Nice little gem here in the Mobile area! The food was 4 out of 5, but the atmosphere and service was 5 out of 5 ! Drinks was cold and flowing and the live music was on spot! We will definitely be back!!!

Google
Overall a nice place. Staff are nice. The atmosphere is great. Food is a little off, but not bad. I liked the yucca and plantain chips, but I feel they might have come from a bag. I would go back.

Google
I absolutely LOVED this place! The atmosphere, entry, staff, good, drinks, and music was AMAZING! The good and drinks are so flavorful and the staff is attentive, professional, and kind. We spent more time there than we usually do at a restaurant and we were never rushed. It would be great for them to add one more server/bartender for the 8p+ shift because service declined after the restaurant and bar were full. I will definitely be back. This is my new favorite place!

Google
Gorgeous bar in the old bank vault! Wonderful, friendly service from Marley and the guy on the door, and a super good value happy hour. Made for a great evening all round, would highly recommend!

My group of friends decided to come to this establishment to celebrate one of the girls birthdays. It came at my suggestion as I’ve been to this bar several times and enjoyed it completely. The atmosphere is super cool and the speakeasy concept is one that I think is very unique for Mobile. My friends and I arrived around 10:30 (an hour and a half before they closed which was confirmed by our server) and received great service from our server (who only provided exceptional service and made the birthday girls experience great). Unfortunately, once we had a first round and had been talking amongst our tables, a drink was accidentally spilled. The group attempted to clean the spill as quickly and quietly as possible and had to ask three times for a towel to be brought to our table so we could clean it. Everyone in our group had only had one drink and it was very clearly an accident. We were very apologetic and thankful for the young lady that came to help us. After the spill was cleaned (still 30 minutes before close) the bartender motioned at our table and made an overt gesture to cut us off and no longer serve our table. The entire table was made up of those who work in the service industry and it was very disappointing to see employees of a nice and well respected establish treat us with blatant disrespect. It was very obvious that no one within our group was intoxicated and the result of a simple mistake was the cause of embarrassment for our group in front of the entire establishment from those working. I do not know that I will be returning to this establishment, which is very unfortunate as I have been several times and have recommended it to countless people. There is absolutely no reason guests should be subjected to public embarrassment given that the bartender is no longer interested in serving drinks within operating hours. Very disappointed and I hope staff with consider guest experience in the future as it’s obviously not a priority.

One of our favorite places to eat a nice cuban meal. The Tapas Tres Pillars are delicious. Our go to entree is the Arroz con Pollo. We also love the cuban sandwich. The after dinner coffees are a must have. If you’re a chocolate lover then the Cuban coffee chocolate mousse desert is a great way to end the night.

Google
First visit, stopped in for Happy Hour, sat at bar. Tried bean dip (OK) and Cuban sandwich (pretty good). Had Cuba Libres and wine, which was half off for Wednesday karaoke night. Our server Marlee was great. Fun vibe as speakeasy with converted bank vault. Definitely plan return visit!

Google
Fun place to go hang out and have a drink. This is a Cuban style speakeasy. Have the password and enter. Suggestion is if you want a table on a weekend, make a reservation. Limited seating at the bar and standing room only. Live music was great.

Yelp
This is a great concept: Cuban-inspired speakeasy with craft cocktails and a stage. Went on a karaoke night which isn't for everyone (including me) but I only had one night, so you get what you get. Dress code "strictly enforced" is refreshing. Too many places on the gulf coast are trashy dive bars. Nice to see a place that's holding the line. I will start with Rosie to doorman. What a fun guy and a huge personality. Just love chatting with him. He looks you over to make sure you don't look like a slob. You give him the password, and he opens the hidden door. Inside is nicely decorated with old bank vault doors still in place. Pretty cool. But the TVs on every wall and behind the bar upset the ambiance. Goes quickly from "speakeasy" to "sports bar." Hated that. Service was good and everyone was very friendly. Drinks were fine. Maybe a little on the sweet side. Should have asked more questions and ensured mine was made more dry. Food though.... Not good. I don't have a high standard for Latino food - I generally like it all. But the croquettes were lukewarm and mealy (probably made from frozen?). The plantain chips that came with the black bean dip were strangely small - as in dime-sized which made eating the dip messy. They might have come from a bad but just the crumbs at the bottom of the bag. The ceviche was just OK. So... great concept. Not executed particularly well. Probably better cocktails in downtown Mobile. Food needs a lot of work. Hated the TVs on the walls - ruined the speakeasy feel and took me straight to "sports bar." 2 stars bc there's potential here. Will watch reviews to see if it's improving and worth revisiting.

