A charming boutique hotel. We had one of the garden rooms which is a lovely setting. Big and comfortable beds. Ignore the reference to small room-size - the rooms are spacious enough, and while the bathroom is tiny, it's well-appointed and perfectly functional. And the hot shower is awesome!|Lo-Lo, the 45 year old tortoise, is a delightful addition to the garden. She can move fast when she is hungry!|The service and customer care was authentic and 24 hours. They looked after us enthusiastically.|Breakfast on the rooftop terrace gave sweeping views with fresh cooked frittatas and hot cakes.|The location is very central to the historical barrio.

Good value for money, the hotel is in a very convenient location. The room wasn’t the most spacious or sound-isolated but it was ok for a short stay in the city. Would stay there again.

Stumbled across this place while looking for a mid budget hotel to relax for 2 days in Arequipa.||Beautiful property with an immaculate little courtyard/garden area and a rooftop terrace where breakfast is served. |The rooms are well designed and boast divinely comfortable beds that would rival any 4 or 5 * hotel. We had a room facing the courtyard that certainly insulated us from much of the traffic noise outside.|Only complaint is that needs better blinds or curtains for keeping room dark at night/early morning ||We paid less than €50 per night for a double room and breakfast included, excellent value!||Tip: book direct via WhatsApp for better rate

Friendly service, Angela and the team were helpful and kind. Rooms were clean and the location is very central without the noise. Would stay again.

Although rooms seem a little bit old, it's still a great hotel. Clean with nice facilities. The Breakfast could have a little bit more variety but the location on the roof terrace is worth is. We felt very welcomed there, especially because of the friendly staff. Would recommend!

Recommended. Service is good and room is clean. The most impressive is the restaurant. It has a nice view over the city. Location also good, where ever you want to go Plaza de Armas or Mundo Alpaca, it is within walking distance.

Hidden gem with amazing location close to all major sites plus comfortable bed (definitely what we needed after the colca canyon trek). The owners are so nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend it!

I didn’t have any reservation for this hotel. The hotel that I reserved on Booking.com was a disappointed and I didn’t stay. I walked to this hotel after visited 1 other. I ring the doorbell and Nancy ( if I remember correctly her name ) was there. I asked for the best price available. The most important criteria for me is the location versus price . I want to stay somewhere close to the main plaza but I don’t want to pay a lot of money. I asked Nancy to show me some available rooms and I saw three. The best one with a window facing the inside courtyard was not available yet but Nancy gave it to me as soon as it was. This room has a lot of natural lights. Since I was on the bus overnight from Puno, I didn’t sleep much but Nancy let me check in early without charge. While I was waiting for the room I went up to the roof top terrace where the included breakfast is served daily and spoke to the chef. Made to order egg was available and it was fantastic and THE best breakfast that I ever had on this trip. There were different kinds of bed, juice, one kind of fresh fruit, etc. I want to highlight several outstanding things about this hotel. One morning on the recommendation of a receptionist I went for a free walking tour to a city nearby. While I was on the way, the hotel receptionist called my guide twice to make sure I was ok. I was so please with the kind gesture. One morning I had to miss breakfast because I joined a tour that begins at 6:15 am. Without asking about it, the hotel took the initiative to prepare me a bag breakfast with sandwiches, fruit, yogurt and juice. I was surprised to see that. One night I had some leftover . I remember seeing a microwave oven on the terrace. The hotel said that microwave was covered up but offered to heat it up using the staff microwave and even gave me a tray with fork and plate. On the final day I had to take a taxi to the airport. I checked Uber which was MORE expensive than the taxi that the receptionist called. The taxi arrived 10 minutes early. The owner , a couple , I saw them around and were friendly although I didn’t have much interaction with them. I would love to talk to them more with my broken spanish next time. Everyone working there was very kind and helpful. The location , besides the staff , tops it all because it is like 5 or 7 minutes walk from the Cathedral. The roof top terrace to rest even after breakfast hour. The patio was a peaceful location to read. Tea and coffee were always available . The door was locked at all time and guests have to ring a bell so it was very secure. The room was quiet at all time. The shower was wonderful and no water can splashed outside. It had a hair dryer. The WiFi worked great. I guess if there is one tiny blemish is that the room is a bit small. The bed is for 2 persons which takes up maybe 70 o 80 % of the room . There was a small desk and a fridge. I stayed there for 5 nights
