Great hotel, right in Polanco where it is quiet. Rooms have good size and room for a baby bed. It’s a bit pricey. We loved breakfast, especially with the service from Oscar! He deserves a raise. Mauricio our driver was also great through the Mexican traffic. Would love to come back.

We stayed at Las Suites Campos Eliseos in Mexico City in the Planco area. Wonderful location. Rooms were spacious & clean. Comfortable bed. Balcony with a nice view. The staff was professional, courteous and friendly, especially our consigliere Enrique. Enrique met us first when we arrived at the hotel and offered his assistance immediately and delivered our luggage to our room quickly. Enrique was very friendly and answered all of our questions that were many. He suggested|places of interest to visit and arranged transportation for us.|He was always engaging, fun and interesting to talk with. We believe Enrique to be a great asset to the staff of Las Suites Campos Eliseos.

Las Suites gave me a most beautiful stay! 5 nights! Canadian, i have lived in Cabo San Lucas these past 20 years. I ventured to Polanco, DF for the second time to attend a stunning Ludovico Einaudi concert at the National Auditorium. Safe and in a lovely calle, a simple walking distance from the hotel.. |DANIEL, the concierge was always on point to ensure I was comfortable with ideas for moving around the cit, special sights and my return trip to the airport. ENRIQUE, his counterpart as well was incredibly insightful and kind throughout my stay, both making me feel incredibly comfy maneuvering tge city solo. Tge room was spacious, cheery and most welcoming! This is a gem of accommodation I will return to. Muchisimos gracias as well to the restaurant staff who were so pleasant and remembering I drink decaf! Well run and inviting the front desk staff were friendly and warm!

The hotel's name was difficult to see, if we saw it at all...important to locate by street address. Transportation would arrive unsure if it was the correct place, as we did initially. Private security was ever present. Although we never felt such a level was needed. The reception lobby is small with consiger staff ready to greet and assist. Highest marks for Enrique and Daniel. Very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating meeting every need and request we had. They made a lasting impression ! Hallways, meeting rooms and other amenities easily accessed and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of food across the spectrum. Compliments to the chef! We sought out information on her skillfully presented and flavorful Mexican dishes. Something we really looked forward to each day! The wait staff was very attentive adding to the dining experience. One thing to consider is the hours open. Traveling from different time zones we would find ourselves rushed to make it or complete the meal by 10 am. Room accommodations were spacious and nicely appointed. Comfortable beds. The kitchen had a full refrigerator too. We used the quiet and comfortable business office. A bit confusing was needing two different wifi passes. There and a different one each room. We discovered the roof top pool and loved the views! Seating was somewhat limited. Restricted space around the pool ot was hard for our group of 6 to gather. Improvised we loved it. ||Lastly, the receptionist staff appeared to be new hires/inexperienced. Our room assignments were mixed up upon check in. We surprised a guest already checked into our room! Tired from the long day it took a while to get sorted out and find another room. Unfortunately in another tower far from our companions. Another example of confusion was ordering room service for my wife who was ill. We followed one person's advice only to discover that later credit card charges weren't done correctly or not received. Took time away from recovering from our long travel day. All this is mentioned as an area for improvement. All key for return business. Reception services are first and last people we interact with.||Located in upscale Polanco Las Suites Campos Elíseos is a very good choice as supported by its ratings. It strikes a balance of quality, location and value. Would be pleased to return for a longer stay. Thank you!

The hotel staff especially Enrique, were wonderful -- always willing to help and making sure we were happy. Rooms are a nice size -- some with a balcony which is real plus. An impressive breakfast bufffet is included -- a great way to start the day. The hotel is situated in the desireable Polanco neighborhood - great for walking and going to local outdoor markets. I will definitey stay there again on my next visit to Mexico City.

Overall we had a lovely stay here. First I will list all the positives, and then things to be aware of if choosing to stay here. ||The room was quite spacious and extremely well priced for the space you get. The closet in the en-suite bathroom was a bit awkward but this was not a major issue for us at all. Housekeeping was reliable and the neighborhood was quiet and very safe. It’s a short walk to various interesting places in Polanco. Enrique, one of the concierges was extremely friendly and helpful in booking a tour to the Teotihuacán pyramids and always greeted us with a smile. ||Breakfast was included and the Mexican dishes changed every day. ||The hotel is very clean and well kept. The rooftop pool is small and a bit old but was more than adequate for our children’s needs. ||The service at breakfast did what they could. It was friendly but I think it was understaffed so they seemed to be rushed in trying to clean tables and replace food. ||The neighborhood is quiet, but the hotel is next to a highway which can be loud. As well, the location is not as convenient as other Polanco hotels. This hotel is 18 minutes away from the Auditorio metro station, and the tourist destinations near and around Chapultepec Park are a bit far away. ||Overall, our stay was still quite lovely, the value is good, the room was clean and very spacious and service was friendly. Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel and would stay here again in the future.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel, staff was friendly accommodating and the area was safe and convenient to shops. The buffet was also well stocked with delicious selections.

Personnel at restaurant are excellent, they give you great service. Special mention to Oscar in the restaurant. The guys that welcome you at the hotel are always smiling and greeting you. Overall personnel excellent. They can change the rugs at the room and common areas as they look dated.

