to this restaurant chain since the opened on Americka and the owners and staff were always friendly and polite. The food is reliably consistent and good for Prague. Tonight I went after making a reservation to eat with my children and they sat us in the basement with a large birthday party of 30+ people. I kindly asked the waiter if we could move upstairs where an empty table was and they informed me it was not available. We couldn't even hear ourselves talking to one another at the table. We had to wait for beverages, the silverware wasn't brought to our table with appetizers and overall the experience was quite horrible. When we were leaving after 2 hours, which we should have just left immediately, the table I requested to be moved to was still empty. When I asked the hostess why she didn't move us she just said the table was reserved. The staff at Lucemburska location is rude and I will not come back again.

With all these reviews, what more is there to say about Las Adelitas? Look, I'll sum it up quickly for you. I have eaten here repeatedly with a San Diego girl raised on Californian tex mex all her life. I have eaten here repeatedly with a girl who has just moved back from South America. I have drank here merrily with many people, and you can too. Food is yummy and as genuine as you can get in Prague for this cuisine. And the rustic Mexican ambiance will easily carry you through your delicious dinner right into a pleasant night full of delicious cocktails or tequilas. I have no complaints about this place.

They may not be the best Mexican restaurant in the world but sure is one of the best in Europe. I gave them an extra star because they have Mexican horchata!!! The best drink ever invented. It is not the same as the Spanish horchata, it's better. And if you're lucky, once in a while they serve tres leches cake. The service is good and friendly. Menu comes in both Czech and English. The selection of the salsas are excellent. The quality, freshness, and authenticity of the dishes are great. Definitely worth checking out if you like Mexican food. The prices are decent. Cheap considering how expensive Mexican food can be outside of Mexico, California and Texas. But maybe compared to the local prices, it is a bit higher, but not expensive. I will definitely come back when I'm back in Prague again.

Being from San Diego, I didn't set my hopes too high when trying to find some Mexican food in Prague. This place nailed it! Delicious food, excellent Bloody Mary, relaxed ambiance and attentive/fun staff. We started with an order of chips and large guacamole. I only wish there had been more guac! I ordered the variety of quesadillas - which consisted of good sized blue corn tortillas stuffed with cheese and mushrooms, cheese and chicken, cheese and pulled pork. All of which were perfect. They were drizzled in sour cream and sprinkled with lettuce and salty cheese. The chipotle sauce on the side added a nice smokey flavor. The rice of rice and beans were equally good. My Bloody Mary, ordered extra spicy, was made to my liking. My friend got the pulled pork burrito, which he enjoyed, and also a large local beer. Total price was about 700 CZK - equating to $35 USD (as of July 2014) which is what I would have spent at home for this quality of a meal. Very pleased, and I'll definitely be back.

Awesome place, great food and very attentive service by all the employees at Las Adelitas. I am from Aguascalientes,Mexico and this places has been by far the best Mexican restaurant I have eaten outside of Mexico. I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants to have a taste of authentic Mexican food. Dishes are very well presented, portions are perfect for price. I had the "Tinga Quesadillas" which were SUPER. For dessert I had "FLAN" (cream custard) perfect flavor.

Never in a million years would I have expected to happen upon some fabulous Mexican food...in Prague. Yet that is EXACTLY what happened on a girls trip this weekend. Let me preface this by saying, if you're visiting for vacation and not a resident of the EU...please, please, please take the time to sample local cuisine! However, we've all had our fair share of the local delicacies and the relatively warm temperatures made margaritas seem like a perfect afternoon delight. The four of us (3 adults and 1 child) took up a table under the umbrella to enjoy the buzzing square and people watching, with pitchers of raspberry and then mango margaritas, plus a virgin strawberry one for the lil guy. Both were delicious--mango was the crowd favorite though. Libations made us hungry though, and we decided to stay for dinner. Our waiter was super friendly and loved talking to the sole hombre in the group and making him feel extra special, always a nice touch. Between all of us we had tacos, guac, salsa, burritos, and tortilla sopa. Everyone raved and was extremely satisfied! So, in the event that you've had your fair share of Czech beer and food and need something to mix it up, I highly recommend a stop here to mix up your dining options while adventuring in Prague!

