"A beloved historic dairy operating since 1918 on Via San Tommaso, this spot is described as the city's "sisters' dairy" where "this delight is prepared here, and it is a must: whipped cream as soft as a cloud, churned before your eyes and to be taken by the spoonful while walking through the streets of the center," De Bonis says; customers can also buy cheese, charcuterie, chocolate, truffles, and other gourmet items to take home." - Laura Itzkowitz Laura Itzkowitz Laura Itzkowitz is a writer and editor based in Rome. An amazing degustation here from the owner Chiara ! I was given local Piedmont cheeses and salami, prosciutto crudo, crackers, a wine to wash it down and to finish a very tasty whipped cream … a shop delicacy and beautifully made! When in Torino a visit here to Latteria Beta is a must do!! A lovely family run business serving the very best of Piedmont and Italy 🇮🇹 Grazie Mille XX

Excellent Zabaglione hot drink with the best whipped cream on earth! I never it until I got to Turin. Thankfully my friend Marco told me about it. The owner running it is third generation. Check out the pictures inside of her and her grandmother and great aunt… FANTASTICO! 🥰

An historic and old boutique for Piemontese products such as cheese, cold custs, grisinis, e.g! You find local and fresh products ! The personal are so sympathetic and could help to choose what you like ! Highly recommended

Amazing shop for antipasto and gifts, as well as being one of the oldest stores of its kind in Italy :-) The kind owners/staff packed me a selection of cheeses and meats for a picnic and were so thoughtful to label each and provided me with breadsticks to accompany the selections. It was a wonderful experience for me, and everything was delicious!!

Their cheeses are top tier quality, I have been for the first time with a friend and went again to pack cheeses as gifts. The lovely lady working their, the daughter, speaks good English and is very kind and respectful. Definitely a must if you are looking for a variety of authentic cheeses 🧀

We went there to try the “panna”. It is simple and delicious, worth trying once.

Fantastic cheese shop in Torino. We did a tasting here and had a great time. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable, and the staff is exceptionally helpful. The cheese selection is extensive. We tried a variety of cheese and spreads before buying a whole bag full of things to bring home. An excellent experience - the highlight of our visit to Torino.
