LaSpa Laulasmaa

Spent two days at LaSpa, had a room at the end of the hallway, very nice and quiet with a view to pine trees. Since my stay was not at the weekend, the spa area was not very busy during the day. Room was very clean and no loud airconditioning. Breakfast was nice, with hot and cold options. Good coffee.

An experience to remember! Right from the start, I felt warmly welcomed — the staff were genuinely kind, attentive, and always willing to assist. The room was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, with every little detail taken into account. The overall vibe was serene and inviting, offering the perfect balance between being close to everything and feeling like a hidden escape. I’m already excited to come back. It’s one of those special places that instantly puts you at ease the moment you arrive.

Overall we loved the place.||The Standard room was a bit aged already, but I suppose there is no such issue in the more expensive rooms.||We did not visit the Spa centre, only the water and sauna centre. Saunas are quite nice and modern. The pool area though is a bit aged already and could use some renovations.||However, overall impression was quite alrighjt.

Best hotel for runaway from the city for the weekend. Small spa, but has everything in it. Food is delicious. View from the window is amazing. Rent a SUP and do sunset trip in the sea.

Nice getaway at the seashore. The bed was perfect for sleeping, the food at Liiv was excellent. The only thing that I maybe would wanted to know earlier that the room we were choosing had a balcony where you can see not only beautiful trees and seashore but also there was a really loud fan or something like that. In the evening I would have much rather sit on my balcony in silence and enjoying the sounds of nature.

We were really disappointed with how our first evening at LaSpa turned out. Instead of enjoying a relaxing dinner at one of the spa’s restaurants on a beautiful summer night, we ended up sitting on the beach eating fast food from a random takeaway, simply because there was no availability anywhere on-site.||Thankfully, it was only the first night — our wedding anniversary was the next day, and we managed to celebrate that properly at Wicca. But still, it was not the start we had hoped for.||If the spa is fully booked and the restaurants are also busy with outside guests, it would be helpful to let people know in advance. A quick heads-up at check-in, recommending table reservations and warning about possible long wait times, would make a big difference.||It might also be worth prioritising in-house guests when things get that busy. When you book a multi-day holiday at a seaside spa with three restaurants, you expect to be able to enjoy a proper dinner without stress.||Unfortunately, this experience put a damper on our stay, and it's unlikely we'll return to LaSpa.

Overall, we had a good experience at LaSpa. We booked the beach house, which looked very nice and comfortable. The hotel’s surroundings are beautiful, the spa is relaxing, breakfast was a very pleasant surprise, and it's easy to get there.||||Unfortunately, our stay was affected by an issue during the evening of our only night there. When we returned to our room and went to shower, we noticed the water pressure was extremely low, and the temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold. We assumed it might be a temporary issue and both took our showers like that.||||However, a few hours later, just as we were getting ready to sleep, the water stopped running entirely—no water in the shower, tap, or even the toilet. We went to the reception to ask for help, but the staff member on duty wasn’t particularly helpful or proactive. At first, he said there was no immediate solution and offered us a different room that hadn’t been cleaned.||||Thankfully, a few minutes later, he managed to reassign us to a clean and larger room in the main building, which we appreciated.

Beautiful setting, fresh room, good beds and tasteful interior (beach house). Multiple saunas and wonderful japanese bath in the spa. Restaurants both upstairs ang ground level are splendid. Nice drinks. Relaxing weekend trip for two adults.
