My favorite paella! 🙌 We dined at the al fresco area because we felt very cold. Their staffs are very accommodating that they offered to turn on the fan in case we felt hot. We already said no, but another staff turned on a fan pointed to the floor. I guess to avoid mosquito bites. This restaurant offers Spanish dishes which is relatively closer to Filipino pallet. But more flavorful and unique. Spot-on!

Google
Food lacked flavor, especially for a Spanish restaurant and meals (tapas, paella) were way overpriced. I was told the food is better at different locations, but at the 9th street adjacent to Uptown mall/Area, the food was not good.

Google
Food was alright, cocktails underwhelming, service okay but poor ventilation inside. I came out of that place sweating despite the place being dead on a Thursday night with only 2 tables occupied.

Google
From a spanish reviewer. This was actually legit. I was feeling homesick and wanted some Spanish dishes. My surprise? They were actually good. Specially the fried seafood like in Andalucia. The patatas bravas didnt taste that good and its usualky a way to measure spanish places back home. But in overall with service and place im still giving it 5 stars. My recommendation is to improve the patatas bravas.

Las Flores offers a delightful dining experience with its authentic Spanish cuisine and vibrant atmosphere. The dishes are well-cooked, with flavors that are rich and satisfying. I had visitors from the UK and they were absolutely delighted with the food. Also, the attentive service and stylish interior make it an ideal spot for both casual meals and special occasions.

Had a great time celebrating Mother's Day here. Enjoyed all our food items, especially their Sangria. We made a reservation ahead of time to ensure our seats. The service was also great. All the staff members were attentive and accommodating. I would've loved if the food items had bigger serving sizes, especially the Paella. I loved the Paella Cochinillo and the Angus & Foie Minis. I would say that the price is worth the taste and the experience.

Google
Las Flores has a very homey ambiance. And their service was really great! Free vale parking service. The food can be compared to some bistro in the metro. Will we come back? The price point makes me think twice. Maybe in the future...

Amazing pinxtos. Popped in for a quick lunch and I’ll have to return for a more leisurely visit. Both foie options I had were delicious and rich and the tartare taco hit a great note with the crispy shell balancing the creaminess. Salmon cones were probably too big—and would been better if they were smaller because the ratio was just a little off Plenty more for me to try on the next visit

Yelp
I've visited this location a couple times during my trips to Manila and enjoyed the food here. There were lots of seating in and outdoors. A full bar anchored the rear. A large group was also dining at the same time but overall it wasn't too loud. Staff here have been welcoming and attentive. They remembered some of our go to dishes which the family enjoys. Las Flores menu offered lots of options and this time we got the following: Salmon tartare - unique presentation in a fried lumpia wrapper cone. The additional wasabi mayo side let us add as much as we wanted. Angus and foie gras- tender beef and creamy foie gras was decadent Jamon croquettes- crunchy , creamy and a little salty Duck rigatoni- an excellent pasta dish with shredded savory duck Chorizo Frito - sautéed chorizo sausages that tasted even better with the roasted garlic cloves The small plates gave us a good taste since we were not that hungry. Next time we'll try the paella again.

Yelp
1st thing's first the Salmon and Salmon IS A MUST!!! Marinated salmon with dill, salmon roe, truffle cream, honey, air baguette. Capital Y.U.M.M.Y!!! The nachos is just so so...not your average nachos plus not really a chorizo fan. The Foie Explosion is seared foie, onion jam, air baguette is also good but on the sweeter side coz of the onion jam. The Chipirones Andaluza (Fried baby squid) is ok there's no wow factor I had better calamari. Lastly, Angus and Foie minis Beef tenderloin, Foie, caramelized apple, pandesal also sweet but there's a tangy after taste from the apple sauce. Service was fast and the servers are friendly. The ambiance was chill also can be a date night place. Over all I recommend this place

Yelp
uptown bgc, great place to meet a date who suddenly brings her boss and has the maitre d sitting at the table when you arrive : / Then it's fun to argue with the said Maitre d whether they said X price or Y price until the uninvited boss (who wants a free dinner and has ordered several courses by the time you arrive) pulls out some magic card and gets you about 300php off. food? okay.

Yelp
This review is for the branch at Okada. As rating indicates, we did not have a good meal. The food took a while to come out, even the cocktails and when they did serve, each plate was between 5-10 minutes apart. Our group of 10 were so bored and hungry , we were ready to move over to the jollibee next door. The food when it did come was of good quality so it mollified us a bit. But the poor wait staff were overworked and understaffed. Will likely skip next time including the branch in BGC.

Yelp
Was here a year ago to celebrate a friend's birthday. Fabulous creative Spanish Food. Excellent service. Fantastic array of tapas and Sangrias. Very High end Spanish cuisine in a festive environment. Excellent service for our very large and boisterous group.