This place was very good food and the frozen margaritas were excellent and they give you them in a huge glass! The food was tasty and fresh and it came out very quick and the staff was very friendly. Pretty decent Mexican food for being where you are haha.

Somewhere there was an epic fail. My first night in Prague and I found Las Adelitas on Yelp and Google. Looking forward to what looked liked descent Mexican food, we hopped in an Uber and walked into the restaurant only to be told the kitchen was closed. Someone, anyone please fix the business hours. They may be open until 01:00 but the kitchen is closed long before then and my tired ass was beyond annoyed, hence the 1 star for failure to inform customers on complete hours of operation.

Delicious mango margarita and very tasty enchiladas mixtas -- though the smell of the fajitas (I think) from a nearby table made me kinda wish I'd gone that route. Not the most mind-blowing Mexican food I've ever had, but it was all really good, and more than reasonably priced. I only have three days in Prague and I'm really tempted to go back for those fajitas. It's pretty small, and since I was alone I sat at the bar to free up a table, and both the waiter and bartender were very nice. And they do have an English menu, which is always appreciated for me.

Omg. I traveled to a real neighborhood in Prague with no tourist and stumbled across this Mexican restaurant. My food is amazing. And they serve great wine from Mexico. The wine is really good. What a concept. You have a restaurant that represent cuisine from another country and you serve wine from that country. The rest of the world should follow this concept. And the food is amazing. And I know Mexico very very well. Trust me. I have a history there. Congrats to the person who picked the wine and I bow to the Chef.

highly recommend if you are in the vinohrady area. we are from LA, we 'know' mexican food, and their food is LEGIT. we tried the chicken & cactus tacos - delicious! you can't go wrong with both fruity & classic margaritas. again, super yummy! (liked the mango more than the strawberry) the friendliest restaurant in prague (trust us, LA peeps are critical of those things). they definitely showcased latin hospitality, we even left the tip.

As a native Texan, I am -- no doubt -- a huge fan of the margarita. In the sweltering months of summer, there is no better way to quite literally "chill the F out" and enjoy a tall frosty glass of icy and/or frozen, limey, tequila greatness. After moving to Prague a few years ago, I was disappointed to find that the quality of such a glorious drink was clearly lacking from the Mexican food scene. It is safe to say I have had my fair share of sad margaritas in this city (I swear one time I had one with vodka), so imagine my pure joy when I stumbled across the best damn margarita that this city has yet to offer. BEHOLD: the chili mango margarita from Las Adelitas. - perfectly refreshing - seamlessly marries the sweetness of mango with the spicy saltiness of chili - can come in PITCHERS (for yourself ... or to share with friends) - reasonably priced - and just downright delightful I only gave 4 stars because the food can sometimes be a little bland for my spicy palate. But, way to go Las Adelitas. You have my Texan stamp of approval.

Best Mexican food in Prague. Great service and amazing guyaba. Enough said. I always return and I'm never disappointed.

This is the best mex food I have had in Europe in the past 6 years. I have lived in Texas and Cali, this place tops most of my favorite places in the states.

If you're looking for good Mexican food, this is the place to go. The drinks are great also. Very affordable and overall just great service and a good atmosphere.

Disclaimer: my memory of this place is just a little bit hazy as I visited after a day of drinking and then may have consumed a few thousand cocktails and also some shots of slivovice and Becherovka. Ahem. Delicious food, great cocktails, and very friendly staff who were very nice to us even as it became clear we were drunkenly outstaying our welcome. We ordered a pork burrito and some beef nachos to share. Everything was delicious although the beef on the nachos was pretty tough which was quite disappointing. The burrito was exceptionally tasty though!

I live nearby so I have been here quite a lot. First time I've been here I've ordered Margaritas, they all were awesome. Last time I've tried Bloody Mary, it was awesome as well. Tijuana iced tea is one of the best, truly. In Prague it is really hard to find a right bar, but here they now how to make cocktails. Try it. Viva La Bloody Maria!

