Las Vegas Window Tinting

I set up an appointment to have my windows at my house installed with the security film. The time away from work any many personal commitments is tough so I really depend on a company to be reliable and show up when they say they will and keep their commitments. Needless to say I have been sitting here for the last 2+ hours and called the business multiple times and have received zero response. I guess they don’t really need the business. As a follow up the appointment was with my Fiance Soraia and the address was on Sharks Bay Ct. I was the person that waited the 2+ hours for nobody to show up. I definitely have the correct company

I had a very good experience with Las Vegas Window Tinting from the beginning to the end. The owner, Randy, took his time and explained all of the products available during the consultation. All questions were answered, which I really appreciated. On install day, they were on time, Worked diligently and completed the job in a timely manner! I had not only window tinting applied to my windows, but I also had a security screen applied, and I am very happy with each job completed. The Prices are Reasonable and the customer service is excellent!

Very good work! Nice lounge/wait area with some complimentary snacks/drinks during your wait. Friendly and helpful staff! I’m really pleased with the tint job on my Subaru and the cleanliness of their work.

Randy and his team at Las Vegas Window tinting are nothing short of amazing. They are the ideal when it comes to professionalism and backing up their work. An example of this, when my new build home had issues that required a door replacement, they were amazing about helping me remove and replace the tint on the door after it was replaced. I will be doing more business with them soon, and would happily recommend them to anyone.

This company is amazing. Randy the owner came to my house and provided me a quote. During that he was honest and professional. The price he gave was less than half of another company which claimed there create there own tint. Randy explained the ins and outs of tint. He shows examples as well. As for the job, the employee were respectful of my home and cleaned up after them self. They even offered to help move items if needed. They were in and out. Overall the job was great the reason I went with LV window tinting was because of Randy and his professionalism. He had a reasonable price as well.

LV Tint were extremely professional and actually cared about providing us the best possible service and what would work for us. Randy was very personable and honest with us making it so easy for us to become the next client for his business. Wanted to like these guys. Had them tint my e36 m3 and the first time it came back with bubbles. I called them up and they were nice enough to fix the issue at no extra cost. I would have been happy, however, it seems to me when installing the strip, one of the techs must have sat on my rear view mirror and broke it, because I got the car back with the mirror broken with no explanation or acknowledging of the issue. I drove it home without realizing and texted them explaining the issue. After a couple of texts I was ghosted. I don't like being difficult but if my stuff comes back broken you won't be seeing my business again.

We were happy today to receive a very reasonable quote for installing the anti breakage film for better house security today. Randy the owner is extremely knowledgeable and very honest while fulfilling our requests. A five star experience absolutely!

Highly recommend LV Window Tinting! I filled out an inquiry form on their website and received a call the next business day. An appointment was immediately scheduled for them to come out and provide a free estimate on tinting windows at my residence. Two large windows were quoted at 5 different panels due to each section. The price was right!! Although the direct sunlight was mainly a bother downstairs, I eventually requested an additional window upstairs so the entire look of the front of the house was consistent. The job itself took about 2 hours with 2 guys. They used my dining area floor to roll out and cut the film. They were complete professionals and cleaned up as they worked. It's been about 2 weeks now since this install. So, the film has cured and I am loving the outcome! The subtle mirror effect of the Optitune 20 tint product provides great UV protection. Yet, enough brightness to not have to turn lights on. I believe UV protection on this film is somewhere around 75%, which is much higher than the non-mirror effect at 18%. Also, some privacy looking into the home is nice. At night, you can still see in with the lights turned on, but the tint provides a slight dim. Would definitely consider using this company again for future tint jobs at home or for our vehicles.

After two months of dealing with local window tinting firms, Las Vegas Window Tinting was the most responsive, professional, and offered the best scheduling. No forms to fill out to "request a quote," waiting for the non-existent return call or the endless run around. Robert Han, and his installers were polite, respectful of property and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Las Vegas Window Tinting! Don't waste your valuable time waiting for a response. They do both home and automobile tinting.

