Fantastic hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They really went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. They have a pet tortoise in the courtyard Breakfast on the roof terrace is excellent, great location to start your day. Would 100% return.

Booked through Airbnb for 2 nights and liked it so much we booked an extra night at reception. Fantastic service from Angela and team. Beautiful terrace for sunrise and sunset with excellent views. Good breakfast with variety. Very comfortable rooms and hot showers with great pressure. Would not hesitate to book again. Thank you so much.

5min walking distance from the city center. Clean rooms and a cosy area to hang out with a turtle for company. Very friendly staff and a nice rooftop breakfast spot

A charming boutique hotel. We had one of the garden rooms which is a lovely setting. Big and comfortable beds. Ignore the reference to small room-size - the rooms are spacious enough, and while the bathroom is tiny, it's well-appointed and perfectly functional. And the hot shower is awesome!|Lo-Lo, the 45 year old tortoise, is a delightful addition to the garden. She can move fast when she is hungry!|The service and customer care was authentic and 24 hours. They looked after us enthusiastically.|Breakfast on the rooftop terrace gave sweeping views with fresh cooked frittatas and hot cakes.|The location is very central to the historical barrio.

Stumbled across this place while looking for a mid budget hotel to relax for 2 days in Arequipa.||Beautiful property with an immaculate little courtyard/garden area and a rooftop terrace where breakfast is served. |The rooms are well designed and boast divinely comfortable beds that would rival any 4 or 5 * hotel. We had a room facing the courtyard that certainly insulated us from much of the traffic noise outside.|Only complaint is that needs better blinds or curtains for keeping room dark at night/early morning ||We paid less than €50 per night for a double room and breakfast included, excellent value!||Tip: book direct via WhatsApp for better rate

Although rooms seem a little bit old, it's still a great hotel. Clean with nice facilities. The Breakfast could have a little bit more variety but the location on the roof terrace is worth is. We felt very welcomed there, especially because of the friendly staff. Would recommend!

Recommended. Service is good and room is clean. The most impressive is the restaurant. It has a nice view over the city. Location also good, where ever you want to go Plaza de Armas or Mundo Alpaca, it is within walking distance.

The location of the hotel is amazing, super centric and close to all the restaurants and bars. The stuff working in the reception and the restaurant is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were really nice and comfortable. The best part is the rooftop terrase were the breakfast is served with a view to the city! Definitely recommend