Yelp
At first we thought it was Filipino spot. Not until we saw the menu that it was a tapas place but decided to stay and try, and glad we did. It is the only spot we went twice during our trip. The first time we ordered 3 items. A mango cheese platter, mini burgers and a callos. All three were excellent. We especially liked the cheese platter. I liked the callos. The cheese patter was not overwhelming with a good mango jam. It could use more bread. Extra can be asked. The mini burgers were tasty and well made. Ingredients tasted fresh and high quality specifically with meats hard to maintain this quality. The callos was well made. Not overcooked or over salted. Just a right balance of sauce and meats. Service was good. Pricey for the average person but worth it. Recommended highly

Yelp
Las Flores is known to serve modern Spanish tapas, that won't break your bank and leaving you extremely satisfied. My recommended dishes would be trying one of their paellas, and definitely ordering their "conos de tartar de salmon" - not only was this dish presented in a fun way, but the cones exploded with delicious salmon, white truffle oil, hint of wasabi mayo and kimchi mayo... drool. Yelp
Service was a bit slow. In terms of ambiance, the establishment was so pretty and modern. Food tasted great, but I did spend about one hour and a half just waiting. I'm glad that my mom and I know how to make good conversation, otherwise I would be much more unhappy. Otherwise food was good!

Yelp
Me and friends tried Las Flores, BGC Uptown. The food was disappointing. My friends & I all thought that if I scored the food alone best out of 10, neither of us would have gave it more than 5. I felt like it was 4 myself. The actual foods ordered were a special that included a grilled salmon with grilled vegetables. This looked pretty good but the taste was disappointing. Another meal was beef or steak tacos which comes a set of four. These four tacos were the smallest tacos I've ever seen. About an inch anand topped off with a quail egg on each. Again, "pass" on these! Not worth trying. Additionally, we had a "catalones." This was a pasta I've had at other restaurants and those places were much better. Finally, the drinks we had were cocktails one called a "hula" made with vodka, which was too strong it tastes like nothing else was added. The 2nd, "tropic" which was too sweet that it seem like there were no other ingredients and a simple "gin & tonic" which had about 25 pieces of black pepper corns in it. Never seen that before but I asked the waitress and she said that drink was normal to have those. So the foods I'd give a 4 out of 10. Although one of my friends gave it a 0 and the other gave it a 5. Then there was the service which was good at first. The hostess did seat us right away and found a very nice booth. We gave our order but my friend notice it was taking a while before me and saw others being served who had arrived after us. My friend also when ordering ask the waitress to bring out all of our foods at the same time, which probably doesn't need to be said and any restaurants who's been trained properly. However, we patiently observed our order being brought to our table one plate at a time. When asked about that, the waitress said that chef was just busy and placed it out this way. We had several members of the staff visit our table to inquire about everything and we told them accordingly. I do want to say, there was one staff member, a guy, looks like he was a manager because he wore a suit, was very professional, and even caring about our order and was helpful, even bringing refills for water. He was the most professional and helpful member of their staff. Although the others I'd rate a 5 out of 10. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant and would prefer the food cart across the street before trying them again. By the way, one of my friends also works in a restaurant as a waitress and really thought the service was bad. The ambiance was actually good and could be a good place to go for lunch or dinner for the Uptown area. There was music playing which with the noise made it somewhat loud to hear each other. It's not as big on the inside but it did offer a few seating options outside before entering. Unfortunately, doesn't work if the food is bad, I probably won't go there for drinks or it's bar which could only seat 3 people. That's it! Maybe others will have a better experience.

Yelp
One of the many, many Spanish tapas restaurants in the area, most of them really outstanding considering they are 8000 miles from Spain. Everything we tried were outstanding, service is intimate and place is casual and cozy, but do wear smart-casual to fit in. One small complaint - no side whether it's what we ordered, but almost all dishes come with aioli. I don't mind it but not on every dish...

Yelp
Great spanish cuisine, paella negra is very delish. Cochinillo is crunchy to the bite and seasoned just right. Service is attentive. Try the drink in the Moscow mule mug. Very refreshing!! Reservation is highly recommended. Parking is a challenge.

Yelp
Arriving at Las Flores half an hour late for our dinner reservation, we were greeting by the owner (manager?) with a handshake and a smile; he told us not to worry; it was nice to get that kind of sincere and warm greeting. The first thing we looked at was the drink menu; it had quite a number of interesting options. I ended up going with the Italian Margarita, which is made with amaretto and tequila. I know it sounds awful, but it actually tasted great! When it came time to select our food, our waitress came up a little short; she didn't explain the menu well; I don't think she had enough training. Despite that, her suggestions regarding the quantity of food for the two of us were right on the money. When our dinner came, the squid stew was quite tasty, and the fried jamon balls were delicious. We also got the chicken and pork paella, which was outstanding. All told it was an excellent dinner, and the prices were only mildly outrageous; I look forward to returning.