Yelp
This place treated us very poorly and made fun of us. It has been a while since I felt less than but Las Floridians did. I was not permitted to enter due to my disability. We were asked to leave at the door. I do not know how to respond to this blatant persecution. I wish they just a little more emphatic. Not ADA compliant.
google avatar

Yelp
Las Floriditas is a speakeasy that everyone says has the best piña coladas. You can find the password on their social media pages since it changes everyday, but it's honestly such a fun and cool vibe in Mobile. There's live music sometimes and a great area for just chatting with friends. The piña coladas are also totally worth the hype. The whipped cream isn't my favorite here, but the actual drink is one of the best piña coladas I've had. I only wish that they were open for longer hours some nights so that we could enjoy for longer!

Yelp
Late with this review but a review worth giving. A weekend road trip to see Orchestra Noir, learned of this spot and we definitely had to check it out. This Speakeasy was everything and more. It's located in the BankTrust building, you take the elevator to the lower level and you come out to what appears to be a office setting. You have to have a password to get in. Once you gain access, it's a cool world on the other side. It was really nice inside. We sat at the bar and the service was top tier. Our drinks were great, don't remember the names though. The crab balls(delicious) and the ceviche was pretty good, more onions than I like. It was a really chill vibe. They saxophone player was amazing! I really enjoyed him. The restroom was clean, always a plus plus. I could and would go back if I'm ever in Mobile again. I definitely recommend taking a road trip to Mobile and make this spot a stop on your list while you're there.

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem. I've been in Mobile for 13 years and just learned of this place in 2024. It has nostalgia, ambiance, entertainment and tasty dishes, and cocktails. First of all, you need a password to enter. Where do you get that? Ya gotta be a Facebook friend! Once inside, which is an old bank vault, prepare yourself for an intimate spot. They even do salsa lessons. There is a dress code, too. Dress classy casual or take it to the 9s. This spot is what I have been waiting for and looking for. It's a cool throwback vibe. Good for solo dates, couples, or a girl's night. The menu has a good bit of variety but doesn't overwhelm. There is even Cuban coffee for an after dinner treat if you so desire. There is also live entertainment at 8pm. I can't wait to come back here. If you do decide to come here, and you SHOULD, try to get Ryan as your server. He was the best. Oh, although you don't need reservations, I highly suggest them if you want a table. This place is a special treat.

Yelp
Super fun pre symphony experience tonight from Roosevelt's check in to yummy drinks and tapas. Dress code enforced and service attentive but not stuffy. Fun atmosphere here tonight with Salsa night! Highly recommend this fun venue!

Yelp
Fantastic date night experience! We came tonight for a mid week date night and we absolutely loved everything about it. Service was PHENOMENAL, great happy hour specials and the bean dip was delish. The ambiance was fun yet intimate. The Cubano and the Santiago were both delish, we left stuffed with a big to go box full as well. We will definitely be back

Yelp
Pina colada. If you like Pina colada's then there is one that you should try. One of the things about this cocktail is my wife loves them. We will start out at Dauphins upstairs with my favorite Manhattan during happy hour. Then gather our things and head straight downstairs to the bank vault and finish off the evening with a PINA COLODA. Did I mention that they are my wife's favorite. Lol. Til Next time

Yelp
Interesting concept, hidden speakeasy. Need a password to get in. I got my password from my hotel but I read you can get it through various ways. Warming** Dress code in effect so if you're coming in on vacation, bring nice clothes. No flip flops or tshirts. I started off with the Las Floriditas daiquiri with white rum, key lime juice, maraschino cherry liquor and turbinado sugar. Delicious and refreshing! For appetizer I had the ceviche Havana. Ceviche was cut into medium size pieces, lightly flavored creating a delicate balance which also allowed the flavor of the fish to come thru. Both plantain and yucca chips accompanied. Next I had the Hemingway, mojo pork, mashed yucca, black beans and avocado. Also quite tasty. Large portion. I probably should have saved some for later but it was so good I just kept eating until there was no more. For dessert I tried the papaya daiquiri mille feuille. Papaya cream, whipped cream and lime coulis layered between pastry shells. It was light but messy. I didn't taste the papaya, only the whipped cream dotted with lime. And the pastry shells were hard. No knife handy but even if I had one, the whipped cream would've been squeezed out of the sides as you tried to slice into it, as was happening while using my fork to break pieces off. It was a messy end to what was a delicious meal. Not a bad dessert but wasn't impressive. Points deducted but not a deal breaker. I'll go back again, but next time I'll try a different dessert. Staff was friendly and service was good. I was too early to listen to the bass player that was due at 8pm. The night before there was a Latin dance night. So check the schedule before deciding to come out but definitely add this to your list of places to try.

