Casual and fun.

When I went to Paris
L’Attache

This was the highlight of my five day trip to Paris. The cooking was playful and surprising and went perfectly with the expertly chosen natural wine. Sometimes I still think about the quail with dried shrimp - genius. I recommend L’Attache for anyone looking to have a relaxed evening spent amongst kind and unapologetically genuine people! No need to make plans after, let the wine pour and stay for the good times.

A Great Small Restaurant This small restaurant is only small in size, for it has about 16 seats at tables and another 8/10 at the counter where you can see the magic the chef is concocting. It is seasonal and simple yet full of flavours and awesomeness. On top of that the owner is quite a character, he'll take you on a wine discovery and also will tell you awesome places where you can go if you wish to discover stuff only locals know.

The best dinner I’ve had in Paris , every single dish was perfect same as service . Would sit at that bar top for hours . Just incredible , would’ve scored more if I could

Came here by chance, because our Airbnb was located right above it. Didn’t expect a ton, but this was undoubtedly the best dinner we had in Paris. The foie gras and the lamb were especially exceptional, and the bottle of natural wine was perfect compliment. We had 2 appetizers, 2 mains, and 2 desserts. Sit at the bar so you can watch the chef cook the food live while you’re eating your dish!!

I love this Little Restaurant. We Head very good „michelin stared” food and incredible food natural wines. The owner Mathieu is a perfect host and gives you interesting and new inspirations for wine pairings. A must go place in paris. Ah yes - you will meet a lot of cool guest there!

Aside from the chef and the food—which were both well-prepared and fairly priced for their quality—we were very disappointed with the wine pricing. The wine list only included bottles priced above €100, which felt excessive. We ended up paying over €200 for one bottle of natural champagne and one bottle of natural white wine. Unfortunately, neither lived up to the quality or taste expected at that price point. We don’t mind paying a premium when the product justifies the cost, but in this case, we felt the pricing was unjustified and left us feeling taken advantage of.

Incredible food and a really lovely atmosphere, so glad we stopped here! The waiter was so friendly and informed us all about each dish.

L’attache is a must if you are going to Paris and looking for an incredible culinary experience. Matthieu, the owner of the restaurant/wine bar, is an excellent host with great taste in food and wine. Start with a bottle of wine from his carefully curated selection he keeps in the back of the restaurant in his refrigerated cabinet. My favorite bottle we drank was a Jura red blend called Cul du Brey. He will then walk you down the menu of all the delicious dishes that deviate from any typical cuisine you’ve seen on a menu before. We were a party of 4, I suggest trying one of each item and doubling up on the smaller dishes like the egg so everyone can try some. Shun, the chef, combines a complex blend of delicate and acidic flavors to make a bold yet sophisticated flavor profile in most dishes. The risk and experimental nature of these dishes make the ones that work really an unbelievable taste and sensation. Highly recommend the Mackerel with the pickled ginger, sobacha, lemon-shallot condiment, and carrot puree. Be ready to drink good wine, eat good food, spend some money and have an unforgettable meal. Santé!
