What I liked: The views were as promised, and every room as a lake view. The location, not too centric, near the Cerro Otto Cable Car. Appartments are furnished and have all necessary appliances to cook. Water pressure and temperature is sweet.
What could be improved: Lots of stairs, elevator only reaches half of them, and it was turned off by our check-out so I did some crossfit with the luggage on our departure (even though we clearly stated our check-out hour). When we arrived they didn't tell us the safe box needed a separate key, which you leave a deposit to receive, so once I got to the room I had to climb back up the stairs to get it. They ignored our request for a change of mattress for my son's bed which was rock-hard. Courtains barely block any light so if you want to nap during the day good luck, also lamps at night are super intrusive, we made-do hanging a blanket on top of the actual courtains. They never scheduled the "scheduled" clean up of our stay so one day when we returned to the room our beds were just done, no prior notice whatsoever, poor cleaning staff (which we tipped when we left) had to deal with our mess which we could have tidy-up a little if we knew they were doing our room that day.
I don't think we got high value for our money, specially because we stayed at similarilly priced cabins close to Las Gaviotas which were nicer.
