Las Vegas Meditation

Chose a neutral rating because we were unable to schedule a meditation class using their online schedule tool online because the system says it doesn’t accept scheduling??? Ok, system issue. No big deal. So we checked the open business hours and drove across town to find this is in a residential home. No one answered the phone, no one answered the door. Monday, mid day. No sign that says when they return. No sign that says ‘meditation in progress’. So im not sure if this is a meditation center that was just short staffed today or a home that just has occasional events. But either way, if you are looking for a full service place to connect, grow or learn this may (or may not) be it. Again, no criticism, no negative review. Just feedback.

At first, I was skeptical didn’t think I needed it But with Mia guidance and understanding the method it’s a life changer or a different way of thinking about things I don’t stress on the small or big stuff. I am grateful to have found this method and recommend this meditation to anyone Thanks and Aloha

I started in 2022 and today I am not the same person , i feel so light , I have less thoughts in my mind , I see the difference between being ego mind and knowing what truth is , I had so many bad experience with relationship until now I know that I had a lot of attachements and bad experiences but meditation has made a difference in my life . I’ve been coming to this meditation center for a year. Meditation has changed the way I manage stress, less worried, less anxious. Mia is really nice and helpful she can guide you to learn how to meditate and she is available every day.

This meditation has done wonders for me. I used to have crippling anxiety and depression, but over the course of two years those have worn away to simple shadows of what they were. My outlook on life has improved, I'm making plans for the future, and I've had several "Aha!" moments where I've realized critical truths. Mia is a wonderful teacher and a good friend on top of that. I'm looking forward to continuing my journey of mindfulness!

Wow! Life changing meditation. Anxiety, worries, and stress has faded tremendously in 10 months. Mia is amazing. She is dedicate to your success. She works from 9am-9pm M-Sat and Sunday 9am-4pm. This meditation is definitely life changing.

I'm so thankful that I've found a true place. Mia is absolutely wonderful she teaches and explain in great detail of the levels of meditation. I've tried many things to help with the stresses of my life but nothing sustained. So I decided to give meditation a try and six months in I honestly can say that I have noticed the positive peaceful changes in my life. Even my wife have noticed lol. I am locked in at home and this is the perfect stress relief for everything! CDC recommends meditation so I checked this one out. The physical place is closed for obvious reasons, however they have virtual sessions through Zoom that are awesome. Thank You!

I meditate with Las Vegas meditation remotely at least once a week. I really like the meditation community and the meditation method that's taught at Las Vegas Meditation. The sessions help me stay positive and calm.

For so many years I have try many different ways to feel peaceful have read so many books about it,try different religions and believes but nothing worked. Very thankful I found Las Vegas Meditation they explain the reason why none of that worked for me. And it was simple my mind was full there was no space for peace and that is why discharging meditation is the key to learn how to empty emotional mind and be able to feel and remember my true Origen universe peaceful mind. I have been meditating here for many years and I simply love this meditation center. The center itself is very warm and welcoming and the meditation guides are helpful, caring and compassionate. The method itself was life changing for me. It is so simple and it helped me to let go a lot of negativity that I had been holding onto. I am so much calmer, happier and positive minded. Since doing the Subtraction Meditation Method, my life has began to change slowly. My health issues are starting to resolve themselves, and I am not tormented by endless thinking. It is impossible to have true rest and peace of mind when you have thoughts running wild every second. Also, I learned how to handle stress differently. Stress no longer dominates my life and my families' life. My children tell me often that they see a huge difference in me, that I am a lot calmer and happier. I am learning not to judge things and to go with the flow without resistance. However, the biggest effect that the Meditation has had on me was in understanding I am doing this to truly live, not just to be happy. Before finding out about the Subtraction Method, I practiced Mindfulness Mediation for years. Although it provided me with some insight and sporadic moments of peace, I was still suppressing feelings, emotions, and memories. Now I am becoming free from the burden of carrying these things.