Yelp
My girlfriend and I stumbled upon this hotel by accident. It was our last leg of our CDMX trip, and we needed a place to shower, change, and relax before out trek home. I found this place on the booking.com app, and since we both agreed it looked decent, decided to book a night. When we got here, we were unsure of it was the right place. Once inside, we realized just how modern, clean, and nicely done this place is. Check in was seamless, and we proceeded to our room for relaxation. Later on, we checked out the amenities, to include the gym, pool, and the spa. It's great to have these amenities here, it makes the stay that much more enjoyable. There is a restaurant on site, which serves decent food. We had two meals here, and I can say that they were both splendid. The room was spacious. It had a kitchen, a large bathroom, a comfy bed, and plenty of space. This place is ideal for a long term stay, which is great as the girlfriend and I plan to travel to CDMX consistently. This place is located in Polanco, and the crowd here is decent. The surrounding area is nice, and it is a short uber/taxi ride away from Polanco's many great stops. I found my favorite hotel in CDMX now, which is this fine place. If you're looking for a great stay, give this place a try.

Yelp
Las Suites is on the edge of Polanco and barely looks like a hotel from the outside. I was concerned my Uber driver took me to the wrong place at first! Once you go inside, it is very nice. There is a pool, spa, and gym which are great amenities. The rooms are perfect for long-term stays and include refrigerators, freezers, a stove-top, dining table and sofa. I ate at the restaurant a few times and it was delicious! The free breakfast also has a wonderful selection of different foods. After 2 weeks, I was not tired of it. The only cons are that some of it is outdated- the gym equipment, TV, and applicances. Otherwise it was a great stay and in a very convenient location.

Yelp
We loved our stay here- I found the hotel to be very clean with professional service. The free, buffet breakfast was very tasty and a great way to start a day of walking. It is accessible to Polanco and a short walk to Chapultepec park. Was glad to have a refrigerator and mini - kitchen. Will definitely return on our next trip to DF.

Yelp
My husband and I traveled with our adult daughters and son-in-law, staying here for five nights. We were happy with our rooms and services. We were in Rm 402 and could hear the busy highway but it didn't keep us from sleeping, was more like a 'white noise' that we got used to quickly. Breakfast was included in our rate and there was something for everyone, not just continental style--breads and such, there were always two types of eggs, beans, salsas, great fruit selection, etc. This helped us to start our days quickly, not having to search for breakfast cafe. Just a few blocks from the hotel were many nice bars and restaurants. Polanco is a nice neighborhood so we always felt safe walking back to the hotel at night. We were too busy to enjoy the amenities--pool, gym and spa but we will stay here again and try and not have such a busy schedule.

Yelp
Uffff, NOT A/C AT ALL AT ANY OF THEIR ROOMS! . When i got to mine the room on the top floor was really hot and humid... I i asked for a room with AC and they said they didn't had one but they could provide me a fan... they switched me to a lower floor room. still haven't been able to sleep all night because of the heat. The big bed its just two uncomfortable twin beds put together with makes you fall on the middle between the two twin beds all night. Also I asked for ICE at 11 pm to keep my drinks cool since the room was so HOT, and they didn't have ICE in the whole hotel???? Really? 170$ room/ night and you can not provide ice?? Honestly i would stay for a lower price , actually in any hotel at campos eliseos, Hyatt, W or JW rooms were at 149. and they are much better, comfortable, cool, and you can get food and ice at any time.

Yelp
Contemporary hotel, with a beautiful spa, very clean fitness center, and best of all, a very, very, friendly and accommodating staff. I booked through the Hotel Tonight App., and received a great rate. The breakfast focuses on healthy options, and is complimentary. The restaurant ambiance isn't great, but the chef makes a very good Chiliquilles en Chile Verde. As noted in another review, they do not serve alcohol, but a very nice concierge named Erick ran down the street and grabbed 3 beers for me. Fantastic hospitality. I would recommend this place to just about anyone. Maybe not all that kid friendly, but it wouldn't and won't keep me from bringing mine the next time I visit DF.

Yelp
Good burgers in the best spot for people watching! Get a seat up on the high tables along the back wall!

Yelp
Nice contemporary hotel suite that is reasonably priced and in close location to everything. Only problem was with the lack of alcohol in the bar (no license).

Yelp
Nice place, good price. Breakfast ok, house keeping could be better, if you book your room other then though las suites you will get the rooms on the highway side of the building. You will hear traffic at times. Nice location.

Yelp
This place looks much more like an apartment building than an hotel, probably hard to find on one's own. Based upon the i-phone dock having the old 30-pin plug rather than Lightning, I guess the last room rehab was about five years ago. CFL bulbs, too. Lots of space, probably would be welcome for a long stay. In the eco-friendly excess, the room was left at 26C and, even using the credit card gambit to fool the sensor into thinking the room occupied, it was still 23.5C after being on max A/C for five hours. By morning, it had finally achieved the 21C that was its lowest possible setting. The bathroom was nicely appointed, but the rain-style showerhead had roughly 3/4 of its little spouts clogged -- they opened when scratched with a thumbnail, just blocked by accumulation of mineral solids. Other than that, the bathroom showed less wear than the main room. Breakfast was well above expectations, with a range of available options to suit most travellers. Cappuccino was extra, and very strong.
