My friends and I traveled from NWA for a concert and stopped in before the show. We had researched the menu beforehand, knew what to expect, and were still blown away by the experience. The level of care and attention shone through each offering. Our server, Steven, guided us toward the dishes we were sure to like. The cocktails were unique and refreshing— ‘the tomato tonic’ and ‘money on the dresser’ were my favorites. We loved the presentation of the martini with its basque-inspired garnish and chilled decanter. We worked our way through the small plates until we could eat no more! We did manage to split a goat cheese bocadillo (heavenly!). The ‘nduja toast with the tomatoes, the ibérico ham, the marinated cheese, and the bread with anchovy butter all left us wanting more! From start to finish, it was a meal to remember. Cant wait for a reason to swing back through town!

Layer Bye is such a gem in OKC! It has that cozy speakeasy vibe and is perfect for a date night or small group (it’s a smaller spot, so not ideal for big parties). The sandwiches are incredible and the cocktails are some of the best in town. If you haven’t been yet, it’s definitely time to change that!

Inventive cocktails served by talented bartenders. Very classy and compact setting reminds me of NYC. The best sardines I’ve had stateside.

We love this place! Not only are their cocktails amazing and unique, the food is exceptional. The only place in town we can get true Iberian peninsula inspired fare. Our favorites are the anchovy butter & toast, the plate of ham (yes, a plate of ham!) served with kettle chips, any of the conservas, and their Parisian pressed sandwich. But any of their pressed sandies are impeccable! Also, I am not a martini person but they may have converted me with their 50/50 martini. The place is small and they don’t take reservations, but it makes for a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. The staff is amazing and friendly. We are definitely becoming regulars!

This is a very small and cozy Midtown restaurant/bar with a speakeasy vibe. It doesn’t take reservations, so plan on calling ahead and get on the top of the waitlist. It is busy without being frantic. Staff was generous and attentive. As to the food and drink, this new combines a wide array of traditional cocktails with many interesting house-crafted originals. Great n/a list— I had a n/a bitter raspberry apertivo- outstanding. Food is an eclectic lineup of small plates— think tapas bar. We enjoyed the tomato bread, deviled eggs and ‘nduja & goat cheese bread. And… Prices are reasonable!

Looking for a unique experience in OKC? This is it! A beautiful list of thoughtfully crafted cocktails and tapas to pair. This will surely be my new favorite neighborhood bar! I had 3 different cocktails, all of them were delicious and special in their own way. Cheers to Later Bye!

Google
One of the best new spots in OKC! The food, the drinks, the atmosphere! Come in for a small bite, stay for the personalized cocktails and friendly service. This is a small, cozy location meant to be intimate, where everyone has a seat so they can enjoy the food and drinks while conversing comfortably (and not be in the way of others). this is not a club or a lounge.. so plan accordingly. We will be back soon! Thank you for the wonderful experiences!

Google
Intimate spot with incredible mixology menu. They have a group of drinks that are "ways to say bye," and I recommend the 'no, you hang up,' however, the daiquiri was also insanely delicious (I dislike bananas and rum - this drink has both and I will order it again.) The food has zero business being this delicious. The burrata, the goat cheese, and the hummus were astounding. The burrata *will* have you audibly enjoying it. The service is also top tier - helpful and friendly staff who make great recommendations and are accommodating. You will be back over and over.

Yelp
Tasty Tapas! Excellent bar! Service good. Limited seating!! In a nice atmosphere. Waitlist for availability.

Yelp
Mac was not only phenomenal as a bartender, but I saw her rip a sick AF kickflip after her shift

Yelp
Later Bye quickly became a cozy staple of our midtown neighborhood! The food and cocktails are unique and delicious! Nothing but the best from this amazing team!

Yelp
Amazing atmosphere and great drinks! I was a little bit confused because we couldn't find where Later Bye was located. Once we did, we were pleasantly surprised by the intimate space they have. We were instantly greeted by our server. Their $3 champagne deal is a great idea to sip over while you look at their menu. I got the low hanging fruit. All their cocktails looked amazing. I like their how unique their cocktails are. Can't wait to come back!

Yelp
Me and group of 10 people total stopped for drinks yesterday at later bye occupying two tables. We had a few people come and go and once we were at 7 people in the group they asked us to consolidate to one table, we told them we still had people joining and they told us they could not hold the other table. Had they not asked us to consolidate in the first place we would have easily occupied both spaces. We had people visiting from out of town and it was just really poor experience. I understand the bar is small to begin with which is why we had gotten there early and paid on one check to make the bill easy.

Yelp
Wonderful little place. Unique, fresh, and yummy! Servers were friendly and the vibe was chill. The cheese with rosemary was to die for. Perfect place to grab a drink and a snack with your bestie. I'll be back!

