Beautiful setting with very attentive staff. You get to enjoy all the benefits of El Conquistador. Our favorite private beach on a private island. When dining on location be prepared to pay resort prices. On many occasions alcohol drinks were prepared very weak even for my wife who isn't much of a drinker. We overheard others say the same. Overall we had a great time and will be back

Amazing resort - pricey but worth it. There are many activities and the resort has its own private island. There is a water park as well. There isn’t much going on at night so it’s great if you are coming with kids instead of as a couple.

You won't find better accommodations, service, amenities anywhere else. Very well kept establishment. We (9 people) stayed in a 3br/3bath and were comfortable and content. We had such a good time and made great memories.

However, the standout feature was undoubtedly having our own dedicated butler. This personalized service made our stay feel truly catered to, anticipating our needs and exceeding our expectations at every turn. Las Casitas Village isn't just a place to stay; it's an experience to be savored. We can't wait to return!

Timothy was is our butler he helped make our stay so wonderful. The rooms are just do so gorgeous with breath taking views and the property is so big with so much activities always can do something. Timothy was so informative about making sure we knew where everything is and even ensured we had groceries if necessary. The property is big so lots of walking I recommend walking peppery so you know where everything is then when you get tired call to have them give you a ride on the golf I was exhausted but it was fun

I had an amazing stay. I stayed at villa 5507 next to the concierge. Elizabeth was so kind & accommodating. Eddie my butler- I did not see much of him. He was not available but he was very responsive & very kind carried all my bags to my room upon arrival. Steban really served as my butler although he wasn’t he gave me a tour of the island- he gave me great recommendations anytime I seen him passing by he always spoke & asked if I needed anything! Camillo -who works at the Italian restaurant was extremely professional and gave me a great recommendation on food option! The food was I would say a 6/10. The drinks were a 6.5/10. But the aesthetic . The scenery & my room was wonderful. I was able to get a golf cart to make my commute through out the resort easier. The staff I could brag about all day. They literally made my stay more enjoyable. Me personally- was treated like royalty the entire time. The infinity pool & Jacuzzi was breath taking. The pool was room temp which was perfect. Never crowded none of the days I stayed. I think the only downside which wasn’t really a down side cause it was consumable was the food + drinks.

First and foremost our butler Fredrick was FABULOUS! His pride for the property and genuine hospitality is unmatched. Our villa was recently redone and spotless. The beds and pillows were of better quality than most hotels as well. The pools for the village offer wonderful views from multiple angles and were never crowded. We went to the private island multiple times as well as the water park. The location of the hotel is close to the rainforest, supermarkets and the food kiosks in Luquillo. The drinks at the main hotel were appropriately made and there were multiple restaurants to choose from.

Beautiful location and stunning views from their multitude of pools and terraces. Stayed for several days with the family and it was a pleasant experience. Had a few issues with the rooms but the staff including Jan and Elizabeth took great care of things. The access to Palominos island was very nice as it was both private and beautiful. The water park was also perfect for spending time with the kids. They had a blast. Would plan to come back in future.

Amazing, beautiful, serene, stunning views, very safe, close to beaches, fantastic pools, a golf course, lovely hot tubs , 24 hour security, quiet. There is so much goodness going on here that you will not want to leave your piece of paradise! The beautiful landscape around you will ease your mind and body. The pools are amazing and the views stunning! I highly recommend visiting here, it's close to attractions, beaches and restaurants. I could live here and that is saying a lot because I normally like going to different places to stay. I will definitely come back here to stay!