Great Mexican food! Just look at my pictures. I had some tacos with pork, and they were awesome, although the meat was not as juicy as it could be(not a big deal). The tortillas were of of a very good quality, and the food was beautifully arranged. I also tried a bite of some enchiladas and they were very tasty, especially because of the sauce. Drinks were super: Frozen margarita directly from the blender - not from a pre-made mix: it needed a little sugar and more lime for my taste - but still very good. Michelada: beer, lime juice, hot sauce, tomato juice - awesome... Only little problem was that it on the slightly more expensive side, and the bartenders/waiters had a little bit of attitude...

Great service, excellent real Mexican food and drinks at reasonable prices. The music and atmosphere is pleasant. Staff smiles as they bring out your order. Sopa Azteca is a must have! Quesadillas are tasty. Have the flan for postre!!!

Not bad for sure! You can tell they are pushing the yelp game hard, asking for reviews afterwards...The foods pretty good. I wouldn't put it on par with most places in North or South America, but for Prague it was awesome. A couple miscues: The Strawberry mojito had a ton of sugar in the bottom from not being properly muddled, the guacmole is super small...If you want some, make sure to order the double portion. The mole was really good! I got 2 taco's, they were both okay...Can't remember what they were exactly since it's been a while, but they were good. If you want some Mexican this place is definitely worth checking out.

The restaurant itself was cute. A couple minutes into our dinner a loud mariachi band came and started to play in the small room we were sitting in. It was cute, but after the fourth song or so, I was ready for them to leave. It wasn't until over halfway through the dinner that they stopped playing and we were able to hear each other talk again. Other than that, the food was pretty solid. I had the tamales, but the tacos looked better. Get the strawberry margarita over the regular one.. and normally I would never say that.

Pretty decent Mexican food, the manager at one was pretty rude to one of his employees in Spanish (don't forget many people speak multiple languages here). Otherwise the service was good!

Geat atmosphere the service is friendly and efficient. The food authentic tasty and great to eat. Not too loud music or other people.

The guacamole was very good and the steak burrito was amazing. The enchiladas were average, but the biggest thing was the service was absolutely terrible. The staff was completely out of sync bringing dishes to the wrong tables and taking over 30 minutes just to get our drinks to start the meal.

BEST MEXICAN IN PRAGUE!!! Coming from the US where I live less than an hour away from Mexico, this food is great! If you're craving Mexican or an amazing margarita while you're in Prague this is the place to go! The bartenders complete the visit too. Margaritas are cheap (about $7 USD) but BIG! They definitely put a good amount of alcohol in there too. Well worth the already decent price point!

This restaurant was excellent! The service was great and the food even better! Delicious Authentic Mexican food! I would highly recommend it! High quality food for cheap! We had an appetizer, two Guava drinks, and two entrees for $21 USD! The Guava drinks were delicious!

Really enjoyed the tamarind margaritas! Just like being back in Mexico! The tortilla soup excellent and so were the tacos. My sone was not a fan of the burrito and wish they had a kids menu! Other than that we enjoyed it!

Las Adelitas is some of the best Mexican food in Prague. They have awesome service, great food, and a fun atmosphere. I came here with my friends from home and they even put on the Red Sox game for us! The frozen margaritas are really good here too and they have happy hour specials. There are a few locations in Prague - all great spots!

There is no question that this is a very good Mexican food in Prague. In addition to food, I also enjoy their margaritas. Btw great prices. I noticed there some waiters whom I had used to see in La Casa Blu :) The location is wonderful. After lunch, you can walk in a neighboring park Gröbovka (Havlickovy sady).

This place is legit. Run by Mexicans. Made by mexicans. Served by Mexicans. And they actually spice their food like real latin people so watch out czech tastebuds! Even I was impressed, it takes a lot to do that! I had the mixed chicken enchiladas, one in red sauce, one in green sauce and they were both delicious homemade sauces. We started with the nachos and I can tell that they make their tortilla chips and their tortillas for use in house because of the taste. They are incredible. No other word to describe it. I have found my mexican heaven in Prague. Will be returning here rapidamente!

Surprisingly good Mexican food, very friendly welcoming and attentive waiters and waitresses. The design and ambience is simple yet catchy. Definitely coming back there