Yelp
We popped by for a drinks and tapas on a Sunday night. They refused us seating in the air-conditioned part, and put us outside, claiming the inside was full. Whatever. We were there for two hours and we didn't see the restaurant interior full. The drinks here are not very strong, but are okay overall. We got patatas bravas, octopus stew, and chorizo. I didn't feel they were very good, neither were they bad. Just average in general. Service was okay.

Yelp
I expected the food to be good because of the reviews, which I realized were 2-3 years ago. Unlike wine, which improves w age, this restaurant must have gone sour. The food was mediocre at best, too oily, salty or bland. The portions were abysmal, therefore overpriced. Furthermore, the SERVICE was terrible! The waiters would just pass you by as you call them and the head waiter is worse because he actually ignores you after looking you in the eye when you call for his attention. I hope the owners do something about this. I went there to host relatives from the states, we were a party of eight and the only good things we had were our conversations. So disappointed.

Yelp
I've always loved Spanish food. Although because I normally associate it with my lolas, I appreciate how Las Flores has really made it modern, and added interesting touches to classic favorites. For example, their black paella comes topped with mayonnaise and dancing dashi flakes, which helps add another dimension of flavor. Their interiors, and all the carefully thought of details are also something to behold. I love that they used old 45 vinyl discs as beverage menus. Speaking of beverages, they didn't hold back on their imaginations on those, either. With inventions like Pineapple Ginger Daiquiri and Wasabi Caipirinha, you can't help but be pleasantly surprised with what comes to the table.

Yelp
Top place for Spanish food and atmosphere. But; there are a lot of choices and the menu gets bigger as time goes on. The wine are paired very well and are Spanish if you like. The bartender is great and makes a great Sangria. You are going to like this place.

Tom W.

Yelp
Great paella and tapas. The paella negra (with cuttlefish) is fantastic with unique flavors, and the parillada de verduras (a big board full of oven-roasted vegetables) is not to be missed. Nice quality red wines are also available. The atmosphere is nice - a funky inside area, and the outside area is spacious and looks out on the De Jesus Oval. Great place for a night out with friends, sharing some common dishes. It's quite pricey, however.

Marimil A.

Yelp
The food was delicious, the acoustics of the place was good, you don't have to shout for your companions to hear, the service staff was attentive. All around good experience!

Amanda M.

Yelp
Great first dinner in Manila. Chorizo and croquettes were tasty. The paella wAs different from what I have had in the past. Glad the team brought me here on my first night.

Yelp
I'm a big fan of this restaurant. They have a really good formula for success. They have a great location - it's in the middle of BGC, but it's still relatively hidden and quiet. They have a great sense of design and the place feels very Spanish but also really modern and exciting. The bar menu also has some really cool and inventive cocktails (though they can be a bit pricy). They also have a roving Gin and tonic bar which is a nice little touch. The food is also really good. They give you all the dishes you want from a Spanish restaurant - good tapas to share, good paella, and great meats. The way to go here is to order a few items on the menu to share. They also have some pretty value-for-money set lunches and they have brunch with unlimited drinks too.

Roger L.

Yelp
The food was pretty good. If you choose to order the paella it will be at least 30 minutes for it to come out. Our experience here would've been much better if the server had not forgotten to put in an order for our paella. The manager came out to speak to us and just said "oh do you still want the paella?" Especially working in the industry I wish they did something to fix the issue. Almost forgot! They were presenting us with the bill and the drinks we ordered which we waited for, for a good 20 minutes have yet to come out.

Yelp
Las Flores is a very sophisticated restaurant. I couldn't think of a word to describe it but that one seemed fitting. It's a place I would go to for a special occasion, for a business lunch or dinner with a client or for a classy drinks and dinner with the girls. Out of all the Spanish restaurants I've been to, this one just feels a little more intimate. I don't even know where to begin on the menu but whenever I'm here, I usually just go for the tapas. I don't really order paellas when I eat out for some reason. I feel it just gets a little too heavy sometimes. What I love the most from their tapas menu are the Angus and Foie Minis, Trio de Chorizos, Gambas Al Aljillo, Pulpo a la Gallega and their home made croquetas. Spanish food made right!

Tara C.

Yelp
One of my favorite Spanish places because of authenticity, you'd often find Spanish folks there as well as the owners. The dishes use olive oil and are distinct in taste, too. Cocktails are pretty yummy. My favorites are the Spanish omelettes and of course gambas.

Mariel F.

