NEVER AGAIN
I was extremely disappointed with my visit. As a regular, I expected better, but the bartender completely ignored me as I waited over ten minutes for my margarita—something that has happened before.
This level of service is unacceptable, especially since I've been here multiple times. It got worse after a group of drunk men sat next to me. I tried to be friendly, but when one of them asked me to pay for his beer, I jokingly said sure, only for them to take it seriously and become increasingly obnoxious. Their loud, rude behavior made it impossible to enjoy my evening, turning an already frustrating situation into an unbearable one.
The cherry on top came when they left, and the gentleman next to me walked out without paying for his beer. The bartender then demanded that I pay or she would take action. This is not about the money; it’s about the rude, disrespectful, and absolutely disloyal treatment from someone who knows better. I can afford a beer, but clearly, she couldn’t and wanted me to foot the bill instead—especially knowing that I'm a psychologist.
I want every penny returned and this bartender should go work with inanimate objects if she hates people so much.
Sincerely,
Dr. P