Yelp
I had this place on my radar when visiting Mobile, Alabama. I've always loved the mystery of speakeasies so this was a must visit for places to see in Mobile. Also, I LOVE Cuban food and a good mojito. So, I made sure to visit. You will need the daily password to access Las Floriditas. I LOVED this! I grabbed it from a place where they suggested to look for it. It wasn't hard to find but I won't say where I found it. Shhhhhh.....! I ate dinner at another restaurant in Mobile so I passed on food here. However, I decided to order a drink. I ordered a mojito which was really good. I was going to order flan but decided to pass. Check out their website for a food option if you're looking for a place to eat dinner. They offer small plates, entrees and dessert options. I like how the menu is simple yet offers variety. The ambiance is wonderful here. It has a nice cozy and historical feel to it. Las Floriditas is located inside of a major building in downtown Mobile. You will need to go through the main lobby and access the elevator. It's not easy to find. As it should be! We're talking speakeasy here. On the night I visited, they had a live band. Music was good and not too loud. Also, whoever decorated this establishment deserves an award. They did a great job! I definitely took the time to walk around and check out various things. I loved the bank vault area. It's an additional dining and seating area. It was great to see patrons sitting inside and enjoying their drinks along with food. Also, they do not have restrooms inside. You will need to exit their establishment and use the public restroom in the hallway area. Don't forget that password when re-entering! I loved how the entrance has the appearance of a mini library and when providing the password, the wall shifts open to reveal the entranceway. They have a bouncer standing nearby as you enter. I wish this place was in the Denver area as I would visit on a regular or frequent basis. Brilliant place! Also, while sitting at the bar area I struck up a conversation with the bartender. He was very friendly and told me about various communities around the Gulf Coast area. He is a local (born and raised) so it was great to get some helpful information from him. I liked that this bartender was personable and not standoffish. If I'm ever in Mobile again, I will make it a point to visit here again. I had a great time here! If you're visiting Mobile, I highly recommend visiting Las Floriditas. Especially if you enjoy Cuban drinks and food! If you're local and haven't been here yet, what are you waiting for?? Hope you have a pleasant evening here! Have fun!

Yelp
I was there Saturday January 11,2025. We had an absolutely wonderful experience. Everyone from the beginning of the experience to the end was exemplary. Professional service, professional interaction with all. They all work hard, work together and make all guests feel welcome. The musician was outstanding. He touched my soul with his playing. How else can you describe it when the music reaches in, grabs you and doesn't let go? It felt like he was "romancing" the music. Thank you to all for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend you go. Done forget to get the password.

Yelp
Read the reviews and post. Made sure to find the password. Didn't pack a collared shirt but went out and bought one just for this establishment. On a scale of 1-10 for Speak Easies I give it a 6/7 and hard to find. Order two different Mojitos (made well), plantain chips (they were chips), the staff was friendly and fun to be around. Highly recommend the atmosphere for drinks and conversation. Great place for a date. Came during the week and wished it was open later.

Yelp
Well, it's open! We made it inside (with the password) to give it a spin, and we loved it! From the live music, vibe, and "Cuban piano bar meets speakeasy" aesthetic to the crafty drinks-- the hubs and I loved our first official visit. While I did get a chance to check out the building process, seeing the finished product was a real treat! We came by for post-dinner cocktails and they didn't disappoint. I had the Las Floriditas and the La Piña de Plata, while the hubs tried a sazerac. We both enjoyed our drinks. We definitely plan to return for dinner after seeing the menu and dessert options. This is the start of something big!

Yelp
Everything was perfect! Food and drinks were delicious, the performer was great, and the atmosphere was so unique

Yelp
Order your drink and wait.... And wait..... and wait...... hold on.... Wait..... now switch get your drink 20 minutes later only to drink as fast as you can to close out and leave!!!! Let the thought of a speakeasy drive you to another place!

Yelp
We've patronized this establishment twice in the last 4 weeks, enjoying ourself tremendously both times! So far we've only eaten 5 items off the menu and tried 4 of the drinks - everything has been tasty and perfectly prepared. The atmosphere is energetic, romantic, yet still relaxing. The bank vault history and remaining remnants, combined with its Cuban flair provides an air of nostalgia. This speakeasy is owned by the same gentleman who owns the magnificent Dauphin's, which is at the top of the tower in the same building. Parking has not been an issue since most of the other area business are closed in the evenings.