Yelp
Spanish cuisine has always been a favorite fixation of mine whenever I've had too much of its distant and often favored cousin, Italian. I usually concentrate on its sizzling, garlicky dishes and indulge myself on their native wine to wash them down. My top restaurant choice for Spanish food and probably the only one I would go to in Manila is Las Flores. This classic, beautifully designed restaurant offers an idealized spin on old-fashioned Spanish food. The chorizo croquettes, Tazmanian smoked salmon and paella negra are all very delicious with a combination of flavors you would find immediately surprising. I always say that the best dish, is the dish that you remember for the rest of your life. And so far, everything that I've had in this restaurant its taste, scent and touch continues to dance with my memory.

Danyella P.

Yelp
Las Flores is one of those restaurants in Manila you must visit at least once. Not only because of the food, but because of the atmosphere. The cuisine is contemporary Spanish mediterranean, like in the other restaurants owned by the same partners (Rambla and La Lola). The interiors - also a signature - are chic and modern. Well, I can say I like everything those guys manage! Since it's a Spanish restaurant, its must-try is the Paella de Marisco. I've been there during lunch time and there was a buffet where you could eat as much as you wanted for a fixed price. I've also tried Ensalada Las Flores, a salad with goat cheese that was very fresh and flavorful! My husband tried the Patatas Bravas and it was also very good. I highly recommend going there if you are looking for a sophisticated yet casual place around the Fort. This "A-OK" is just because I actually prefer Rambla so I couldn't give them the same amount of starts.

Razer X.

Yelp
Visiting Manila for Christmas and this is one of the best local restaurants we've tried. High up there with the best tapas places I've experienced in Barcelona and hometown of LA. Order the angus beef with foie gras, and the paellas (squid ink, seafood and baby pork).

Crissie H.

Yelp
Food was much better than two years ago. Las Flores Salad was excellent! Crisp greens, sweet balsamic vinaigrette, perfectly blended with feta cheese and caramelized apples. Ultra thin homemade potato chips completes the dish with a crunch. Trio of chorizo delivers in distinction in taste and texture. Calamares Fritos-- best in Manila. Delicately thin and crisp batter on soft, just cooked squid rings. You can tell the squid is fresh. Iberico ham and Pan con Tomate were good, but have had much better in Spain, so they didn't cure the craving as much. Chocolate ganache could have been firmer. Rendition of bread crisp was very good. Was looking for a classic: pimientos de padron, but wasn't available:( Drinks were excellent-- Bellini and Gin with basil were total winners! Keep it up Las Flores!

Scott B.

Yelp
Holy guacamole this restaurant is amazing! Immediately cancel everything you're doing this evening and go here. I tried several different tapas on the menu and everything was ravenous.

Anna F.

Yelp
Tapas places are my thing. I traveled all over Spain indulging in tapas restaurants, blissfully enjoying each bite of jamon, manchego cheese, tortilla de patata and chorizo. Just typing this alone makes me salivate as I drool of everything I ate back then. Good thing there isn't a shortage of good Spanish restaurants in Manila. Las Flores is one of those places that instantly come to mind when I am looking for a place to satisfy my Spanish cravings. Great ambiance and atmosphere, awesome service, and very friendly owners who make it a point to mingle and welcome their guests. Their paellas are all very good, and are exceptionally generous on the toppings. A few of their tapas staples to try are their Trio de Chorizos, Croquettas, and their Gambas Al Aljillo are all quite delightful. Tapas, a few bottles of wine, and I am a happy girl.

Julia D.

Yelp
Wonderful ambience, food and service!!!! 10 out 5 Seafood paella is the best!!! Love our time with the family here.

Dane M.

Yelp
What do you get when you have a nice corner in the prestigious area of Pacific Plaza BGC, a LEGIT selection and representation of Spanish cuisine, awesomely crafted cocktails, and Mexican soap-opera star looking owners? Las Flores. With its very upscale clientele, look, and feel, Las Flores is one of those places where you go to impress a date. Order their highlight cocktail, the Moscow Mule (served in a copper cup and is VERY good and refreshing), and you're bound to impress that beautiful lady across you. That is considering she doesn't get her attention stolen by them good-looking, muchos simpaticos, owners.

Pauline Y.

Yelp
I remember trying Las Flores because I kept hearing about it from people and I also found out that it was conceptualized and owned by the same guys behind Barcino. With this in mind, I had sky-high expectations for the place. Unfortunately, my experiences here have been less than impressionable. I mean, they weren't terrible or horrifying, but I feel I could get better bang for my buck elsewhere. The food was so-so. I've tried their different croquettes and paellas and none of these stood out for me. What I CAN guarantee that you'll be happy are their drinks. Warning: malakas yung white sangria nila. In view of this, if you're looking to get buzzed, order this or any of their cocktails because these guys don't scrimp on their booze.
