The rooms are clean and the owners are amazing. The breakfast is great and fresh. The rooms are on the small side, but the owners will allow you to store gear (bags, skis, boots, etc.) in the sitting area near the lobby. Great place to stay for all your adventures in Bariloche!

The hotel felt like if you were staying at someone's house. The rooms were very cozy and nice. We experienced poor tv signal, which was not appreciated by our little ones. The hotel's city view was great. Great location. There were a couple living rooms and there was a game room where you could go and play games. We liked it's close proximity to the city because we went walking to the ice skating rink and to get dinner.

Very friendly family run small hotel. The family were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast good in a light bright room. |Our room was small which was fine though the en suite bathroom was a tight squeeze- we’re not sylph like unfortunately. Still, it didn’t bother us terrifically. Yea

Had a great 3 night stay in Las Marianas run by the talented and creative mother and daughter, Mariana and Mariana. The location was great - away from the hustle and bustle of the centre but just a couple of blocks uphill. Rooms were comfortable although the bathroom was very compact. Loved the breakfasts with everything freshly prepared. Mariana, the daughter speaks excellent English and every morning checked that we and our friends had plans for the day. Really would recommend this charming family hotel.

Stayed here as part of a 14-day tour. We arrived 2 days early so we were here for 4 nights. The bathrooms were very small but the breakfasts were plentiful. They served fresh jams and compotes made from plums from their back yard that were just ripening at the time. Everything was homemade and delicious. The staff were helpful and gave us good suggestions for activities during our 2 days on our own.

Unlike the hotel owners the staff was welcoming and tried to help in everything.
We had reservations for two nights for two rooms and six days later we had to return for another two nights
When we came to pay for the first two nights the hotel owners charged us for the four nights and refused to give us a receipt.
When we returned for the last two nights we turned to her and said that others hotels in Argentina had taken into account the new law enacted in Argentina and took forty percent less in the price. She refused and said that she takes the full price and does not consider the new law. we did not argue.
when we made check out and went to our car she came in front of us and and made obscene gestures to us.
My friend went to her and asked why
In response her husband came out and pushed my friend.
We are traveling all over the world.
It's first time I encountered such behavior.
That's why I don't recommend this hotel

A beautiful hotel with personal service given by staff who really care. A comfortable room, there's also a nice seating area. A delicious breakfast full of home made items. The hotel is a short walk from the town, down quite a steep hill, but the benefit of this is that it's in a safe, quiet residential area.

We only spent one night at Las Marianas, but liked it. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with homemade jams and pastries served on handmade pottery (one of the Marianas is an artist and her work is on display). It was quiet and slightly off the busy downtown area. My only complaint was the tininess of the bathroom. Only one person could fit in there at a time and only if the shower door was closed. Also, for hotels in general in Argentina, could we please have a towel rack?