Yelp
The Mrs. and I decided to have a spontaneous date night free of kids, and we stumbled upon this amazing GEM!!! We found ourselves on a mini treasure hunt trying locate the place (added to the fun) and then tracking down the password to get in! Once found we were led into a mysterious space that would soon turn into the establishment itself via secret passage. The environment was awesome, low light, great music, and plenty of hustle and bustle. We had to stand for a minute until seating became available, but the staff, the drinks, and the food made the wait all worth it. Corey was our server and this guy was on his game! He made us feel at home, and provided a history lesson, that with the help of the ambiance, we were transported to the prohibition days. The GM & the owner were very welcoming and thanked us for our business. Made the experience that much more memorable. Loved it. The food was so good we failed to capture photos for the entree's. We had the Hemingway Bowl (Fantastic), 1/2 dozen oysters (Super Fresh), and the Shrimp Ceviche (Delicious). Mojitos: La Bodeguita - Perfect

Yelp
I've had this place on my radar for awhile, eager to hear of their opening. We went on their second open day just before 5pm. My husband is Hispanic and didn't know anything about the place so I was able to surprise him. He was amazed and beyond impressed. Let me just start by saying this is exactly what Mobile needed! The hidden location and needing to know the daily password to get in makes it so novel and fun. Inside, the space has a loungy vibe, low lighting (LOVE), and upbeat Latino music. There are sofa areas as well as dining tables. We enjoyed the music but in all honesty it was a just bit loud while conversing and eating, only because many of the speakers are directly over some of the tables. We sampled several of their signature cocktails which were all tasty; refreshingly not overly sweet. We ordered their cheese board which was a great choice for sharing nibbles with our cocktails. The cheeses were delish and the guava bacon jam was the perfect accoutrement. I would have enjoyed crusty baguette toasts or a sexier cracker than plain saltines, and this is my only negative of our experience as a whole. The service was so welcoming, polite, attentive, and knowledgeable of the menu and made great recommendations. For entrees, my hub opted for the picadillo bowl - rice and black beans which is known as congri in Cuba with a helping of savory picadillo and though dish was prepared a little differently than what he is used to, he said it was very good. I had the "barbacoa" sandwich - I'm a Texas transplant and barbacoa to me is slow cooked and shredded beef cheek meat; the Las Floriditas version is a kickass shredded marinated roast pork on a delicious hoagie roll with their mojo sauce for dipping. The mojo is a rock star, so good with the pork and soaked into the bread with each dip. I hurt myself trying to eat the whole sandwich. The owners confirmed that they are working to expand their menu. This isn't just a special occasion place; this is a really neat secluded spot that is unique and fun while moody and relaxing for socializing with your honey or friends any day of the week. When word gets out, this place is really going to take off. I can't say enough for the atmosphere and what a perfect space it is to unwind with an adult beverage with great company sharing wonderful Cuban themes dishes. It's so exciting to have something so different from anything else in town. You want to go here!

Lara L.

Yelp
Today is my first visit to Las Floriditas. Completely beyond words for the ambiance. The staff make you feel like family --- Thank You Ryan!!!!! Mr. Roosevelt Thank You for granting us passage to the most epic dinner and service of my life!!!! The Mojo Pork was life changing!!! Thaaaank You Ryan for the most amazing suggestions!!!!! My new go to quiet secret place!!!! ----

Yelp
Great Birthday Celebration! Great staff, bartender, fast service, and the food was fantastic!

Yelp
First off, cool as hell menu. Specialty cocktails with FRESH ingredients. Live music, friendly staff and great experience. We knew we loved the spot as we are a sucker for a speak easy then it turned a corner when two managers came out of the back and began supporting the team and busting their a$$ to help the team keep up with the increase of drink orders. Leadership starts at the top and the management here reflects that. Highly recommend!
google avatar

JD J.

Yelp
We were very excited we found this speakeasy! Everything was what you look for in a speakeasy -- to the bouncer asking for a password, to the hidden sliding book case door, to the vault seating area. There was live music, but since we were in the vault, we could still enjoy it without having to scream at each other. Their house daiquiri was refreshing, and their Hemingway Bowl was spot-on. Black beans, rice, barbacoa, onions, avocado and lime. A perfect, simple combination that wasn't trying too hard by adding too much. Follow that up with our Tres Leches dessert, and everybody loved their experience. The atmosphere, the food, the service (our waitress, Brittany, was great), and the hidden ambience made this the best visit we could've made in our short time in Mobile!
google avatar

Doug G.

