L'Atelier Suffren

I expected everything in this area to be a tourist trap but happily this is not that. The number of locals eating here is a sign of that. The location is great and the food is very good. Among the best Croque Madame’s I’ve had in Paris. You do pay for the quality though so don’t expect it to be cheap. Most places serving good French food in Paris are also not cheap, but it might be more than you are used to paying.

They serve savory breakfast: omelettes, with veggies early in the morning. Which is pretty hard to find in Paris (to eat breakfast that's not croissants or pastries) before 9:30 am. And the personell is extremely friendly and helpful. It is a chill and cool restaurant. It's near important touristic attractions.

It's a very well located spot, close to UNESCO, easy parking place, access by metro, close to other facilities, and banks. This restaurant has also, small vegetables garden and a very nice terrace. They have menus like Burgers+pint at a affordable price, around 10 euros. They also serve fresh fries as snack. They also have happy hour, but I didn't understand the schedule. The price can fluctuate in between 3 or 5 euros for a pint, depends of (...) and you don't know what you are drinking. The last time I drank beer here I got sick, stomachache. Strange Thing!

This place was my saving grace. A lot of food places close early so I’d say don’t wait too late. I had the fish and chips and a fish burger .

Very good prices, good student bar and nice and fast staff. Happy hour recommended as well but still amazing regardless!

Nice food but the price is written nowhere so you basically order blindly (the food on the photo cost 14.50 and 16.50 euros). When I asked to pack the leftovers, the waiter just threw the food and when I asked where is the package, he said "Oh I misunderstood, it is gone". The owner of the place commanded to remake some part for me, but gave me only the chicken but not the beef, which was also thrown away. Well, thanks for the effort but this is an incomplete order your employee threw... Generally people come here to drink only cause during happy hour beer is 3€ and cocktails are 5€ which is good. Probably that's why the food wasn't handled well - cause it is mainly drinking place, not eating place. Additionally, the toilet is wrecked, pretty broken place.

Nice quite great little spot. Very friendly staff.
