This is truly a 5 star establishment. Not only are the accommodations more than adequate, the premises is spectacular, and the staff is extraordinarily helpful. An honest review of this establishment wouldn't be complete without mentioning the concierge, Daniel. He was not only extremely pleasant, his effort to accommodate couldn't have been greater! This establishment alone is worth a trip to Mexico City. It is highly recommended that you stay if you find yourself there. Or if you're looking for somewhere to go for a relaxing vacation, that will absolutely be had here as well. Thank you Daniel and the staff for such a wonderful time in Mexico City!!!

Great experience, very nice staff, especially Daniel their concierge, very well informed. Breakfast offered is very complete and fresh daily. Great service, gym , jacuzzi and restaurant, although closes at 11pm. Swimming pool for lap swimming on roof.

Beautiful hotel, located in a safe quiet neighborhood with a great coffee shop just down the street! The employees are excellent. Daniel was so very helpful in setting up transportation for a great day trip to the pyramids. He is your guy for any excursions you may need! Mario is another wonderful staff member we had the pleasure of meeting. The heated pool and spa was such a treat after a long day of sightseeing. We requested a massage and facial treatment during our stay and both were amazing. The spacious 2 bedroom & 2 bath suite was perfect for our family of 4 ! We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Very pleasant hotel with large rooms with balcony. Best airco ever! Very nice staff! Bicycles Ecobici in 240 meter to the left and 250 meters away to the right --- perfect! One bicyle-cstand next to Oxxo ... mini market. There's another mini-mini-market across the street! Nice rooftop terrace with heated swimmingpool. Fitness and Spa. Coffee, tea and apples in the very cozy Lobby. Everything "Free" --- as in free if you stay in the hotel! 😉😃😎🇲🇽

My wife, baby, and I just wrapped up a trip to Mexico City, staying at Las Suites in Polanco. We've previously stayed at the JW Marriott, but we honestly preferred Las Suites much more. The hotel was fantastic, with excellent service and amazing amenities. A huge shoutout to Daniel, the best hotel staff member we've ever encountered. His service was beyond words. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a big smile, took great care of us throughout our stay, and sent us off with a warm farewell. He truly provided 5-star service. Thank you!

Excellent hotel, room was great, staff was very friendly and despite me not knowing spanish, breakfasts were delicous. They had strong dependable wifi. The area seemed safe. Try to stay in tower 1, it is much quieter as it is near the road.

Thanks for the solution. I hope to enjoy my stay at the hotel. However, this shouldn't have happened. The good thing is that it was resolved, which improves the customer experience. // Beware! They post fake prices on their website and don’t honor them. No solution, no accountability. I had to book elsewhere at the last minute. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this hotel.

It seems the owners of the hotel do not care about the people, they just care about how much they will earn. Sauna does not work properly. You wait 20 mins inside and do not even sweat:) I am here for the business and wifi has not worked properly. I used my phone’s internet. I never see the hotel in 2025 without proper internet, I should congrats the owner:) Machines in gym broken. Only good thing is having a good staff. They try to help for everything , and smile everyday. Never ever again for this hotel!