Yelp
Very cool bar! The vibe is very fun and the Speak Easy aspect was unique. The bartenders were very good and the prices were not bad at all. Nice change of pace from the normal bar scene.

Troy J.

Yelp
What a fun place to visit! From the warm greeting at the entry from Rosie, to the awesome service from the servers (specially to Ryan and Aly), and great entertainment on Friday and Saturday (Roland), and finally the great Cuban cuisine, I wouldn't change a thing! I'm especially glad that they take reservations, which is something a lot of establishments are moving away from. But don't take my word for it. Check Las Floriditas out on your next night out. you will not be disappointed!

Yelp
Dress nice and Go! The drinks and food were fabulous! Make sure you have the password to get in.

Yelp
It's a nice quaint speakeasy in downtown Mobile. I'm of Cuban decent so I figured I would feel a little at home. The drinks were good... when we actually got them. The service was sub par for a place like this and it was really a shame. We sat at the bar and it took 20-25 mins after our drinks were done before our bartender would come (not exaggerating). He was just extremely unattentive. My wife and I came to have a good time and drink. The time was fine, unfortunately there wasn't much drinking. ‍‍ EDIT: (Dropped from 2 Stars to 1) The service was so poor that night that after waiting 20+ minutes for the 3rd time we calculated our bill and left $60 cash at the bar and simply walked out (no one was sitting near us so the likelihood of it being taken by someone else is slim). Well it turns out that after checking my back statement, I was charged there as well because I left the tab open. I'm not entirely sure who thought I'd be leaving a $60 tip for two drinks. Very sad, I won't be going there again.

Lauren R.

Yelp
Such a neat place. Hidden in a vault and you'll need a password to get in, but once inside you feel tucked away and transported to another world. Food is good but the curated cocktails are absolutely fabulous. Live sax player was also a nice touch. Service was also excellent. All around just a great experience.
google avatar

Heather C.

Yelp
The bartenders and wait staff were truly a delight. They were all super nice and helpful. I wasn't a huge fan of their signature drinks, but they have plenty of stock to choose from if you already have a classic favorite. The live music was great and the place really has a great vibe. It's definitely a fun venue to checkout for a date night or night out with friend.

Leslie F.

Yelp
I've been dying to go to this place ever since I heard they were going to open a couple months ago, and it did not disappoint! This place is uniquely amazing, the theme of a speakeasy inspired by old Cuba/hemingway is such a fun addition to mobile. The menu is vast, including a twist on traditional Cuban style coffee with and without alcohol. There are entrees, desserts and small bites to order as well, we had the yucca and plantain chips which both come with a delicious dip (of what I'm not sure but if it tastes good I usually don't ask questions!). If you aren't sure which to choose, plantain all the way for a little more flavor. I can't get over the fact that this place has domino tables (the hubs and I LOVE to play) that can be found inside the vault.. so fun! There also was a saxophone player playing a lot of popular tunes, FANTASTIC! If you are going during a peak time, expect there to be a little bit of a wait depending on how busy it is. Don't forget to look up the password!

Johnathan J.

Yelp
For it being my first time at this restaurant I was amazed with with everything. Literally. Experiencing this restaurant is something I will never forget. Food was on point, service was on point, and the ambiance was something i always looked for in a restaurant. My wife and I got appetizer, entree, and dessert. The appetizer was the best thing I've ever had. The entree was incredible and the dessert tasted homemade and the drinks was also A1. I wish I would've gotten the name of the waiter I had because that was the best service I've had. Everything came in a good amount of time and after we ate we didn't feel rushed to leave. The location of the place also is very interesting and different which it is located in a bank. I think it's cool that you have to have a password to get in. I also like the dress code there which makes it feel like an actual date and not have the feeling of eating in a fast food restaurant. This restaurant is by far the best I've been to. I would definitely 12/10 recommend this restaurant.