Requested a quote for tint on midsized car and got a response immediately! Their prices are very reasonable compared to other places I requested quotes from. Customer service is amazing. Was able to get an appointment in within reasonable time to get it done and the employees did a good job at explaining what I could get done and for how much. I heard tint can take a while to get done and so I had gone out to pass the time and within the hour I was told it was done. I was skeptical until I waited for the final results and I can say I'm beyond satisfied! I got their ceramic tint and my car has stayed cool so far. They also gave lifetime warranty. If I needed to get tint done again I would definitely come here.

Did not do a quality job with my window tint. I am still waiting another few days to see if the bubbles go down but I doubt it. The tint is just simply not done with enough patience. I unfortunately dont even want to go back to get it fixed because of my biggest qualm... I was told the wait would be 1 hour. Great, easy. 1.5 hours goes by "Hey its almost done for you!" great... well.. 4 WHOLE hours later it was actually done. The scheduling/payment person was not giving me an accurate update on the time it would take and if he would have I would have simply left and came back. Please just let your customers know an honest wait time and improve the install skills.

Owners/Managers Randy and Jake, as well as installers Enrique and Julio all did an outstanding job on my window tinting. Not only dis they install the best quality film, Huper Optic, but they did everything professionally. Admittedly, I had a problem with the film on the master bedroom patio door. They came back out and corrected the problem without hesitation. It looks beautiful now! I have them coming back out to do five more windows.

Did a great job with my truck. Pricing was fair since Vegas tint compared to LA's is really expensive. I'd use them again.

So I have been trying to get information and quotes over the phone, and everyone is only interested in "in person" consultations. Jake J. went above to answer my questions via messenger, and even provided links for my own review/research. He was worried he bombarded me with too much information, but it was exactly what I asked for from him! I'm still in the research phase of my project, but if it works out, I would circle back around to Jake J.

Making the appointment was easy. Their schedule seems to be open if given at least 2 days in advance. I dropped my car off a little after 9am and received a call a little bit after 12pm saying my car was ready. I have been talking with JB over the phone and dealing with him in person. When I picked up the car, he was not there to go over the car. I made the mistake of taking off before inspection. When I got home, I noticed 4 windows were short cut. Meaning the tint did not overlie the whole window therefore the edges were not tinted. The rear passenger window had a huge slice through it. I called JB back to have them replace the 5 windows. I dropped off the car for a second time. Those windows were replaced. For two weeks, I noticed two bubbles in the windshield. I let it slide thinking they will resolve. One of the bubbles was in my sightline. I took a road trip to Phoenix. On the way there and back, and all I focused on was the bubble. I called JB on my way back from Phoenix to make an appointment for replacing the windshield film. I dropped off the car for a third time at 12pm. I left to do errands. Again, my mistake leaving before JB could check out the issue. I get a call saying they could not see the bubbles. I come back around 2pm. This time the Asian male, who is the boss, walks into the car bay with me. I point out the two issues. This time, the bubbles aren't there but are dots. I assume they tried to flatten out the bubbles with their finger nails. I could see a small wrinkle in the film indicating this. The boss and the installer try to convince me that they are rock chips. I used my finger nail and rub over the two issues. I could feel my nail getting caught, indicating the issues lie between the windshield and film. The boss then tries to convince me that they are chips inside the windshield. I told him this is a brand new car, and asked how a chip could happen inside the car. Sounded to me they did not want to honor the warranty. Finally, he was convinced to replace the windshield film. The installer, not the same person who did the original job, tells me today is not a good day to do it because of floating dust. I told him this is my third trip to the shop and I don't have anymore free time. Yes, it is windy but when is it not windy in Las Vegas. I just ask him to do it because I do not want to come back. The only redeeming quality of this business is JB's customer service and wanting to make things right. Unfortunately, he is not the boss. I am tired of getting my time wasted, and suggest that you go elsewhere to not waste yours. I picked up my car after the windshield film was replaced. The spot that was bothersome was gone. But now there is a smudge of adhesive that they did not remove when taking off the old film. I can deal with it since it is at the bottom of the windshield.

