Sensational views over Riga from an architecturally impressive building. The platform features short, interesting descriptions of various sights in several languages. The entrance fee of €8 is rather high, but we found it reasonable. Cash payment is recommended; card payments incur a surcharge. Unfortunately, apart from the lobby and the stairwell, you can't see anything inside the building.

A wonderful place with beautiful architecture; the building is also known as the “Stalin’s Cake.” Highly recommended. From the 65‑meter viewpoint, the view stretches for about 30 km and it is truly stunning. The entrance ticket costs only €8 and it is definitely worth visiting.

The man on reception did not look up from his mobile phone when we arrived, very abrupt attitude towards us. We paid the entry fee of €8. The view at the top was good and the man was still sat glued to his mobile when we came back down. He must have a very boring job.

The view at night is quite nice, but I don't think it's worth 8 euros. It's hard to read the descriptions on the tower, minimal lighting would be needed in the dark. The advantage is that the opening hours are long - when none of the other attractions are open, you can visit this one.

i recommend the view and the post soviet climate knside the building. seems like comrade Joe did not throw a penny like in warsaw

For birds eye view great location . There is a Kisok on right side go till 15 but lift , 2 floor of stairs then enjoy

Nice panoramic views of the city. A bit pricey, though, 8 euros per person and you still have some unwell lit stairs to climb (not wheelchair friendly). Inside, it smells very badly, of sewers…

At the entrance buy a ticket at the window, 8 euros per person. Then take the RIGHT lift to the 15th floor. Walk the stairs up and you are there. Really good view of the city, I definitely recommend to visit.
