I travel extensively all over and this one of my favorite hotel properties. Recently wrapped up a second visit (the first being in 2021) and it was just as good as I remembered it. We stayed here 2 nights to deal with jet-lag before heading into the bush for safari, and I can’t think of a better property to do that at than Latitude 15. Some of the highlights: gorgeous property adorned with amazing art throughout. You could literally walk around the whole property treating it like an art museum. Additionally, the restaurant food is fantastic. This is one of the rare hotel restaurants where due to the variety and quality of the food, I feel comfortable staying here to eat for every meal. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Everyone tries and makes an effort to ensure you’re well taken care of. They have a great gym with everything you need to have a decent vacation workout and a very nice, deep pool. This property definitely figures in my decision to return to Zambia again and again.

What an amazing stay! Such a beautiful boutique hotel, excellent service - all of the staff are so lovely and friendly and helpful. The food is very fresh and tasty and the rooms are wonderful! We loved all of the local artists and artwork! I would definitely recommend to anyone and I hope to come back again soon. Thank you. We are from Perth, Western Australia.

An excellent choice in Lusaka, about 30-40 minutes from the airport, a drive which gives a view through the city in its variety. The hotel is like an art gallery inside - so tastefully done. I can't think of another hotel I've ever been to with such attention to the variety and quality of local art. Truly lovely. The rooms are beautiful though the beds are quite hard. Also, the live music was very loud, making it hard to sleep. The food is great - I can recommend staying in food meals. The service, though friendly, is very slow. For example, we waited at our table for 45 minutes for our food after we ordered, though the restaurant did not seem busy. Overall, I can recommend it, despite these notes.

Good location on a quiet block. The property is beautiful and the decor and art make it special. The food is good, don't forget to hit the back dining area near the pool. I was disappointed with the cocktail I chose and decided to switch to wine. They have live music on Fridays.

Whatever I am going to share below is called truth telling with love. Below feedback builds on my months of observation and experience at Latitude. ||This time, I would like to focus on the gym. This is my happy place, but it also brings too much drama. If the gym manager is around, then things go well, but if she is not at the hotel, then 🫣🫣🫣 you need to chase people to find workable spaying bottles to clean gym equipment. Towels might not be there (no, not a single one) either, not even in the shower. So, I learned how to check the towels first. Hot water in the shower was another drama (however, after multiple cold showers and complaints, they finally fixed it, hope for long). Floors are often dirty with visible footsteps 👣 so, you literally breathe in someone's dirt while on a matt. If you are lucky, you might have healthy, diffused water with slices of fresh fruit. It was a nice idea to have this in the gym. However, when there is a yoga class or aerobics etc, gym guests become secondary, and this diffused water disappears from the gym and goes to yoga class. Chinese shop at the Eastpark mall sells those dispensers for around 800 kwacha, I trust you can afford two so that yoga and the gym have their own. ||Latitude is business, and for sure, it is income oriented. But, when gym space is small and you bring in way too many guests (to have more membership fees as an income), we literally have no space to breathe, let alone work out properly. No, I don't appreciate a feeling of being squeezed in a can of sardines. ||The worst part of all this is that I always flag those issues with the gym manager, and she always tries to fix them, but her voice does not seem be well heard or even listened to by the leadership above. ||This keeps vibe off ... unfortunately 😔|

rooms are nice and spacious; very good large firm bed. But bathroom design needs improvement especially re shower and towel racks.

Ordered food and waited over an hour for it to be served. Food (platter) was really cold, pizza was extremely dry(practically cardboard) and the ribs were undercooked. We sent the food back to be warmed up and when it came back from being heated up part of the platter was missing and was never brought back and ribs were not any better. The waiter would disappear for long periods and we’d have to ask other servers to help locate him. Overall terrible experience.

My daughter and I visited Latitude 15 Degrees on Valentine's Day, our last night before we headed back home. We had the delux pool side suite, which was one floor up overlooking the pool. Room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony to enjoy the view of the pool and gardens. We had dinner and drinks at "The Other Side" where they had a band playing and an engaging and entertaining singer. This was fun, although service was disappointingly slow. The next morning we enjoyed the buffet breakfast, especially the made to order omelettes. Great spread. Overall, we enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere and the general good vibes of the place. Will definitely be back!
