Latitude 15 Degrees, Lusaka: The Ultimate Long-Stay Oasis Having had the opportunity to stay at Latitude 15 Degrees for over 45 days, I can confidently say this is one of the best hotels for both short and extended trips to Lusaka. The facility seamlessly blends comfort, style, and world-class service into a peaceful retreat. The rooms and facilities are truly superb. I loved the authentic decor and concept, which gives the entire property a distinct, boutique feel. The attention to detail in the design is exceptional. Where Latitude 15 truly shines is its staff and service. The service is top-notch, and all the staff members are super friendly and genuinely helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere that is consistent throughout your stay. The dining experience is enjoyable, with nice food and a reliable breakfast. While the menu variety naturally becomes limited after a month of daily dining, the quality remains high. For entertainment, the hotel features live singers or performances on weekends, adding a vibrant energy. Be sure to book a table well in advance, as these events draw a crowd and the restaurant gets super busy. Finally, for practical peace of mind in Lusaka, the hotel is a winner. Despite the frequent power outages common in the city, the hotel is equipped with generators, ensuring your stay is peaceful and quiet, and you won't be impacted by any power interruptions. Verdict: Latitude 15 Degrees is a superior choice for accommodation in Lusaka. It is a peaceful, well-run, and stylish hotel that provides a genuine sanctuary, backed by excellent staff and essential amenities like reliable power. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place aesthetically. Visited Friday 2nd January, evening. Once past reception...Hospitality staff non existent. **Service abysmal** Mediocre staff when eventually have the privilege of service and even then took an unnecessary amount of time if not at all. Upon making payment waiter actually very rude. Quite frankly, now having read other reviews mentioning the same or similar issues(for years), disappointing would be an understatement. 😒

We had just an overnight stay here. This is a modern, upmarket, well appointed hotel. We had a very comfortable stay here. Very much enjoyed lunch on arrival, drinks at the bar and dinner and then breakfast to go the next day. Our room was comfortable, large, clean. Service from all areas, excellent.

Second visit and the service was still the same, horrible. The waiters priotize persons of a certain "race", easily get distracted, I literally asked for a menu more than 2 twice and the waiter was serving other people that came in, I had to order a drink from the bar. The food was carried in the waiters hands, no courtesy, I asked for sauce which equally was carried in his hands, kindly hire new staff or train your staff HOSPITALITY! I could write a whole book about how disappointed I am, but all in all horrible custom service.

The location is excellent, the additional services are very good, and the interior design is stylish and impressive. It is also convenient that you can eat or relax either before or after visiting the spa. However, I booked a manicure and pedicure for two, and the difference between the services we received was, to say the least, surprising. Our appointment was scheduled for 3.00 pm. I am unsure why this time was offered/agreed to when the staff appear to finish at 5.00 pm—at least, that was certainly the impression I was given. Perhaps I should have clarified this beforehand, but I felt that the final stages of my manicure and pedicure were noticeably rushed. I chose not to raise the issue at the time, as my intention was simply to enjoy a pleasant day out with my sister-in-law. The reason I believe my treatment was rushed is as follows: 1. The therapist attending to me seemed to be in a hurry. While the overall treatment was satisfactory in terms of the foot massage, cleaning, scrub and moisturising, the pace felt hurried. 2. I did not receive the nail colour I requested. I was given one coat of the colour I asked for and then a similar shade, as I was told the original colour was running out. I believe I should have been consulted before this change was made. 3. No top coat was applied to either my hands or feet, and my cuticles were not attended to. 4. I was given disposable slippers while the polish was still far from dry, which resulted in smudging around my toes. The retouching was then done quickly and without much care. Considering the price paid, the final result was disappointing. I also felt that we were being rushed out of the spa at the end, seemingly because it was 5.00 pm. If you do visit, I would recommend avoiding a 3.00 pm booking and ensuring that you are assigned a therapist who will take the time to complete your treatment properly.

Dead on arrival. Especially past 8pm. The other restaurants MENUE is bad and there's no energy around the place and it's depressing from the vibes. I'd say you add some good up lift music and songs, revamp the lighting and check your timings

Elegant and simple environment the food is excellent. Location is great and safe too