So I called around a couple place to get a price quote for tinting my lunchbox (my car). This was the first place that sounded reasonably price so I booked an appointment same day to have all my windows tinted. Las Vegas Window Tinting is a hidden off of Cameron and Russel. They have a main door on the north side where the check in desk is but everything happens in the back by the garage. I walked in a few minutes late but they were still happy to help me. The clerk walked with me out to my car to show me the different option they had, they offer the limo tint for the back and the legal tints for the front as well as a medium if your feeling lucky. He had me look at each on my car to see which one looked better. I decided to go with the medium up front and limo in all the back. We then went inside and he let me know it would be about 2 hours. He offer for me to hang out in back with them or go out and grab food. I decided to just hang out. So after posting a couple reviews and playing some candy crush, an hour and a half had past and my car was ready. Ready early?! I'll take it. I went up to the clerk to pay for the tinting and he went through the procedures and policy with me. They have a no question asked policy were they will replace your tint if it's scratched or damage. I thought that was cool. in the end I payed about $194 for all my windows to be done and they look awesome and my car feels cooler.

Anyone who wants good quality tint(Huper Optik- Nano Ceramic) that is fairly priced then this is the perfect place for you.. They're very professional, and Shane is one of the best, calm and very patient person you'll ever encounter, he would also go out of his way just to make sure you get the best price and service you could possibly have for your car.. Oh btw, shane also does price matching, talk to him and he'll gladly work it out with you..

Las Vegas Window Tinting is in a word... QUALITY.. I called yesterday to set an appointment and due to my curse of wanting instant gratification, I wanted it done the next day, but they were booked. The next day (today) I received a call saying they have an opening and to come on down if I could. A little more than an hour later my car is beautifully tinted all the way around.The fact that they remembered that I was hoping to have my car tinted today and gave me a call was first class service and quite impressive. In addition to the quality tint job, the entire staff is friendly, professional and attentive and the prices were in-line if not better than other tint shops in Vegas. In short, bring your car into Las Vegas Window Tinting and you won't be disappointed!

I used them on my last home 2 years ago for security tint and gave them a call for my new home. Well good luck on ever getting called back within the hour or at all. I finally reached someone after calling three times to make an appointment and someone was supposed to be here at 9am this morning. It's now 9:45 and the guy is a no show. No phone call, nothing. Thank you for wasting my time. I guess spending over 2k for my previous home doesn't even warrant me a courtesy call. Bad business practices and I'm done. Won't recommend them again. I've never had this much trouble giving business to a company before and frankly they're not worth my time that they've already wasted.. I'll be using another company for my home.

My wife and I had been looking for window tint for nearly a year when we found the great folks at Las Vegas Window Tinting. We had gotten several estimates from other companies, but I was really impressed with Randy who came out to give us an estimate and took his time to explain all of our options and the differences in their products. Randy, Jake and their team were complete professionals, working with us on the scheduling, finding the right products and quoting a great price. The install team was tidy and thorough and a real pleasure to work with. I would absolutely use this company again and will be recommending them to my friends and family.

This is a good and honest business. I wanted to tint the front side windows of my new crew cab Silverado to match the factory tint on the rear. Didn't know much about tinting so did some research which said that ceramic is the best quality. When I asked the young man ( a young Asian guy with a great personality) he told me that it wouldn't be worth it unless the rest of the truck was already ceramic. So right there he had a chance to make more money off of me but instead was honest. The shop is clean and well-organized and you can tell they do a lot of work. They have big plotters they use to computer cut the film for your specific application. The small "budget" guys don't, I checked a few. The results of my tinting are fantastic - really sets off my all black Silverado.

