Laundry on Long

The first time I came it was good but this time the machine ate my money and 'there are no refunds' and then after discussing that and deciding to just pay again I was told there is not enough time to do a load. Disappointed

Went there after my own machine broke down. Very helpful, friendly staff. They have a supply of coins and washing powder for sale if you did not pack yours. Machines are surprisingly quiet. Was in and out in less than an hour.

First ever laundry experience and these guys lived up to my expectations. Dropped a load off in the morning and was washed, dried and ironed by the afternoon. This on a Sunday too. Amazing service, will definitely be using your services again.

I am so disaapointed in the service I received at my last visit at this establishment. 1. I came to collect my laundry and my clothes were mixed with another man's items and baby clothes. 2. A few hours after leaving, they called me to come back and collect more of my items because several of my clothes were put into another client's package. I accepted their apology and drove all the way from Sandton again to come collect the remainder of my clothes. 3. When I get back to Sandton, I noticed some humidity on the plastic in the clothes that were in the hanger. When I touched the clothes, they were wet! Not damp, not slightly wet, they were absolutely wet and what broke my heart is that they put all the wet clothes in the middle of the bunch, almost as if they wanted to hide it and it would not be obvious upon collection. And the WET black pants were placed ontop of my white shirts that I wear to the office. 4. My belt that was custom for one of my suits was not on my pants. I sent a wattsapp text to the number on their Instagram page and I was basically told that they are now closed for the holidays and I am yet to receive an explanation as to why my clothes were wet and what may have happened to my belt. The only good thing about the establishment is Fadzi - she is lovely and sweet. Apart from that, it is the worst laundromat I have encountered.

Great laundromat with off street parking. They offer wash, dry and ironing services or customers can use the self service option. Bring your own detergent, or buy from the kiosk. The ladies are always friendly, helpful and willing to assist if needed.