Yelp
Hello new and different! First how cool that you have to have a password to enter? Upon entering, it's as if you are in a completely different place, the string lights really give it that vibe and with plans to have live music it will really be as if you walked into a Cuban bar. First up drinks, I know the Cuban missle crisis was ordered and drank with no complaints as well as the La Bodeguiya. If not in the mood for alcohol, their mocktails are not to be over looked. The Manolin was excellent and the Prado was no problem to finish either. Ordered off the small plates was the black bean soup, raw oysters and the Spanish tapas. The black bean soup was different and would definitely be ordered again. Raw oysters, were just the right size, not to big not to small. The Spanish tapas, yum! The humus was some of the best I've had, the bacon jam was another excellent addition. My only complaint on the board was, there wasn't enough bread and the cheeses weren't identified. These two things aren't a deal breaker by any means but if sharing, go ahead and request more bread. We didn't order any entrees but did try out a dessert, the coconut tres leches! I'm typically not a coconut fan but the toasted coconut flakes were a nice touch. The cream was good but you did have to dig down a ways to get to the cake, but at least it was a tasty dig! Cant wait to visit again to try out an entree and daiquiri!

Yelp
Thank you, thank you, thank you for opening this place. I really enjoyed the experience. The drinks were excellent , the staff was superb, we enjoyed the music and a dance floor...YES! My only small disappointment was the limited menu but I don't even care. There are plenty of great places to eat downtown. I'll be back with girlfriends.

Hugh B.

Yelp
Outstanding atmosphere, service, food and drinks! The food is authentic Cuban and well done with fresh ingredients. My wife and I have been meaning to go ever since learning of this place and so happy we finally did. Just remember to check their daily FB posts for the code word to get in because the owner really is sitting outside the facade bookshelves hiding the front door.
google avatar

Shervonn R.

Yelp
I love this place. The mystery surrounding your entrance with a secret password that is posted on Facebook at noon daily. With friendly servers and wait staff, and good tasting food. The menu is limited, but it doesn't disappoints. This Cuban Themed spot is Awesome. I saved the best for last- you will encounter Roosevelt at the door and he is Amazing. I will definitely return for my second visit soon.
google avatar

Angie C.

Yelp
This place is a great little secret. Baumhower is a genius. The atmosphere is intimate and clandestine. Chelsea, our hostess, was so friendly. Roosevelt really played the part at the door. Now for the drinks. To Cuba Libre's were prefect once we had them make them with dark rum as they are supposed to be. The food. All I can say is OMG. The ceviche was off the chains and whatever you ordered make sure you get the Mojo sauce. It is orgasmic.
google avatar

Darrell R.

Yelp
Nice environment but over rated if you ask me. Live music was the star of the evening.
google avatar

Paige R.

Yelp
I can't say enough about how awesome this place is. It tucked away and you need a password, if that's not cool enough, the decor and the atmosphere are even better. From the cocktails to the desserts, it's all great. It a perfect date night or an even better girls night location.

Yelp
We took a trip to Mobile, AL and we visited many places but this was hands down the best experience. Let me start off with the fact that you walk through a freaking book case to get in, how cool! Then you walk in and it's a totally different world filled with live music, Cuban attire, and frozen drinks. Be sure to be dressed to impressed when you go, however, as they do have a dress code of slacks and dress shoes for the guys! Highly recommend the Piña-Colada--one of the best I've ever had. Shout out to the coolest bartender, Jared, who made our first experience at a speakeasy fun and relaxing! CHECK THIS PLACE OUT! You will not regret it--best vibes in Mobile

Yelp
We came here the wife and I before our ball. Maybe we're not the young target audience but for us it was confusing to find & get in so we followed some others. Very dark inside but that is the ambiance. Great doorman Roll Tide. Sat At the bar and had two delicious drinks. Wife tried something pink and I tried a mojito. Our bartender Marissa was a delight very hospitable which even when it was crowded and loud. Seems like a new and different sort of place for Mobile.

Yelp
This is a hidden gem. I won't go into the cool entrance and the daily changing password for entry but it's unique and fun. The in side in at the bottom of the old amsouth bank building in downtown Mobile. The inside is decorated like old town Havana. It is patterned loosely after the El Floridita in Havana Cuba. Very cool, great drinks, authentic Cuban food. Everyone loves Cuban food except Cubans since they can't have it. Almost all the food is used for political leaders and tourist. (Keep voting socialist and it will be the same here). There are videos of Havana playing and Cuban music. Great time. Don't miss

Yelp
Service was great. Atmosphere and live bass player were excellent tonight. I heartily recommend the legendario drink. The yucca chips were also good.

Yelp
Just the kind of place Mobile needed! I've been twice so far and the service here is fantastic, everyone is so welcoming. Also love that there is something on the menu for everyone! From apps, drinks, coffee, to dessert. As others have mentioned, the secret entry and daily changing passwords adds a fun flair and I'm excited to show this place to everyone who is visiting town!