I had window tinting install in 2019 by the previous owner. I found where we had bubble's in a bathroom window. The business has been sold to a new owner, Issac. I called and Issac came out and looked at the window and replaced the product. He also went to every window in my house and inspected them. He found 2 of my big slider doors were not installed correctly and replaced those at no cost to me. This company with the new owner is honest and I recommend to anyone. After using this company the second time I was not HAPPY at ALL. One of the tech cut my paint on my new Pro Master Van. I took pictures and showed them where this mistake was made. The problem is how would a cut be so clean from a razor blade in the paint and in the rubber of the window. This was clearly from the tech not taking his time and not caring that he messed up my paint job. So I called 3-4 times and the owner never called me back clearly they don't care. So if you use Las Vegas Window tiny PLEASE check all your windows and paint before you leave.

Had our CRV windows tinted with ceramic and am sure glad we went that route. They were friendly and answered all my questions. The service was as expected. I highly recommend Las Vegas Window Tinting for your tinting needs. However, make sure to wash your car before bringing it in. Very important. Thanks guys!

These guys are awesome! Called today to see if the could tint my windows on my new vehicle I just bought. Kali actually answered the phone. We're as the last 5 companies I called went to an answering machine. Kali said bring your vehicle in around 21:30pm. Fred the tinter went right to work. About an hour later, the tinting was done. I would highly recommend Las Vegas Window Tinting for all your tinting needs.

From the phone call, to the visit to the close of the sale, this place is THE most professional tint shop I've ever used!! They work on appointment only (YAY....someone who values my time as much as I do!) and I was able to get in within 3 days of calling. The young lady on the phone was VERY professional, explained everything clearly and thoroughly....how appointments work, price, tint types they offered, how long it would take, where they're located and at the end of the call asked if I had any other questions). Day of my appointment I showed up about :15 minutes early. Megan checked me in, showed me the window tint options explaining the differences in thorough detail, let me know about how long it would be (no change from what they told me on the phone..YAY) & told me exactly how much it would be. I knew I'd be running late getting back so asked to pre-pay and she was totally agreeable to that. My car was done in less than an hour and they called to let me know. I was stuck at work and missed the call. They followed up in about :30 minutes later with me. I picked up my car (it looks more amazing than I could have imagined!!), Megan explained the warranty paperwork, gave me a receipt & I zipped on home. There are a few chairs to sit in if you want to wait. Most places I've been want to keep the car all day or get backed up after you get there and don't deliver as promised so I never wait. Gotta tell you though, this place is GREAT and had I known they were so FAST and genuinely committed to delivering my car in the timeframe promised, I definitely would have waited. I noticed they have a candy dish (with the good candy!), some magazines & a few coloring books for kids if you want to wait. Will definitely be calling them to do our house next!!

The staff was friendly and the tinting job was well done. No issues with the quality of work or the service. I do, however, have one complaint. I have a large saltwater aquarium. There is also a very large window located above the aquarium that I was having tinted... the team sprayed down the window before laying the tint, without consideration that those chemicals would be falling down directly inside the tank. I was not hovering over them as they worked throughout the home or I would have said something, but I did not realize until it was too late. Even though they've stated that their formula is non-toxic, they should be more careful about this sort of thing.

These great folks offered me a budget friendly solution to full window replacement, easily saving me hundreds of $$. They were pleasant to deal with, showed up at the agreed upon times, and the work was done in a reasonable amount of time, and with no muss or fuss. I would definitely use them again, and would have no hesitation recommending them!

I had a great experience with lv window tinting. Randy, Jake, Fernando, and Fernando Jr were all really helpful and pleasant to work with! I was able to get a proposal and complete installation the next day. The price was wayyyy less than I was expecting to spend! Definitely recommend!

I had my Nissan tinted last week, Ryan did an outstanding job. The back window was previously tinted and he took the extra time to do the job right which is something I always appreciate. Also, there is a lifetime guarantee on the tint, well worth the money. Tell them Judd sent you!

