The new romantics: Fashion in Old Manila - SilverKris

"An imposing Art Deco mansion designed in the 1960s by Pablo S. Antonio Sr. for a wealthy businessman, it has been carefully restored and repurposed to house a restaurant and opulent tea rooms. The property showcases decorative ceilings, an elegant spiral staircase, handsome tiles, courtyards and many original architectural features that convey its 1960s design and former grandeur." - SilverKris

This restaurant beautifully captures the essence of Filipino heritage — and it’s clear that the owners are dedicated to preserving it. The space is expansive with convenient parking, making it easy to visit. I also love that you can take your time to stroll around and soak in the thoughtful interiors and ambiance. The food is delicious, reasonably priced, and served in generous portions. Honestly, this place deserves to be recognized as one of Metro Manila’s must-visit spots! Booking a reservation is highly recommended for extra convenience, especially during peak hours.

Place is nice! The crafting of the structures/ceiling is superb. Will definitely go back here. Food is also affordable for sharing (big servings). However the receptionist girl Yana- is so rude and disrespectful always leaving her post. Waiter staffs are so much more accommodating and helpful. Especially Ms. Grace, I appreciate her for a short tour and being our photographer.

It's really a nice place to travel back in time. Every ancestral theme is great. Nice Filipino foods and good service. Special mention of the staff named Chari who assisted us in visiting the houses and other areas of the place. She really delivered the best customer service beyond our expectation. We will surely recommend this place.

If you want a nice instagrammable place in the metro, Las Casas is one definitely one of them. Food was okay. A bit on the pricey side. Prepare your wallet! Service was superb! I feel the natural Pinoy hospitality. Atmosphere was amazing at the time of our visit... The ambience... The nostalgia.

We visited last month and unfortunately did not feel well-guided or properly accommodated. The staff didn’t inform us about certain rules in advance, for instance, we were only told after changing clothes (due to mud) that outfit changes were not allowed. It would’ve been helpful to know that earlier. Additionally, there was an event happening at the time, and it felt like we were overlooked because of it. No one clarified whether we were allowed to enter certain areas or what the boundaries were. The organization overall seemed a bit messy. We didn’t get to try the food, so I can’t comment on that. The ambiance was okay, but I hope the management improves communication and coordination in the future.

Beautiful place that would recommend coming to visit in Quezon City. 300 pesos if only take pictures but 500 pesos per person for ordering food and drink then free. A very big portion of food here, if you order 1 then you can share. The band was so nice!! They all have beautiful voices and I can tell this is a family musician.✨️✨️👍👍 worth to visit.

Quite pricey but meals are all delicious. They require P100 entrance fee even if you ordered more than the required minimum amount of P500 food order per head. Old houses at the back are of course lesser than the ones in Bataan but they are as food as those in Bataan (though they were just replicas). Parking is not so big so they allow double parking. Generally okay.

I want to gatekeep this place, but i can't since i think people should experience the great and unique atmosphere /ambiance, greater food and the greatest personal service this place provides. Special mention to Grace for going above and beyond to help us feel so special when we visited, from serving us the best food up to showing us around to see the heritage houses. 5 Stars!!!
