Our family really enjoyed staying at Las Palmas. The pool, patio and open living area were lovely, spacious and all with an ocean view! There was lots of room for the 12 of us to enjoy. Hallways and living areas were wide and displayed very nice art work with Mexican pottery and accents.||The bedrooms and bathrooms were fine and decorated nicely. However with two cots in some of the rooms for the kids it was a little cramped. We were under the impression that the cots could be set up in the hallway areas but they were all open to the air so were concerned about insects and rodents. The master bedroom was very nice. The linens and towels were good quality and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was excellent.||Jose at the concierge desk was so friendly and helpful ordering us cabs, making reservations and organizing tours for us. Such a pleasant man! Margarita the housekeeper did a wonderful job of cleaning and keeping our pool towels replaced each day. If the pool was getting a little cloudy the maintenance staff was right there to clear it up. The pool was a hit for us all.||We thought in general the villa was a bit dated and could use a bit of an upgrade. The one sink in the master bathroom did not work and the faucet had fallen off and was never fixed. One of the towel hooks by the pool kept falling off. One of the rungs on the ladder in the boys bunkbeds had fallen off. These kind of things were minor but it was noticeable. We were very busy and just never got around to reporting these things.||Our Chef Dolce Maria was such a lovely lady. The breakfasts and appetizers were very good and she tried very hard to get everything right for us and the kids even though there was a language barrier. The 3 suppers we had were not that great, a little bland and kind of all tasted the same. We had planned to eat out at restaurants as well so it was fine. The kitchen was cleaned up nicely after she left. But in general the kitchen could use an overhaul and some organization. We looked forever for a wine opener. We asked Sebastian but he couldn't find one so we ended up using our own. The outside of the dishwasher which I don't think worked was coated with grime the whole time we were there as well as some of the light switches by the pool.||It was great having the two beaches within walking distance and we really enjoyed them. Keep in mind if you want to go to town or other beaches you will need to get a cab if you don't have a car. A cab cost us on average about 80 pesos one way to various places. ||It was a memorable vacation for us all in Huatulco! The kids loved Lucy the parrot!!

Spent a week at Turtle Bay Villa which was amazing. Situated overlooking the bay and ocean was purely tranquil. 3 of the 4 bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with there own bathroom and shower. Hot water was spiritic and not always available in some rooms. Needs looking at. Only the bedrooms are air conditioned. The cleaner came in daily form 9-5 and made the place immaculate. We opted for not having the chef option. The pool was great. Only 4 loungers available. There is an outside shower which did have hot water. What was disappointing about the Villa was the appliances. Dishwasher not working. Unable to use the oven as knob broken. The 2 fridges were old and did not keep the food cold enough, so we had fresh food go off within 2 days. The outside BBQ was also old and only 1/3 of the burners worked. The Villa is a beautiful place to stay but let down by lack of expense spent on updating appliances. The walk to the beach is for fit and active people. Not suitable for disabled or people with heart conditions. You will need to utilize a car, taxi or mopeds to go any where. The concierge was great in arranging these things, as well as restaurant bookings. The majority of my family said there would stay here again if the appliances had been updated.

Our casita was nice and clean and very authentic Mexican which we liked , however just because it comes with a kitchenette it is in no way set up for cooking . Most of the cutlery was plastic and there were only a few frying pans and one very small pot . No can opener or bottle opener etc. No barbeques. |On the Parrots Pearch casita there is no shade . No umbrellas for the pool loungers . Full Sun all day . |The Front desk is right outside Parrots Pearch Casita and in front of the bathroom window so we could hear their voices very well so we figured if we can hear them then they are going to hear us go for a twinkle . |These negatives to us were not a big deal but considering this stay was not cheap at all we expected a little more luxury . To top it off when we checked out at 10:45 am ( check out was 11 am ) Hozay said to my husband “FINALLY” .. how rude is that ? My husband said what time is check out and he said 11 but we have people waiting to get into their room . I asked what time is check in ? He said 2 pm . |Again this is a nice accomo but for the price the kitchen should be stocked , there should be umbrellas for shade and we shouldn’t have been treated so rudely . We were quiet , kept to ourselves and tipped so no excuses .

Wonderful boutique hotel. This cliffside collection of villas is so quaint, calm and beautiful. Three distinct pools, each vill has at least one balcony and a rooftop sundeck. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Will look to return again in the near future.

LOVED this place! Breathtaking views and the greatest staff. Oscar, Ruby, Andrea, and Thea made sure we had everything we needed and kept the house tidy & clean. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The whole family loved it. It truly felt like a home away from home.

There were 9 of us that rented the Dolphin Cove Villa at Las Palmas in April. We had an amazing time. The Villa was absolutely beautiful with the most amazing views and sunsets. We were able to walk right out of our kitchen, dining room or living room right into the infinity pool. The staff were amazing. Margarita our housekeeper was lovely to talk to daily and did an amazing job keeping the villa clean and tidy. The concierges Oscar,Luis and Talina were so friendly and helpful . They helped us book our amazing boat tour and were so helpful arranging all our daily cab rides into town. They checked in throughout our 10 days there to make sure we were enjoying our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. I would give our stay a 10/10. Would definitely like to stay again and will definitely recommend to others.

I want to thank Oscar and Luis. Oscar ordered us Churros and had the delivered and they were warm when they arrived!! Best service, friendly, helpful and prompt. We stayed in Spanish Bay Casita and it was on the pool level. The view from the roof top was fantastic but I don't recommend going up there before 5 pm as it is hot. Make sure to wear footwear. The location is outside Santa Cruz and you will require a car or take a taxi. Violin Beach is a difficult trek but worth it! Wear good footwear and be prepared to scale down a rock wall and climb back up. We walked to Entrega Beach, about a 10 minute walk. It is hot, so make sure you wear a hat and carry a water bottle. We had the cook prepare supper for us one night and it was good. They prepared too much food, not a complaint. They did our laundry twice, same day service! The staff did a small grocery shop for us prior to arrival which is so convenient.

This was our first trip to Mexico and I am so happy we chose this location. Everything was so beautiful, we were well taken care of and close to town. The beaches in this area are beyond breath taking. The town people were kind and helpful. Thank you for this memory that will last for ever. A must go to☀️