Brandi in the front was supremely friendly, patient, and informative. Overall, the quality of the tint and the price was the best in town (I shopped around and got quotes from numerous places). The tint on the SUV resulted in little to no bubbles. Very satisfied with the customer service and product.

Called this place for a quote to have one of my house windows tinted as I had to have it replaced. $250 minimum. The window ITSELF did not even cost that much to have replaced.

They were very nice initially on the phone, I made an appointment to get an estimate at my house for security window tinting. Now, on my day off...here I sit. Over an hour AFTER my scheduled appointment time. No call to let me know they were running late, or had to reschedule. I tried calling the office, but they are closed, so I guess I'm NOT getting an estimate today. Very unprofessional. Apparently my time is not valuable. I had heard good things about this company, so I had high hopes. I guess I will find another company that wants my business. Update: I received a call with a message that the reason they didn't show up was because they had my phone number wrong in their system. So, you called to confirm the appointment initially, and now you are calling me again. On my phone. To tell me you have my number wrong. On my phone. I understand that things happen, but next time try a sincere apology with no ridiculous excuse, and an offer to make things right. On my phone. Unless you have the wrong number again.

Chris and Shane were very professional and helpful. Chris installed the tint on my car windows very quickly and efficiently. When he was done, the windows looked perfect! Beautiful work! Shane was super helpful in showing me the options for tint and making recommendations. I will definitely return in the future and will recommend these guys to everyone I know.

Great choice of products/ Tinted my RV van windows on short notice. Great installation.

The workers did a good job but one ruined my shades with black chalking and then lifted the shades up and told me not yo lower until window chalk dried. In this way I did not see the damaged shades until after they left. It would have been appropriate for the worker to tell us and make an effort to fix before it dried or try to compensate for two damaged shades

Very Fake and rude people aside from the one installer their named Mike who is professional and did a great job taking care of the bubble in the cars window that the last installer had done. Even though the work was corrected they gave me a hard time getting the car in the shop. All of a sudden they are booked and couldn't do the repairs for over 2 weeks... would not recommend.

Great product offerings, quality workmanship. I just purchased a 2017 VW GTI and made an appointment right away with LVWT for HuperOptik tinting (I had the same performed on previous vehicle earlier in the year so I knew of the service I would receive). The prices are very competitive, customer service is superior, and very friendly staff. My friend was so impressed by my recommendation she asked me to make an appointment for her car tinting while I was still sitting there waiting for my GTI to be completed. We are both EXTREMELY happy with the results. I have a 2014 VW Passat that I bought for my father that I will be bringing in for tinting as well.

Had the guys install security film at my home on the downstairs windows to prevent or slow down a break in. Great product and quick install! They started off with a quick and accurate quote then showed up on the scheduled date with a big team to get my relatively small job done fast. They were in and out quickly and did good work! Great detailed info about the product too. Really one of the cheapest and quickest ways to secure your home. Will use them again when I move to a new home!

Very professional, they got the job done quickly and for a great price. There's plenty of places to go in Vegas and I've been to a few other ones but this place has gained my confidence. Shane was an awesome help and I'm glad I checked help before choosing wich place to get a tint. Btw I took 3 of my kids and they have a habit of complaining, but today I didn't hear a peep. I have a white 2007 bmw 328i and finally decided to get my car tinted after moving to Vegas. I got CXP 18 on all side and rear windows, and it looks amazing. Great customer service; they were finished within two hours. Highly recommend. Wish I had taken before and after pictures!

Great work on all my windows. They came in at 7am and finished at 1pm with all the windows protected by 12mil thick security film. Although, there was some damage when they removed my blinds and put it back. A couple blinds had broken pieces laying around that I did not notice until they were gone. Also, some of the windows have bubbles in them due to debris. But overall great service. Thanks Las Vegas Window Tinting!