Yelp
This is a very small and quaint spot to grab small bites and creative drinks . I got the clide old fashioned. It has a mix of blended scotch which normally im not a fan but it's not bad . I didnt eat here but the small bites traveling by me were looking delightful. Layed back atmosphere w a jazz vibe .

Yelp
Fun vibe, great drinks and menu! I loved their take on a French 75 and the Spanish snack was a perfect appetizer to share over a couple of cocktails. Can't wait to come back and try more

Yelp
Imagine your favorite bar opens a curated more intimate sister bar - that's exactly what Later Bye is. Their Caesar salad & deviled eggs just may be one of my favorite dishes in OKC. Why? Because they do it right - I want anchovies on my Caesar, I want peppers on my deviled eggs Not to mention, they have the BEST mocktails in the city. Try the Sanbitter, you won't be disappointed (or missing the alcohol content - it's that good!) all of the staff is super friendly and makes great recommendations!

Yelp
New cocktail bar in the same building as Harvey's Kitchen. We love Palo Santo and so we were excited that they opened a 2nd bar. The menu features creative cocktails along with Spanish-style tapas. The space is limited but with its dim lighting and intimate vibe, this is a great place to start or end a night.    Since we came here after dinner, we only ordered drinks. I have to say the drinks that we ordered were crafted with care and so unique in taste. But the prices are still reasonable. Will probably update my review after we try the food.

Yelp
Ritzy drink selection, small plates, big sandwiches. Small place, wouldn't take reservations. If you have more than 4 people may not even have a chance at getting a table.

Yelp
For a shotgun style bar/tapas establishment in OKC (still increasingly in excellence and competitiveness in its food/cocktail scene!) this place is definitely worth a visit or five. Make it your regular. Excellent bartenders like Jack quickly whip up craft cocktails and great conversation, create a relaxed vibe, and deliver superb small bites with style and flavor. Hidden on the side street of a former auto hub building on NW 13th, you could pass it by without noticing - but you shouldn't. Thanks, Jack! I'll be back.

Yelp
Absolutely loved the French 75! It was unique and delicious. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
They have ~50 seats, and for a reason. Thursday evening was a great time! It's intimate, personal and purposeful. The ambiance is elevated and comfortable - I personally had 4 servers help me during my short visit... wow. The food and drinks were served quickly. The food was fresh, different and overall... excellent. It's special when you can make a ham sandwich where the bread is perfectly crispy but doesn't cut your mouth, and that's warm without being greasy, with the flavor to match! Compliments to the timing of the preparation! Make sure to match bite to bite the parisien sandwich to the side of piparra peppers that comes with it! Drinks were spot on - very creative and mixed perfectly.

Yelp
There are few businesses in OKC that I believe would hold their own by a first-tier city's standards. Later Bye is one of them. The owners and bartenders truly know what they're doing. The interior design is on point. Wood paneling and red walls make it feel warm yet modern. The food menu is thoughtful, hitting the full spectrum of salt snacks you want while sipping and yapping. Every item I've tried has been incredibly well executed AND well priced. And don't even get me started on the drinks! Aperitivos? Check. Natural wines? Check. Anchovy olive skewer for my dirty martini? Next question. I love this place.

Yelp
Whether you're stopping by for a quick drink or staying longer, the setting seems ideal for intimate conversations and laid-back evenings.

Yelp
Great sandwiches. It was super busy when we went back in December so get ready to wait for a table or get there early.

Yelp
Much needed high end cocktail bar near Mesta Park/Heritage Hills. This place is going to be a neighborhood staple for a long time.

Bequer G.

Yelp
It's a very smooth place! Very personal feel, a chill vibe/perfect for a date. Small and personal, the staff was very kind and welcoming. The drinks were good and different. The cocktail's names are fun and have a nice twist to your favorite originals.

Jennifer S.

Yelp
Popped in here for a light dinner and cocktail and Wow! The food was amazing! Started with the deviled eggs - is it possible to be blown away by such a simple, traditional dish? Yes!! I could have eaten a dozen of them! Next the Burrata Bocadillo - again, yum! The flavors were surprisingly complex for such a simple sandwich and the Zucchini Noodles were a lovely side to complement the sandwich. They were cool, crisp and refreshing - like spring on your plate. Cannot wait to go back and try more! This will be added as a regular stop.

Yelp
An incredible contain bar. You might think the bar food was an afterthought but it's equally stellar! What an incredible find!

Yelp
Great hospitality, drinks and food. Perfect for a late night dinner or snack with perfectly done cocktails. It's beautiful and cozy inside and will definitely be on my rotation of late night spots.
